To achieve this objective, a survey was conducted on 115 credit managers randomly selected across the four categories of MFBs. Responses obtained were analyzed using statistical tools such as the bar chart and Kruskal Wallis rank test. The results showed that the distribution of loan collection policy is significant across the categories of MFBs. The post-hoc test further revealed that this credit strategy varies significantly between MFBs in the tier-1/tier-2 and state/national categories. The study concluded that the minimum capital threshold is a key determinant in the choice of credit strategies amongst MFBs in Nigeria. Therefore, it is recommended that the government should ensure funds availability to the microfinance banking sub-sector, to help the banks improve their capital base and adopt better credit management strategies.\u0000Keywords: Capital threshold; Credit management strategies; microfinance banks.

This can therefore lead to conflict between borrowing members (who demand low credit from the union) and saving members who request a high rate of return on what they have invested in the union. The study aimed to assess the credit risk management approaches and their effects on the financial performance of Credit Unions in Ghana. The study used a purposive sampling technique to select 35 respondents from the credit unions. The data was collected from the respondents using questionnaires. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics such as mean, and standard deviation. The study further revealed that the occurrence of credit risks had retarded the financial progress of the Credit Union and made them spend more than it earns discouraging customers from saving with the Credit Union. The study recommends that the Government and management of the credit unions should have good policies in place to collect back loans granted to customers.\u0000Keywords: Credit risk; credit unions; descriptive statistic; retarded.

The data for the variables used in the study were derived from secondary sources and the Autoregressive Distributed Lag model (ARDL) technique was used to examine the relationship among the variables. The empirical results from the study showed that customs and excise duty (LOGCED), petroleum profit tax (LOGPPT), companies’ income tax (LOGCIT) have a positive significant impact on economic growth in Nigeria while value-added tax (LOGVAT), and unemployment rate (LOGUNP) both have a negative and insignificant relationship with economic growth in Nigeria (LOGRGDP). Drawing from the findings of this study, the Nigeria Government should encourage the petroleum sector to grow so that more revenue should accrue in support of other sectors of the economy like mining, agriculture, and many others, to create employment opportunities, enhance the level of income of the citizens to raise the consumption level of the people to accelerate value-added tax revenue which will in turn lead to economic growth.\u0000Keywords: Autoregressive distributed lag model; real gross domestic product; tax; unemployment.

Digital transformation affects many sectors, facilities innovation practices, new business models, and customer relations. The dynamic capabilities of firms have the ability to facilitate their digital transformation process. However, it is still less clear the relationship between dynamic capabilities and digital transformation. This study aims to investigate the connections between the literature on dynamic capabilities and digital transformation. In this context, the Scopus database was searched by using "dynamic capabilities", "digital transformation", and "digitalization" keywords. A total of 329 studies between 2015-2024 consisted of the sample and analyzed in the “Biblioshiny” application of the open-sourced RStudio program. From the investigation, the number of studies dealing with dynamic capabilities and digital transformation between 2015-2019 is partially lower, but there has been an increasing trend since 2019. To support the demand for this globalization, multinational companies need competent expatriates to succeed in their operations abroad. This paper aims to explore and describe the value of humility in Global Mobility, analyzing how expatriate humble behavior operates in corporate international assignments, based on the perspective of a group of experts in the field. A qualitative approach with semi-structured interviews was conducted with 19 senior managers. Content analysis was used to understand expatriates and HR's perceptions of Expressed humble behaviors (EHB), Relevance of humble behaviors (RHB); Context of Humble behavior (CHB), and Outcomes of humble behavior (OHB) with a focus on – Adaptation. Results suggest that humility is important to all, but lack of humility in Global Mobility can be a roadblocker; Humility builds connections, trust, and reliable and long-term relationships, highly contributing to expatriates´ adaptation to international assignments. Additionally, humility needs favorable conditions to flourish, and it may be associated with weakness, in certain contexts. The study sheds light on the association between the value of humility and expatriate behavior, a link little explored in the field of Global Mobility. The distinctive findings of this research bring a contribution to assigned expatriates (AEs), and, consequently, to organizations that demand, every day, more sharing, cooperation, and continuous learning, to achieve their goals and objectives.\u0000Keywords: Behavior; expatriate; humble behaviour; humility; international assignments

This study examines the degree to which Arab nations rely on imports of wheat, maize, fertilizer, and wheat flour from Russia and Ukraine, emphasizing the difficulties that may arise from long-term disruptions in these supply networks. Food security concerns have already been made worse by the conflict's already unheard-of price increases for fertilizers and wheat. This analysis highlights the urgent necessity for national emergency programs and complementing Arab policies to address these effects given the Arab region's considerable reliance on these imports, which account for substantial sections of Russia's and Ukraine's total exports. The study intends to define food security, investigate its dimensions and drivers, and investigate the role of technology in reducing supply-demand gaps through an extensive literature analysis. It also aims to showcase the accomplishments of Arab nations in this area and offer doable suggestions to improve food security in the face of the current crisis.\u0000Keywords: Economy; food security; policies; Ukrainian-Russian war

The study used Secondary data to perform multiple linear regression analysis for the past ten years of the mobile payment companies’ operations around the globe. Methodically, partial and cross-correlation tests, regression analysis, ranking, and ANOVA analysis were exploited in the analysis to estimate and predict the relationship between internal controls and their impact on financial performance indicators. The tests predicted either positive or negative bi-directional relationships of the variables of the mobile companies used in the study. Among the four competing firms, MTN portrayed the strongest cashflow position whereas Airtel depicted the weakest in the current and acid test ratios. The study outcome is expected to force the stakeholders and government to establish specific policies that will regulate the internal control to improve the liquidity of mobile payment companies.

In this research, a study was carried out on the causes of construction project failures and abandonment in Kaduna state, Nigeria. The study’s objective was to identify the possible causes of failure and abandonment of construction projects and evaluate the identified causes in their order of importance. To achieve this, a quantitative research approach using questionnaires as an instrument for data collection in Kaduna state was adopted, with one hundred professionals and workers in the construction industry. Analysis of the data acquired from the returned questionnaires was done using MS Excel 2016 to obtain the descriptive statistics and the Relative Importance Index (RII). The research revealed that although insecurity was a burning issue for the industry especially in the study area, its ranking showed that it was not considered a significant factor among the other factors. It was recommended among others that, the industry professionals engage in transparent processes at all stages of the project.
