{"title":"Perseverancia, pasión y actitud de vida en tiempos del “ya-ya y ya-fue”","authors":"Mª. C Barni, F. Daura, L. Llull, Carolina Elizalde","doi":"10.26422/icf.20193cong06.bar","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26422/icf.20193cong06.bar","url":null,"abstract":"This study -part of a broader one- whose objectives aims to describe life attitude and grit in students of a military college in Argentina and analyze the relation between the dimensions that make up the two mentioned constructs and various sociodemographic variables. A non-probabilistic and convenience sample integrates the age group inserted in the society of uncertainty and immediacy, also called the “ya ya o ya fue” (García Pintos, 2012) where young people tend to abandon their projects (Messing, 2009). The personal sense as a construct is conceptualized as the existential belief that life has a purpose. Reker and Woo (2011) claim that people draw meaning from a variety of sources, including recreational activities, meeting basic needs, creative activities, personal relationships, personal and academic achievements. This sense of life is the knowledge that each person needs to know to develop their vital objectives. Grit, defined as the passion and perseverance to achieve long-term goals, implies resisting with effort and interest the challenges that may arise, regardless of the difficulties, the monotony and any failures experienced. It is a quality shared by leaders (Duckworth, 127 Peterson, Matthews and Kelly, 2007), particularly those who set medium and long-range objectives and who cling to them to make them a reality. The sample was composed of 160 students, who were administered an ad hoc sociodemographic questionnaire, the Grit Scale (Duckworth et al., 2007), which is in the process of validation (Tortul and Daura, in evaluation) and the Life Attitude Test (LAP-R (VE-AA) in the Argentinian adaptation (Barni, 2017). A correlational descriptive statistical analysis was carried out. The results showed that the participants score high on Purpose (P), Choice/ Responsibility (C/R) dimensions of the LAP-R and Effort Perseverance of Grit. The analysis showed that there are no significant differences by age group except in the E/R dimension –the group of 20 to 25 years have the highest scores–. When divided into age range and gender, women show significant differences in the Existential Vacuum (VE) dimension and men have a tendency in the E/R and P dimensions of the Life Attitude test. In conclusion, this work shows relevant information in professional training, decision making in the educational style and institutional management to collaborate in the integral and professional training as specific and particular as the military, in aspects such as character formation, leadership, etc., especially in times where the radical and immediate changes complicate the forecast of the knowledge involved in future professional performances. However, it is known that the skills of the Grit and the attitude of life collaborate in the vital projects.","PeriodicalId":150493,"journal":{"name":"VI Congreso Internacional de las Relaciones Interpersonales \"Desarrollo humano en tiempos de la (re)evolución 4.0\"","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122883975","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Entender el trabajo como clave de crecimiento personal 把工作理解为个人成长的关键

This communication will try to explain what the work is and what is understood by the company as a productive activity. And as a consequence of this, how work links us to the essence of the universe and of other people, leads us to give reason that man is faber, he is the only one who works (Sellés, 2006, 454) and finally he is faber because he is sapiens. Work is a purely human subject. Man –any man– improves or worsens working and, also, stops working. Thus Leonardo Polo, for example, states that \"at work, man becomes ennobled or debased. Here again, the first of the subjective sense of work on its objective sense is followed. Virtue is a value superior to utility” (Polo, 2015, 216). And virtue, good and norm are the three pillars of ethics. Understand that person perfects the world with his work, that person improves himself through work, this means that he is better, more ethical; and that person is linked to other people ethically through his work is a crucial issue to understand what work means and the deep connection with person and ethics. \"It is understood by work that human action through which man is perfected as man while perfecting physical reality\" (Sellés, 2006, 455). Work, without denying its part of effort and fatigue, has a positive meaning because it is what makes man grow in humanity. And to work is to add to the world more perfection than he offers and to perfect himself as a man. If man is to give, add, this is because as a person overcomes. The same man is not immune to what he does but in his doing something happens to him inside. In this sense man is said to be a perfecting perfector (Polo, 1994, 14), that is, to the extent that he improves the world, he improves himself; and insofar as he improves himself, he can improve the world: the former is a prerequisite for the latter.","PeriodicalId":150493,"journal":{"name":"VI Congreso Internacional de las Relaciones Interpersonales \"Desarrollo humano en tiempos de la (re)evolución 4.0\"","volume":"2008 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127311588","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Adicción a las redes sociales virtuales 对虚拟社交网络上瘾

{"title":"Adicción a las redes sociales virtuales","authors":"L. Luque, M. In a research on technological addictions, the objective was to analyze the relationship of problematic use of VSN with FoMO and cyberloafing, in users of information and communication technologies (ICT), of both sexes, from 25 to 65 years old, in Cordoba-Argentina. Data was collected with different local instruments, including 468 participants, with an average age of 42.18, (s.d. = 16.35) and users of at least one VSN. The range of use is 1 to 6 VSN (M = 3.10, D.E. = 2.09), with Whatsapp being the most used network (98.4%). 67.0% use their mobile phone to have permanent access to VSN. The average daily hours of use, self-reported, is 6.9 hours (D.E. = 6.93). 13.6% of the sample studied presented a pathological level of VSN use (dependence), and 27.1% made occasional use; 28.9% make abusive and / or pathological uses of ICT in general, and 8.9% depend on technology. Respect to FoMO, 27.5% have a moderate level and 17.6% have a severe level. 100% have some degree of cyberloafing, being moderate in 47.5% of cases and severe in 17.8%. The correlations between VSN addiction and the FoMO and cyberloafing variables are statistically significant, moderate and direct, although the indexes are modified when a specific VSN is analyzed, with Facebook being the one that produces the highest correlation for FoMO, and Twitter for the behavior of cyberloafing. This could be associated with the age range studied. The results allow us to affirm that the assumption of similarity in the addictive potential of all VSNs is incorrect, so it is important to study addiction that combines personal traits with network characteristics, and perform multivariate analyzes of FoMO and cyberloafing with 162 variables as satisfaction with life and work, school or work performance, need for physical contact, social connectivity and subjective well-being, among others. It is concluded that technological addictions can also occur in adults of different ages, with the negative consequences that it entails.","PeriodicalId":150493,"journal":{"name":"VI Congreso Internacional de las Relaciones Interpersonales \"Desarrollo humano en tiempos de la (re)evolución 4.0\"","volume":"73 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127393791","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Even today in our country, many organizations think that digitalizing is having a presence on social networks, a web page or venturing into cases of success in corporate social intranet. Others begin to invest a large part of their budget in training their teams and adapting them to the digital age. But given this current scenario, do we know exactly what the digital transformation of organizations means? It is necessary? Implying? Is there a roadmap to follow that leads to the success of this process? How are organizations that have been born 100% digital from their business conception to the way of producing services through the use of platforms? What role does the organizational culture play in this scenario? The challenge of the digital transformation of businesses and organizations, which is part of the paradigm of the industrial revolution 4.0, is happening here and now in all types of organizations, whether are they private, public or third sector. The challenge to take into account in this process is to identify the digital competences that each worker must face in order to accompany these changes and not be left out of it. In this sense, the present work seeks to analyze the main characteristics of the current technological advances that make up the digital transformation of organizations and how they must be accompanied by a digital culture and skills that allow their successful development. In order to approach this project, we will carry out an exploratory research, collecting data from the sector of new actors in the world of work such as employment platforms in its various areas (gastronomy, delivery, transportation, recreation, domestic service, etc) and an analysis of the main technological changes that impact on the digital transformation of organizations in Argentina.","PeriodicalId":150493,"journal":{"name":"VI Congreso Internacional de las Relaciones Interpersonales \"Desarrollo humano en tiempos de la (re)evolución 4.0\"","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125719838","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

And secondary school plays an essential role in the development of the necessary capacities for intelligent and critical understanding and usage of the new languages produced in the field of information technologies. The objective of this work is to analyze the access to ICT at students’ home and at school, using the microdata of the 2016 Learning Census for seniors in high school and to show the inequalities observed by province, type of school management and socioeconomic level of the student. Among the main conclusions found, the following can be mentioned: at the national level, approximately 40% of the students say they have a computer at home; there are great disparities among them, since less than 14% of those with lower socioeconomic status say they have, while more than 72% of students with highest income say so. However more than 70% of all students –both low and high socioeconomic level– say they use computer at school at least a few times a year. The results show that there are no differences by socioeconomic level of the students in the activities proposed by teachers to do with computers during class time.","PeriodicalId":150493,"journal":{"name":"VI Congreso Internacional de las Relaciones Interpersonales \"Desarrollo humano en tiempos de la (re)evolución 4.0\"","volume":"120 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116364521","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

{"title":"Empresas sociales y tecnología: aliados al servicio de la inclusión","authors":"María Fernanda Figueroa Herrera","doi":"10.26422/icf.20193cong06.fig","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26422/icf.20193cong06.fig","url":null,"abstract":"Social Enterprises (SE) are organizations with a social or environmental mission and they develop a business model that makes the mission sustainable (Alter, 2007; Hockerts, 2015; Mair & Martí, 2006; Mair & Noboa, 2003). The social or environmental mission guides the business logic but both are part of the organizational core. While companies are expected to prioritize the value captured for their owners (profit) and social organizations prioritize the value creation for their beneficiaries (impact), the SE intends to reconcile these conflicting expectations and do so comprehensively and systemically (Santos, et. al. 2015). The technology associated with the SE´s mission has generated innovative solutions to structural problems of society, breaking down access barriers to essential products and services, generating employment for people in groups excluded from the labor market, among others. This study aims to analyze the business model of two Argentine Social Enterprises that use technology to achieve their social mission, that balance the business and social logic in their organizational core and that are in a scaling stage. The sampling will be directed or non-probabilistic and the data collection will be carried out through a literature review and information search in secondary sources (enterprise websites, case studies, among others). Finally, the data analysis will be performed following the Osterwalder business canvas structure (2004), identifying and explaining the elements that compose it.","PeriodicalId":150493,"journal":{"name":"VI Congreso Internacional de las Relaciones Interpersonales \"Desarrollo humano en tiempos de la (re)evolución 4.0\"","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133811699","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This game has become the cross-platform survival and open experience with the greatest penetration worldwide. The rapid increase of use has spread alarm voices among parents and the media have echoed these concerns criticizing the game for being responsible for most afflictions suffered by children and adolescents. 178 The study is based on an understanding of the game as a key element in personal and social development. Therefore, this project aims to explore and describe the specific interactions emerging as a result of the penetration of Fortnite into family life, seeking to extend our understanding of the phenomenon and the potential effects that it may produce in the family dynamics. The research also seeks to categorize the dynamics generated, emphasizing more specifically on implications for parents in terms of educative mediation. Concerning the methodology, this is a qualitative exploratory case study, in which observations and in-depth interviews are the main sources of data collection. According to the analysis of the first interviews and observations, it is possible to provisionally hypothesize that, unlike simplistic views spread through mass media of Fortnite as a new dangerous addictive platform for young people, the diverse contexts and realities that configure each family make this type of linear interpretations highly problematic. Most technological devices affect the interaction and relational dynamics already installed in families. Throughout the last forty years, television and offline video games have been playing a significant role in shaping the family relationships. Online environments today increase such influence. The complex interrelations generated in blended social ecosystems, such as 'what is' or 'what is not' permitted, the mechanism of videogame banning or use as a form of punishment or reward, the myths, and ignorance on the part of adults concerning the ‘virtual’ socialization of youth and the relevance of this practice among young people, are some of the contributions that can be drawn from this investigation. This presentation exposes the collaborative work conducted by researchers of Universidad Austral (Argentina) and Universidad de los Andes (Chile), which has gained the first place in the award provided by the Network of Latin American University Institutes of Family (REDIFAM).","PeriodicalId":150493,"journal":{"name":"VI Congreso Internacional de las Relaciones Interpersonales \"Desarrollo humano en tiempos de la (re)evolución 4.0\"","volume":"06 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129284244","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

{"title":"La relación educativa en propuestas formativas en línea Estudio de caso desde las percepciones de los estudiantes","authors":"María Cecilia Beccaría, Mariángeles Castro Sánchez","doi":"10.26422/icf.20193cong06.bec","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26422/icf.20193cong06.bec","url":null,"abstract":"Universities are currently undergoing virtualization processes that operate on their structural bases and must be interpreted in the context of the transformations that societies undergo. At the beginning of the century, Garrison, Anderson and Archer (2000) introduced the Community of Inquiry (CoI) model which describes how learning takes place within a community, through the interaction of three nuclear elements that make up the core of an educational experience: cognitive presence, social presence and teacher presence. In this framework, the creation of links is presented as a vital necessity in any training intervention and a prevalent factor in the development of academic commitment, especially in the field of higher education. In line with the above, we propose to investigate how interpersonal relationships –and more specifically the teacher-student link– affect the development of academic commitment in university students of a distance-taught career, studied through a virtual platform. This approach to our object is materialized from the students' perspective through a qualitative methodology, of an exploratory-descriptive nature, framed in a case study. The “teacher-student link” emerges associated with the “affective dimension”, a component of the “social presence” element in the CoI model. Its properties are: \"accompaniment\", \"positive reinforcement\", \"generosity\" and \"stimulation\". In this way, the affective dimension and the vocation for proximity to the student transcend the physical space, and online interventions are configured as powerful generators of interpersonal relationships. This translates into a reciprocal treatment, since a relationship of presence and proximity between the participants of a curricular path is established, producing interactions that allow a real knowledge of the other. Additionally, generation of interpersonal links is defined as a nuclear factor in the development of academic commitment in online training proposals. From a relational perspective, the strengthening of interpersonal links has a central impact on education which is also verified in the virtual space, evidencing a marked personalization of the process.","PeriodicalId":150493,"journal":{"name":"VI Congreso Internacional de las Relaciones Interpersonales \"Desarrollo humano en tiempos de la (re)evolución 4.0\"","volume":"51 10","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120806330","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
