Compensation is an award or reward for workers who have contributed in realizing their goals, through activities called work. Compensation is also an award given by employees, both directly and indirectly, financially and non-financially, to employees for their contribution to achieving organizational goals, so that compensation is needed by the company and to improve the performance of its employees. The purpose of this study was to find out how the provision of incentives and the performance of the employees of the Palm Oil Mill (PKS) at PT. Sawit Asahan Indah Rokan Hulu Regency and its influence. The population in this study were all employees of the palm oil mill (PKS) at PT. Sawit Asahan Indah in Rokan Hulu Regency in 2021 totaling 106 people, while the sample determined using the Slovin formula was obtained as many as 51 people. This research was carried out using a quantitative descriptive method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews or research questionnaires. From the research results it is known that the compensation received by the employees is good so that the performance they produce is also good. From the test results it is known that compensation has an effect on employee performance variables at PT. 摘要
补偿是员工为公司所做的服务贡献而获得的补偿。补偿是对通过工作为实现其目标做出贡献的工人的奖励或奖励。薪酬也是员工对员工为实现组织目标所做的贡献而直接或间接、经济上或非经济上给予的奖励,因此,公司需要薪酬,也需要薪酬来提高员工的绩效。本研究的目的是找出在PT. Sawit Asahan Indah Rokan Hulu Regency的棕榈油厂(PKS)的员工的绩效和激励措施的提供及其影响。本研究的人口是2021年Rokan Hulu Regency的PT. Sawit Asahan Indah棕榈油厂(PKS)的所有员工,共计106人,而使用Slovin公式确定的样本多达51人。本研究采用定量描述的方法,使用主要数据和通过访谈或研究问卷获得的次要数据。从研究结果可知,员工获得的薪酬是好的,因此他们产生的绩效也很好。从测试结果可知,薪酬对PT. Asahan Indah Oil Palm, Rokan Hulu Regency的员工绩效变量有影响。
