Due to the frequency spectral varies with the normal blood flow and turbulent flow. The power spectra appear changes in frequency and amplitude with the degrees of AVS stenos is. The proposed diagnosis system consists of signal preprocessing and stenos is degree identification. The Burg autoregressive (AR) method was used to estimate the frequency spectra of phonoangiographic signal and to find the peaky spectra in the region of 0Hz and 800Hz. The frequency spectra showed changes in characteristic frequencies with the degrees of AVS stenos is. The main characteristic frequencies distribute into different bands, overlap bands, or crossing bands. Ambiguous and uncertain information is not easy to identify by human-made decisions. Therefore, ANFIS is designed as an early decision-making model to evaluate the degrees of AVS stenos is. The degrees of stenos is (DOS) were divided into three classes by professional physicians. For 42 long-term follow-up patients, the experimental results show the proposed diagnosis system has greater efficiency for evaluating AVS stenosis.","PeriodicalId":149730,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Symposium on Computer, Consumer and Control","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-06-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115720484","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

End-to-end security plays a crucial role for the communication in these networks. This provides the confidentiality, the authentication and mostly the prevention from many attacks at high level. In this paper, we propose a lightweight key exchange protocol WSKE (Wireless Sensor Key Exchange) for IP-based wireless sensor networks. This protocol proposes techniques that allows to adapt IKEv2 (Internet Key Exchange version 2) mechanisms of IPSEC/6LoWPAN networks. Digital Low-IF technique has been chosen as the receiver architecture. The RF front-end includes differential source inductor degeneration LNA and folded-cascode mixer. Due to the LTE system is applied to portable device, to achieve low power consumption issue, all of the LNA transistors are biased in sub threshold region, which can offer superior gain per current consumption. With power-constrained simultaneous noise and input matching (PCSNIM) technique, the input matching design of LNA become more flexible and still have good noise performance at low power consumption situation. One of advantages of folded-cascode mixer is implemented using PMOS device as switching stage for lower flicker noise than NMOS. Another advantage is that the LNA stage and the switching stage are separated in DC biasing such as the switching stage can operates in much lower dc current as compared to the LNA stage for less noise contributed at output. The circuit operated under a supply voltage of 1.2 V and current consumption of 2.27 mA. According to measurement results, the RF front-end achieves 12 dB conversion gain with P1dB of -9 dBm and IIP3 of -4.04 dBm.","PeriodicalId":149730,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Symposium on Computer, Consumer and Control","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-06-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124903823","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Although many load balancing schemes have been presented, there is no scheme providing the elasticity in cloud computing. A Max-Min task-scheduling algorithm for load balance in the elastic cloud is proposed in this paper. To realize the load balancing, the proposed algorithm maintains a task status table to estimate the real-time load of virtual machines and the expected completion time of tasks, which can allocate the workload among nodes and realize the load balance. The extensive experiments demonstrate that the proposed Max-Min task-scheduling algorithm can improve the resource utilization as well as reduce the response time of tasks.","PeriodicalId":149730,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Symposium on Computer, Consumer and Control","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-06-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123438098","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This algorithm introduces simulated annealing ideas into PSO, adopts cooling process functions to replace the inertia weight function and construct the time variant inertia weight function featured in annealing mechanism, takes use of the APSO algorithm to search for the optimized resolution of Electrical Capacitance Tomography (ECT) reconstruction image. In fragile watermarking, the watermark is used for authentication and the hash function is applied to achieve the verification tasks in most fragile watermarking schemes for 3D models. In this paper, a novel Chaos sequence based fragile watermarking scheme for 3D models in spatial domain is proposed. The proposed scheme employs a Chaos sequence generator to generate a Chaos sequence, which is used to generate the embedded watermark. Instead of the hash function, the tampering region can be verified and located by the Chaos sequence based watermark check. The Chaos sequence based watermark is embedded to achieve both the authentication and verification. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme can achieve authentication of the original model and tampering detection of the stego model with insignificant visual distortion.","PeriodicalId":149730,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Symposium on Computer, Consumer and Control","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-06-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128964045","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With its abundant recreational resources and easy accessibility, the small island of Cijin has attracted several million tourists. Although the highly developed tourism has brought economic benefit, it has also brought heavy pollution and unbalanced development which severely degrade the coastal environment. It is very important to achieve a balance between economic development and environmental protection while developing coastal tourism. This study has tried to develop an interactive decision support system (Decision Support System) for effectively integrating management by the system dynamics (SD). The SD model, based on the DPSIR (Driving force, Pressure, State, Impact and Response) indicator set, was formulated for integrating the cross-linkage factors of the problem. The DSS, which has user-friendly interface, allows decision makers to easily perform the scenario analysis of sustainable coastal tourism management under the DPSIR framework. Several policies will be presented in this paper using the DSS to assess their performances in terms of sustainable development of the coastal tourism in Cijin, Taiwan.","PeriodicalId":149730,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Symposium on Computer, Consumer and Control","volume":"130 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-06-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124677186","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
