Jenis data yang digunakan berupa data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier berganda. Dengan demikian negara Indonesia memiliki peluang yang sangat besar untuk menjadi produsen makanan halal. Industri halal merupakan salah satu topik yang saat ini sedang marak diperbincangkan di lingkungan bisnis internasional. Kabupaten Bangkalan merupakan salah satu daerah dengan jumlah UMKM terbesar di Madura yaitu sekitar 22.500 UMKM. Namun ironisnya hampir seluruh pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten tersebut belum memiliki sertifikasi halal. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan data yang diperoleh dari Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro serta Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Bangkalan. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang saat ini sedang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dan mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi UMKM di Kabupaten Bangkalan ketika mencoba untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi halal. Melalui dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi, data dikumpulkan.Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics in 2022, Indonesia is a country with a population of 272,682,500 people with a Muslim population of more than 207 million people. Thus the country of Indonesia has a very big opportunity to become a halal food producer. The halal industry is one of the topics currently being widely discussed in the international business environment. Bangkalan Regency is one of the areas with the largest number of MSMEs in Madura, which is around 22,500 MSMEs. However, ironically, almost all MSMEs in the Regency do not yet have halal certification. This is evidenced by data obtained from the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises and the Office of Industry and Trade of Bangkalan Regency. The quality of salt products is one of the competitiveness for local farmers in order to compete in the world market. The method used in this research is qualitative research. The type of data used is qualitative data, the object of research is carried out at UD. H. SYAIFUL ULUM Pangarengan. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Variable operational definitions are product quality and Quality Risk Management. The data analysis technique used is to prepare data, identify, analyze and evaluate. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the process of producing salt from seawater is strongly influenced by the climate and weather of an area. The quality of the salt produced is influenced by various factors, namely temperature, climate, weather, water viscosity, soil, and geomembrane. The risk management owned by the company for the production of KW 1 salt is having competitiveness in the installation process. Luas hutan akan berdampak pada seberapa besar penyerapan emisi karbon dioksida , sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh GDP terhadap emisi karbon dioksida dan luas hutan (forest area) pada Tahun 1990 – 2019 di tiga Negara ASEAN. Pada penilitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Warppls 8.0. Dengan demikian, artikel ini berupaya untuk mengkaji bunga bank dalam perspektif insider (yang mempunyai pandangan tradisional) akan tetapi juga akan mengkaji dalam perspektif outsider (yang mempunyai pandangan kontemporer) dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh kesimpulan yang objektif terkait bunga bank dalam studi IslamArtikel ini dianalisa menggunakan metode library research dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dimana penulis melakukan pengumpulan data pustaka, dokumen-dokumen tertulis yang berisikan pemahaman beserta keterangan mengenai persoalan yang sesuai dengan masalah dan tujuan penelitian. This type of research is quantitative, the population in this study were all members of the Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Pamekasan as many as 17,128 members. The sample used in this study were 99 members. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression test, which firstly used statistical test using instrument test and classical assumption test. The conclusions of the results of this study indicate that partially the usability, information quality, and interaction quality have an influence on the quality of service while the use. The Pensyar and Baznas Section of Sumenep Regency and the Pensyar Section of Pamekasan Regency also gave instructions to mosques. However, these instructions have not received significant results. Many mosques continue to carry out zakat management activities but there is no coordination either with the Regency Ministry of Religion or with the Regency Baznas. This research uses descriptive qualitative analytical research method at the exploratory stage. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. To determine the validity of the data, the researchers used a triangulation approach. The results of this study are: The background of the issuance of the Perbaznas is due to the existence of laws or regulations relating to UPZ but not yet detailed. For example, Government Regulation (PP) number 14 of 2014 which requires the establishment of a UPZ but has not been clearly regulated. 2) Problems in the formation of UPZ Mosques in Madura can be categorized, namely, cultural problems, administrative complexity problems, problems with the perception of the lack of public trust in the government or the agency that manages ZIS funds, and the lack of socialization budgets to educate the public, and the problem of low community understanding. 3) The problem of culture can be solved by focusing the UPZ of the mosque to manage zakat maal only. Distribution of zakat fitrah is left as usual. Solving the problem of administrative complexity by collaborating with religious instructors to assist the takmir of the mosque so that they can be independent. The resolution of the perception problem is to increase transparency and accountability.
