The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of using data envelopment analysis (DEA) in measuring efficiency in the Nigerian banking system with the data envelopment analysis program. A critical review of selected peer-reviewed empirical studies was conducted. Papers were assessed to determine their inclusion or exclusion in the review process. For analytical purposes, the studies were generally grouped into two, namely, those that used one approach to measuring bank efficiency and those that used multiple approaches to measuring bank efficiency. Based on the critical review of extant literature conducted, findings suggest that there is a growing rate of adoption of DEA as a means of measuring bank efficiency in Nigeria, also that DEA has proved to be a scientific and effective means of measuring bank efficiency.\u0000Keywords: Decision-making units, return to scale, scale efficiency, technical efficiency;

The study used secondary data obtained from the consolidated financial statements for the past 10 years (2010-2019) of the mobile payment companies’ operations around the world. The sample consists of the subsidiaries of the four companies whose consolidated financial information is available for public use. Methodologically, factor analysis, pair sample t-test, and principal component analysis were exploited in the analyses to estimate and predict the relationship between fraud and its impact on financial performance indicators. The combined results offer theoretical contributions in the area of the adoption of multiple fraud theories within the framework of the neoclassical growth model. New demands and the introduction of renewable energy imply adding energy storage to regulate the grid. This review aims to synthesise the state of the art of research on energy production and storage with information and expert opinions available to the general public, with an application to the French model. French publications online are used for illustration. A comparative analysis is proposed to recommend ways to improve technicality and to guide decision-makers on the levers to be favoured for each specific storage needed, taking into account the principles defined by the United Nations to define Sustainable Development. Solutions considered rustic can also contribute to the optimisation of energy resources by mechanically storing energy, but the choice of decision-makers will always be fundamental to imposing either soft or hard changes, whereas some attitudes seeking only to favour present advantages are the very antithesis of the principle of sustainability.\u0000Keywords: Decarbonisation, development, energy, energy storage, production, sustainable, taxonomy;\u0000

In recent years, remittance has risen to prominence as one of the most important economic variables, since it helps with the surplus balance of payments, foreign reserves, aggregate savings and money circulation. Bangladesh's foreign trade has begun to improve after overcoming the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. In comparison to the previous fiscal year, total export earnings declined by 16.93% to US$ 33,674.09 million in FY2019–20. During the first half of fiscal year 2020–21, export earnings totalled US$ 35,180.81 million, up 13.64% over the same period of the previous fiscal year. Furthermore, remittance earnings are growing at a slower rate than emigration from Bangladesh, owing to a rising number of unskilled or semi-skilled labourers in overseas migration rather than professional. Though much research has run on this epidemiologic situation and its severity on economic factors, and health issues at the national and international level, this research focuses on the adaptation of the challenges than the impact caused by COVID-19 & Lockdown in Bangladesh perspective. This research reveals that, though the education sector, agriculture sector, remittance sector, RMG industry, private job sector, and marginalized communities are severely affected, the health and hygiene, as well as social consciousness has developed intensely to a noticeable point. Migration and spatial mobility of people have over time played a key role in the spread of epidemics, as travel from one region to another has facilitated the transmission of diseases. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the lives of the population, but the most affected category of the population remains migrants, as this category represents on average about 24% of all doctors and 16% of all care staff, who are at the forefront of the sanitary crisis COVID-19. The official statistics on the websites of these countries also contributed to the study. The years are chosen explicitly as after the 1999 crisis and 2008 crises, after 2015. Even though each country’s dynamics vary, nearly all three countries implemented import substitution and export policies simultaneously and they exposed themselves to global markets during the same period.
