Agung Toyota SM. Amin Pekanbaru. This study is to determine the dimensions of the work environment that have the most influence on employee performance. The indicators of the work environment used in this study are the physical environment and the psychological environment, as well as the employee performance indicators used in this study, namely the quantity of work, quality of work, and timeliness. Sampling using saturated sampling method for employees and for leaders using purposive. The data in this study were obtained through questionnaires, and the data analysis used was simple regression analysis with the SPSS v.23 application. In the overall validity test, the statement items are declared valid. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables of organizational culture, job satisfaction and religiosity had an effect on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, organizational culture has greater results than other variables, which is 0.853. The population in this study were 43 Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. Sampling using purposive sampling method with a total of 96 respondents. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the whistleblowing system, apparatus competence and anti-fraud awareness simultaneously and partially affected the prevention of fraud in OPD Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. The sampling technique used incidental technique with a total sample of 50 respondents. The types and sources of data used in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Then the data analysis techniques used in this study are Validity Test, Reliability Test, T Test, Coefficient of Determination, Hypotheses, statistics and simple linear regression using SPSS 22. For the results of the tests carried out, the results show that product innovation variables affect purchasing decisions in businesses. This reality is a challenge in itself for the banking world, namely how to create customer desire to use the company's products and service providers and to build close relationships with the service community. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of service and community satisfaction of the Islamic Bank of Thailand Branch Bannangstar Province Yala and its effects. The method used is descriptive and quantitative methods; The technique of collecting data is interview, observation, questionnaire and documentation. This study concludes that based on the results of filling out the questionnaire by the research objects of this study regarding the quality of service, it is concluded that the service community feels very satisfying with the quality of service provided at the Islamic Bank of Thailand Branch, Bannangstar Province Yala. Based on the results of filling out the questionnaire by the research objects of this study, the satisfaction of the service community was also very satisfying because it had received good service at the Islamic Bank of Thailand Branch Bannangstar Province Yala.
