It was found that the presence of mutations in the genes PPARG and TCF7L2 (rs12255372), HHEX, IGF2BP2 and SLC30A8 enhances the opisthorchiasis negative impact on the activity of alpha-amylase and indicators of impaired bile secretion. The presence of a rare allele of the IGF2BP2 gene prevents an increase in GGT activity, and the presence of a rare allele of the CDKAL1 and SLC30A8 genes reduces the degree of increase in glucose concentration in opisthorchiasis. Different resistance ratios to indoxacarb of M10 (16.7×), DM (45.8×) and MAG (10.4×) strains, and chlorfenapyr (6.7×, 2.0×, 1.7×, respectively) against the background of high resistance to cypermethrin (92–833×), fipronil (46–192×), tolerance to chlorpyrifos (5.0–50×) and thiamethoxam (3.5–10×). The insecticidal activity of indoxacarb and chlorfenapyr was studied with desynchronized application of synergists PPB, TBTP, DEM - inhibitors of insect enzyme systems and an inhibitor of ABC transporters verapamil. The antagonistic action of synergists indicates the difficulty of converting proinsecticides into a toxic metabolite. In the M10 strain, PPB and TBTP significantly suppressed the activity of chlorfenapyr, while in DM and MAG strains, activity of chlorfenapyr suppressed only under the action of TBTP. For the DM strain most resistant to indoxacarb, the use of TBTP and DEM reduces resistance by 2.8 and 2.4 times, respectively. Verapamil has a statistically significant effect on susceptibility to chlorfenapyr only in S-NIID and DM strains, and to indoxacarb in MAG and DM strains. SES for parasitic diseases is a system for collecting biomaterials (stool) of children using preservatives and taking scrapings from the anus, laboratory analysis to determine the types of parasites and the dissemination of epidemiological information on the prevalence of parasitic diseases and children with mixed infestations, necessary for planning, implementing and monitoring preventive programs. 39398 children of school and preschool age up to 14 years were examined. Preschool children accounted for 36.3 % and schoolchildren below 14 years years old 63.6 % of the total number of surveyed. During the analyzed period, 77 cases of human echinococcosis were registered in the Volgograd region. The clinical diagnosis of “Echinococcosis” was made on the basis of data from laboratory blood tests by ELISA, data from radiation tests, anamnesis and the clinical picture of the disease. Hydatid disease was observed in individuals of different ages, most often meeting in the adult population of the Volgograd region – 92,2 % (71 people). In most cases, cases, cases of typical hydatid disease (liver, lung/lungs) – 96,1 % (74 people). The cases of combined echinococcosis (liver and lung, liver and spleen) were observed in 3,9 % of (3 people). Cases of echinococcosis is a rare localization (abdominal cavity and internal organs) were 1,3 % (1 person). The complaints of the patients were different: pain at the site of localization of the parasite – a 43,4 % (23 patients), weakness was 28,3 % (15 people), discomfort in the place of localization of the parasite, shortness of breath and heaviness in the epigastric region and 3,8 % (for 2 people). After establishing the clinical diagnosis was given treatment: surgical – 67,5 % (52 people) – excision of the parasitic cyst and/or laparoscopic surgery depending on the location and outpatient is 32,5 % (25 people). As a result, the following results were obtained: the number of cases of human echinococcosis is steadily increasing every year, as evidenced by the above indicators; the disease is registered mainly in the adult population, whose professional activities in one way or another affected contact with dogs; in the clinical picture of the disease, complaints of pain at the location of the parasite and general weakness prevailed; the duration of the disease was from several days to 1 month; In the diagnosis of echinococcosis, combined diagnostic methods, coupled with the data of the clinical picture and epidemiological history, play an undoubted role.
