This research is classified as Explanatory Research with a quantitative approach. The sample used is 98 employees of PT. Cahaya Surya Sentosa Area Madura with Purposive Sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data, namely data collection using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS. Perkembangan ini tentu menjadi tantangan terse4ndiri bagi perbankan syariah untuk tetap bisa bersaing dalam dunia bisnis. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Kantor Cabang Saronggi merupakan salah satu lembaga keuangan syariah yang mampu bersing di tengah ketatnya persingan bisnis keuangan karena BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Kantor Cabang Saronggi mengalami peningkatan jumlah nasabah setiap tahunnya. Peningkatan jumlah nasabah tersebut diduga karena adanya kepercayaan dan kepuasan nasabah sehingga membentuk loyalitas yang tinggi pada BPRS cabang Saronggi. Hal tersebut tentu dipicu oleh keberhasilan BPRS dalam memaksimalkan kerja, termasuk dalam menawarkan produk unggulannya kepada nasabah. Salah satu produk keunggulan yang dimiliki oleh BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Kantor Cabang Saronggi yaitu Tabungan Barokah. Tabungan Barokah merupakan simpanan dana masyarakat dalam bentuk tabungan rupiah dengan akad \"wadi'ah yad dhamanah\" yaitu sebagai titipan murni yang akan membantu mengelola dana masyarakat menjadi lebih barokah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana Penerapan akad wadiah yadh dhamanah pada tabungan barokah di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Kantor Cabang Saronggi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode observasi, wawancara dengan karyawan BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Kantor Cabang Saronggi dan Dokumentasi. Sumber data pendukung bersumber dari brosur, formulir pembukaan rekening. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan akad wadi’ah yadh dhamanah di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Kantor Cabang Saronggi berdasar pada fatwa yang dikeluarkan oleh Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI) yang telah memenuhi ketentuan umum tabungan wadi’ah yaitu seperti bersifat simpanan, dimana simpanan ini bisa diambil kapan saja (on call) atau berdasarkan kesepakatan dan tidak ada imbalan yang disyaratkan, kecuali dalam bentuk pemberian (‘athaya). Pajak Daerah khusunya Pajak hotel dan restoran awalnya dipungut secara manual, seiring dengan tuntutan mutu layanan makan pemerintah kabupaten Sumenep melalui Badan Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPPKAD) menerapkan ebilling system sebagai bentuk inovasi dalam bidang teknologi dari pembayaran pajak secara manual menjadi elektsronik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Pertama,wujud transparansi yaitu dengan diterapkannya sistem pemungutan pajak self assessment. Kendala yang dihadapi berkaitan dengan kesadaran wajib pajak dalam pelaporan pajaknya, e-billing system belum berbasis web, dan kerusakan alat yang juga menjadi kendala dalam melakukan input data. Kedua, BPPKAD telah melaksanakan tugasnya, tanggungjawab menyerahkan hasil pajak kepada bendahara penerimaan dan menyerahkan tanda bukti pembayaran kepada wajib pajak. Ketiga, mudahnya penggunaan e-billing telah menyesuaikan dengan kondisi hotel dan restoran sebagai penerima pelayanan. Kendala yang dihadapi terkait anggaran ketika harus membuat e-billing secara khusus (taylor made). Keempat, media interaksi khusus dipersiapkan untuk menjawab komplain dari wajib pajak. Kendalanya berkaitan dengan durasi pelaksanaan dari saran, kritik, dan harapan wajib pajak. Kelima, untuk penerapan e-billing tidak adadiskriminatif. Kendala dalam pelaksanaannya masih belum semua hotel dan restoran diberikan e-billing. Keenam, memberikan pelayanan yang aman dan nyaman serat memberikan fasilitas berupa computer, printer, dan dua roll kertas. Lokasi penelitian berada di Puskesmas Karang Penang, Kabupaten Sampang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. alat uji yang digunakan untuk menguji instrument penelitian ini berupa uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap Isu Kecemasan Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja. Demikian juga, Kepercayaan Karyawan berpengaruh negatif terhadap Isu Kecemasan Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan jenis data sekunder berupa catatan laporan keuangan perusahaan maupun laporan historis selama periode 2011-2021 yang telah dipublikasikan pada situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan TKIM (PT. Tjiwi Kimia Tbk) dalam keadaan yang cukup baik dibandingkan dengan perusahaan ALKA (PT. Alakasa Industrindo Tbk) dan INAI (PT. Indal Aluminium Industry Tbk). Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari debt to asset ratio dan debt to equity ratio perusahaan TKIM (PT. Tjiwi Kimia Tbk) dengan rata-rata selama kurun waktu 11 tahun cenderung lebih rendah dari perusahaan ALKA (PT. ALKA Tbk) dan perusahaan INAI (PT. The property and real estate sector is the most important sector as a driver of the economy in a country. In Indonesia, companies engaged in property and real estate are growing, indicating that the economy is growing in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the effect of financial performance on property and real estate stock prices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. multiple linear regression analysis technique. The type of data used is secondary data. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of the financial performance variables Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously on stock prices (Price Earning Ratio (PER) in property companies and real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2105-2017 with a significant value of Fcount of 4,603 with a significance level of 0.01 (smaller than significant 0.05) while the value of Ftable is 2.70. This means that the value of Ftable is 2.70. This is a phenomenon that needs to be studied and researched more deeply so that a meeting point is found regarding the importance of Standard Operating Procedures in services at the Integrated Licensing Service Agency of Sumenep Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method that explains the importance of Standard Operating Procedures in services at the Investment and One Stop Service Office of Sumenep Regency based on the experience and awareness that occurs in several individuals. Searching and analyzing the importance of Standard Operating Procedures in services at the Investment and One Stop Service Office of Sumenep Regency. Researchers explore information and data in the field by interviewing using a guide to informants, field observations with predetermined observation guidelines, and predetermined field documentation. The results of this study, described through various information and data findings in the field during the research, regarding the importance of Standard Operating Procedures in services at the Investment and One Stop Service Office of Sumenep Regency. Lack of readiness and no evaluation of Standard Operating Procedures makes the service not run optimally. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of equity and third-party funds on the growth of bank profits in 2016-2020. This research uses quantitative approaches with descriptive methods. The data used is sukender data obtained from bank Muamalat Indonseia's quarterly financial report in 2016-2020. The results of this study concluded that partially (test t) showed that Equity(X1)) had a positive or significant effect on profit growth at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. And showed that DPK(X2) has no significant effect on profit growth at Bank Muamalat Indonesia.
