The data collection technique was through observation studies, interviews and direct documentation at the Pekanbaru City Regional Development Planning Agency The results of this study can be seen that the Instruction of the Minister International Domestic Number 70 of 2021 has the function and role as a guide and functions to regulate the entire development planning process in Pekanbaru City Bappeda. Pekanbaru City Bappeda is the implementing element of government affairs in the field of planning, where the effectiveness of Bappeda's role is in accordance with Lawrence M. Friedman's theory, namely for the effectiveness of the role three main elements are needed, namely structure, substance and culture. Pekanbaru City is one of the regencies/cities that carry out the Instruction of the Minister of International Domestic Number 70 year 2021, because the term of office of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Pekanbaru ends on May 22, 2022. In the midst of the vacancy of the regional head, Pekanbaru City is led by an Acting (Pj.) The purpose of this study was to find out how the provision of incentives and the performance of the employees of the Palm Oil Mill (PKS) at PT. Sawit Asahan Indah Rokan Hulu Regency and its influence. The population in this study were all employees of the palm oil mill (PKS) at PT. Sawit Asahan Indah in Rokan Hulu Regency in 2021 totaling 106 people, while the sample determined using the Slovin formula was obtained as many as 51 people. This research was carried out using a quantitative descriptive method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews or research questionnaires. From the research results it is known that the compensation received by the employees is good so that the performance they produce is also good. From the test results it is known that compensation has an effect on employee performance variables at PT. While the indicators used by the customer satisfaction variable consist of repurchase intentions, willingness to recommend, and confirmation of expectations. This research method uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data processing using data analysis techniques validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, t test (partial), and test the coefficient of determination (r) using the SPSS.25 application. The method in this study is quantitative with multiple linear regression and uses the SPSS version 29 program. The results of this study using the T-test variable Halal Awareness and Product Quality partially have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. By using the F Test the variable Halal Awareness and Product Quality simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. This study uses simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Word of Mouth has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Smile With Vegas Pekanbaru. It can be seen that the monitoring and instrument indicators have a minimum value, while the speaker indicator has a maximum value. The shortcomings of MSME actors in Indonesia can be caused by a lack of resources such as money, time, knowledge, and expertise. entrepreneurial orientation is very supportive of the performances of business people or MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to find out how entrepreneurial orientation can be an effort to improve marketing performance, especially for MSMEs. This study uses a descriptive narrative method where the main explanation focuses on the results of the analysis and discussion of theories that are in accordance with the research problem. Entrepreneurial orientation has significant and insignificant implications for the marketing performance of SMEs. Based on the results of the research, entrepreneurial orientation has positive implications for marketing performance. Almost all previous studies say that entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on marketing performance.
