The method used in implementing this Student Creativity Program (PKM) activity is through two methods, namely socializing the role of simple bookkeeping for the development of SMEs and providing an example in calculating production costs in a dried fish business as well as examples of calculating production costs incurred during one production process. Based on the results of interviews conducted with the jorong head of Padang Air Bangis Village, there are 320 families where 90% of the main livelihoods of their residents are engaged in fisheries which are divided into several businesses, namely as bagan fish (fishing gear) owners, fishermen, fish traders, fish dryer and owners of salted fish business. Meanwhile, 10% are engaged on odd jobs, namely as rope rollers. Limited capital for business development becomes an obstacle when they are required to seek alternative financing from capital institutions or banks that impose administrative requirements. Techniques for data collection include observation, interviews, and the use of questionnaires, followed by documentation of the data for analysis. The descriptive analysis method was used to evaluate the data obtained in this study. An effective and efficient marketing strategy model that leverages strengths to capitalize on long-term opportunities through product/market diversification, a focus on minimizing internal problems in order to create better market opportunities, and continuous improvement and evaluation of the dried fish business. The strategy for resolving marketing and distribution issues with salted fish in the Sasak Ranah Pasisie is to provide techniques and strategies that enable the products they create to be distributed both regionally and beyond the West Pasaman area. The community is briefed on how to efficiently market salted fish and how to distribute salted fish to various locations with minimal distribution costs. Almost all consumer products are distributed by wholesalers or retailers. From the results of initial online observations, it can be seen that the main problem faced by partners is innovation, there is no partner understanding about the importance of sustainable innovation strategies in doing business. This condition occurs because partners lack knowledge about innovation. So that the products produced by partners are monotonous and less innovative, even many are similar to competitors. The activity method is carried out by socializing or providing training to partners online via Zoom. Submission of materials is presented in the form of PPT related to the innovation strategy. The results of the activity showed that the provision of knowledge about innovation had run smoothly, partners were enthusiastic in listening to the material and discussing with the PKM (Student Creativity Program) Team. However, the proportion has changed, where bleeding and infection tend to decrease while the proportion of HDK (preeclampsia and eclampsia) is increasing. WHO estimates that cases of preeclampsia are seven times higher in developing countries than in developed countries. The prevalence of preeclampsia in developed countries is 1.3%-6%, while in developing countries it is 1.8%-18%. The incidence of preeclampsia in Indonesia alone is 128,273/year or about 5.3%. Based on data from the Indonesia Health Profile in 2017, bleeding is said to be the highest cause of maternal death in Indonesia (30,3%), then preeclampsia (27,1%), due to infection by 7,3% and other causes. preeclampsia is a hypertensive disorder in pregnancy which is also accompanied by proteinuria. In Indonesia, preeclampsia is currently the second highest cause of maternal death after bleeding. More than 4 million pregnant women experience preeclampsia each year. It is estimated that every year 50.000 to 70.000 women die from preeclampsia and 500.000 babies die. Preeclampsia is the cause of 15-20% of maternal deaths worldwide and the leading cause of fetal mortality and morbidity. The method used is Pre Test and Post Test using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the counseling there was an increase in respondents' knowledge about preeclampsia, which was in the good category as much as44 (93,6%). However, some MSMEs continue to be constrained by accounting issues that have not been well organized and planned, resulting in a different final profit and loss value in accordance with the fact that there are issues with accounting financial management, which records each cash flow transaction in an organized and directed manner. MSME Anna Collection is one of the MSMEs with potential but has not yet developed. From a practical standpoint, the benefits of online learning in the Covid-19 pandemic era include the ability for teachers and students to interact more effectively because they will not have to physically meet. Additionally, there is no classroom for formal education. The teaching and learning process can occur anyplace as long as the environment is conducive and can aid in concentration. Furthermore, there is no requirement to \"dress well\" or \"look officially\" to make it more flexible. This disease that often occurs is very disturbing the development of children. So, it is very important to recognize and prevent worm disease in children from an early age. The disturbances can range from mild without symptoms to severe and even life-threatening. In general, nutritional disorders or anemia can occur in patients. This will indirectly lead to impaired intelligence in children. About 60 percent of Indonesians have worm infections. The most age group is in the age of 5-14 years. The prevalence rate is 60 percent, 21 percent of which attack elementary school-aged children and the average content of worms per person is six. The data was obtained through surveys and research conducted in several provinces in 2006. The method used is Pre Test and Post Test using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the counseling there was an increase in respondents' knowledge of the dangers of intestinal worms in children, namely in the good category as many as 39 (76,47%).
