The aim of this study was to study the effect of Giardia and Cryptosporidium on the intestinal microbiota of experimental animals in the study of probiotics. In the intestinal microbiota of experimental mice with successfully integrated probiotic strains of Lactobacillus sakei and Lactococcus lactis, cryptosporidium and giardia, which may indicate the antagonistic effect of cryptosporidium and giardia did not find these strains after protozoal invasion against these strains. В последние два десятилетия отмечался рост числа больных эхинококкозом и альвеококкозом в Кыргызской Республике не только среди людей, занимающихся животноводством, но и среди городского населения. В 2000 году было выявлено 555 случаев эхинококкоза, а в 2014 году – 1185 [1, 2]. Заболеваемость эхинококкозом с 2015 г. постепенно снижается, также как число прооперированных больных с альвеококкозом: в 2015 г. – 235, 2016 г. 161, 2017 г. 149 и в 2018 г. – 122. Доля детей до 14 лет, среди прооперированных с диагнозом альвеококкоз, составила в 2017 году 26,6%, 2018 15,6%) [3]. Ультразвуковые исследования и серологические реакции в настоящее время являются основными методами первичного скрининга в системе мероприятий по ранней диагностике паразитозов. В дифференциальной диагностике заболевания решающую роль играет также сочетание двух методов обследования на эхинококкозы, что позволяет в 90-98% наблюдений поставить правильный диагноз. Целью данного исследования являлось выявление инвазированности эхинококкозом и альвеококкозом населения и оценка качества диагностики в эндемичных районах Нарынской, Ошской и Баткенской областей Кыргызской Республики.","PeriodicalId":152020,"journal":{"name":"Medical Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126727453","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
