Se trató con formula libre de Fenilalanina y rica en tirosina. Conclusión. La FCU puede ser diagnosticada tempranamente por tamiz neonatal, realizado de rutina en ESSALUD; sin embargo, existen niños a los que no se les práctica, por lo que es muy importante reconocer la enfermedad para diagnosticarla previo al daño neurológico, así como incorporar el programa de tamizaje neonatal en toda entidad de salud. Objetivo general: Determinar los factores asociados al desarrollo de ERC en pacientes diabéticos tipo 2 que se atienden de forma regular en un Hospital I. Materiales y métodos:Se realizo un estudio descriptivo de corte trasversal. Resultados: Se incluyeron 218 pacientes, encontrándose diferencia estadística significativa en la edad, HbA1c, nefroprotección y LDL-colesterol (p<0,05). Siendo la edad > a 60 años y la HbA1c ≥ 7%, factores de riesgo con un OR de 2,01 y 1,87 respectivamente, mientras que, el tener nefroprotección y cifras menores de 100mg/dl de LDL-colesterol fueron factores protectores contra el riesgo de desarrollar ERC al tener un OR de 0,52 y 0,53 respectivamente. Conclusión:Los factores asociados con el desarrollo de ERC en pacientes diabéticos son la edad, HbA1c, nefroprotección y LDL-colesterol. Palabras clave Enfermedad renal crónica, diabetes mellitus tipo 2, factor de riesgo y factor protector. SUMMARY Introduction: 50% of diabetics suffer from chronic kidney disease (CKD), with cardiovascular disease being the main cause of morbidity and mortality in them, however, this occurs because patients with CKD die from cardiovascular events before reaching end-stage renal disease due to that cardiovascular damage begins at an early stage of kidney disease, being necessary to know the factors associated with the development of CKD in the early stages of said disease.Overall objective: To determine the factors associated with the development of CKD in type 2 diabetic patients who are treated regularly in a Hospital I. Materials and methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out. Results: 218 patients were included, finding a statistically significant difference in age, HbA1c, nephroprotection and LDL-cholesterol (p <0.05). Being age> 60 years old and HbA1c ≥ 7%, risk factors with an OR of 2.01 and 1.87, respectively, while having nephroprotection and less than 100mg / dl of LDL-cholesterol were protective factors against the risk of develop ERC by having an OR of 0.52 and 0.53 respectively. Conclusion: The factors associated with the development of CKD in diabetic patients are age, HbA1c, nephroprotection and LDL-cholesterol.","PeriodicalId":150228,"journal":{"name":"Revista Médica de Trujillo","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131538500","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are factors associated with this, for example the use of Pulmonary Surfactant, age, birth weight, type of delivery, the administration of coffee citrate and continuous positive presion. Objectives: To determine the factors associated with necrotizing enterocolitis in moderate preterm neonates of the Lazarte Hospital 2013-2018. Materials and methods: Observational, analytical study of cases and controls. We reviewed 225 clinical histories of neonates under selection criteria. In the analysis, logistic regression was used. Results: Those who had necrotizing enterocolitis (ENC) had 29 weeks of age with RI: 28-32 and birth weight of 1524 with RI: 1205-1996. The 21.14% (n=26) of those who used the Pulmonary Surfactant had ENC, and in the same way 32.95% (n = 57) and 33.51% (n = 64) of those who had use of Caffeine Citrate and CPAP. For the type of delivery, from cesarean and vaginal way, 32.97% (n=61) and 37.5% (n=15) had ENC. In the bivariate analysis, the use of pulmonary surfactant was significant (ORc: 0.43, CI: 0.29-0.64, p=0.0001). Conclusions: Independently, only the use of surfactant was associated with ENC, being the use of surfactant a protective factor.","PeriodicalId":150228,"journal":{"name":"Revista Médica de Trujillo","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132608940","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
