The proposed method can give a solution to the problems that the error of the state estimation was not considered and the calculation was too large. The system was described by the polytopic description. A state observer was designed to realize the system reconstructed. In the output feedback predictive control algorithm, the constraints and the parameter uncertain can be dealt with by solving the convex optimization problem consisted of a series of the linear matrix inequalities and the feasibility of the linear matrix inequalities were used to construct the output feedback predictive controller. Further, the system state can be replaced by the estimated state and the computation complexity is less. It can not only keep indoor air good quality, but also supply part of heat for rooms. In addition, it has an advantage of energy-efficient and will not cause extra air-conditioning load when the system is used in conjunction with air-conditioning system. For the nonlinearity and hysteresis of the system, it is difficult to found precise mathematical model. Consequently, fuzzy logic control algorithm can be used to realize the fresh air temperature control in the system. In consideration of the PID controllers' good performance to minimize the steady state error of the system, a self-tuning-parameter fuzzy PID controller was designed in this paper. The conventional approaches to machine tool selection problem tend to be less effective in dealing with the impreciseness or vagueness nature of the linguistic assessment. Under many situations, the performance values of the alternatives with respect to qualitative criteria are often imprecisely defined for the decision-maker. First, the paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation model for machine tool selection. Then Logarithmic least squares method based on fuzzy pairwise comparison matrix is applied for assessment of uncertain weights of selection criteria, the ways to determine performance value of the alternative with respect to qualitative and quantitative criteria are discussed respectively, and fuzzy integral is applied for the aggregation of performance scores of the alternative regarding different criteria. Finally, the effectiveness of the way is demonstrated by an example. Internet of Things is a new type of Internet application which makes the thing's information be shared on a global scale. Internet of Things has two attributes: being an Internet application and dealing with thing's information, and four differential features: only for thing's information, coded by UID or EPC, stored in RFID electronic tag, uploaded by non-contact reading with RFID reader. The descriptive models for Internet of Things are introduced based on the basic attributes and the differential features. The graphical model of Internet of Things shows that the two main tasks of constructing Internet of Things are the preprocessing of thing's information before uploaded into Internet and the building of a RFID system. The characteristic of channel coupling and nonlinearity of the system will be resolved by dividing the workplace into 4 phases which the system has a linear behavior, the phases are independently considered and LQR controllers are designed separately. It is then shown that fuzzy logic is used to combine all phases and chooses the appropriate controller parameters for the appropriate phase and so on can stabilize the whole nonlinear system. The paper introduces characteristics of SAR image and the procedure for extracting information of vessels based on the SAR Remote Sensing image. Vessel Detection Technology is studied based on multi-source space borne SAR data, after analyzing the characteristics of various types of vessels detection algorithm and combining with the needs of marine vessel detection and traffic investigation. According to the characteristics of SAR images, four methods of extracting ship information have been developed, including gravitational field, CFAR detection, PNN and adaptive algorithm. Taking the ERS-2 images as an example, the reliability and limitations of vessel information extracting from the satellite image is discussed. The study shows that satellite remote sensing provides a new and feasible method for marine vessel traffic investigation. At present, the technology has been developed and some tests have been carried out. To do this, it takes the railway rescue case as the foundation and establishes case index and Reasoning mechanism using rough sets theory; it can effectively reduce the knowledge and discover regulation from it. For the new case, by completing the Similar Case Retrieval using Similarity Measurement theory, as well as Expert Knowledge and Rescue rules, a final Emergency Rescue Command method is obtained. Considering the worm characteristic of attacking unique port and dispersing IP addresses, the method uses multiple data sets according to the different ports to avoid the influence among the ports. Aiming at the normal connection characteristic of ephemeral bursting out, the method takes advantage of two-stage leaky bucket to control the output of delay queues. The method can not only shorten the period of staying in the delay queue of normal requests, but also prevent the worms.
