Special subcircuits for modeling displacement damages, dose rate, and total ionizing dose effects are connected to the standard device models. Models based on core VBIC, EEHEMT and BSIM provided by semiconductor foundry as a part of process design kit and verified in a frequency range from DC to 26 GHz and suitable for small signal and non-linear simulation. Radiation-dependent parameters are described by physically based equations which compatible with proprietary simulators. Examples of radiation-hardening by design techniques for microwave monolithic integrated circuits (MMIC) are presented with standard computer-aided design (CAD) tools. Proposed models were verified by estimating static and dynamic characteristics of transistors. To reduce the amount of transmitted data, they offer to use only a subband image after a low-frequency wavelet filter with the highest concentration of signal energy. To restore a noisy image in the wavelet region, which is a random Markov field, it is proposed to use a two-dimensional nonlinear filtering algorithm based on a mathematical model of a two-dimensional Markov chain. In order to improve the key generation rate, a new method is proposed that allows sampling two independent measurements of carrier phase from each meteor radio reflection. The method relies on a time multiplexing of polarization of probing signals. Using a computer simulation based on numerical calculations of oblique diffraction of radio waves on ionized meteor trails, estimates of polarization coherence interval of the meteor-scatter channel are performed. Correlation functions of carrier phase versus polarization diversity of the probing signals are obtained both for the cases of horizontally and vertically polarized antennas. It is shown that, theoretically, use of the proposed polarization diversity technique provides a twice higher key generation rate compared to previous studies. The third is to improve the user experience of using applications. A reactive approach is required to prioritize requests and to avoid erroneous duplicate requests. The developed method implements the reactive programming approach. The authors of the organization make use of the framework as the main data flow tool for organizing network requests in an iOS application. This ensures that you can opt out of all third-party technical solutions. To solve this problem, methods based on synthesis of concurrent error detection (CED) circuits are now increasingly used, which enable, at the expense of some structural redundancy, correcting and/or detecting errors arising in the circuit. For each specific circuit, depending on the chosen synthesis method, CED circuits have different reliability characteristics, which makes it difficult for designers to choose one or another architecture. Therefore, there is a need to increase automation level of the process of selecting a method for control circuit synthesis, depending on the initial parameters of the protected device. Along with the traditional problems of ensuring nuclear and technological safety during the decommissioning of NPPs, new challenges have arisen related to ensuring cybersecurity. In accordance with the recommendations of regulatory documents, it is necessary to identify critical information assets at the design stage. The paper notes the need to create digital twins to develop technologies for decommissioning an object while ensuring its safety of all types. The paper discusses the areas of application of remote-control technologies and robotics during the decommissioning of nuclear power plants, and also highlights some of the problems of these technologies. To produce cement in Arta Ardabil Cement Factory in Iran, this circuit is also used. The final product of this factory will be Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC). In this paper, a method for modeling the desired circuit will be proposed and presented by Multi-layer Feed-Forward Neural Networks (ML-FF-NN). For modeling, many examples of the routine working process of the milling circuit on the production line have been considered. After data preprocessing operation, the model was designed and simulated using a feed-forward neural network under the backpropagation training algorithm. The results of training, testing and validation of the obtained model are satisfactory. The characteristics of IIoT traffic can differ significantly from the characteristics of voice traffic, so models are required to analyze IIoT traffic. In this paper, we examined the features of IIoT traffic: the Gaussian model of WSN networks, ON/OFF, which is used for target tracking sensors, models with heavy tails (Pareto, Weibull, lognormal distribution, etc.), self-similar (fractal) models - based on normalized Fractal Brownian Motion (fBM) and Fractal Gaussian Noise (fGN), as well as the IIoT traffic model. The models are obtained empirically and approximated by known models of probability distributions. We investigated an exponential distribution IIoT traffic model. In addition, we considered the prospects of using switch fabric of NoC technology and came to the conclusion that decentralization of the process of establishing connections in switch fabric has significant advantages: it allows you to flexibly distribute incoming traffic; perform distributed arbitration; flexibly scale the communication system, with a large traffic flow from one of the system inputs, to split it by assigning many different routes for its transmission; improves system reliability by allowing reconfiguration of the switch fabric. We model the processing of traffic from such systems as OBS, 1C web systems, OWM, OSM by parallel switch fabric of NoC technology. This is due to the increasing and solidifying trend of human interaction with virtual reality and the user’s involvement in the virtual environment. Especially important today is the development of socio-cyberphysical systems in terms of analysis of heterogeneous Internet content: text, images, video. This article presents the results of the study of the methods for analyzing the text of an Internet portal in order to identify the destructive impact on the user. In the course of the work, a parser was developed that allows one to obtain an actual text corpus (datasets) in Russian, consisting of users' comments to posts. Text markup and pre-processing were carried out through a specially developed software module for manual markup.
