This study uses the technique of Accidental Sampling with a sample determination of 100 respondents. The data in this study were obtained through questionnaires, and the data analysis used was simple regression analysis with the spss 25.0 application for windows. This study uses simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Word of Mouth has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Smile With Vegas Pekanbaru. It can be seen that the monitoring and instrument indicators have a minimum value, while the speaker indicator has a maximum value. 摘要

本研究旨在了解口碑对北干巴鲁地区购买决策的影响。本研究采用偶然抽样技术,样本确定为100名受访者。本研究的数据采用问卷调查的方式获取,数据分析采用简单回归分析,使用spss 25.0软件进行统计分析。本研究采用简单回归分析。本研究结果显示,口碑对“微笑与维加斯北坎巴鲁”的购买决策有显著影响。可以看出,监控和仪表指标有一个最小值,而扬声器指标有一个最大值。受访者对购买决定的平均回答结果被归类为同意在“微笑与维加斯北干巴鲁”做出购买决定。
