In this study, it is aimed to determine the location of a field hospital that will serve the patients of the European Union countries, especially the population most affected by the pandemic, in the case of the COVID-19 pandemic and the possible pandemics that may occur. A multi criteria decision model was proposed with 5 main and 20 sub-criteria in order to determine the location of a potential field hospital and six candidate European Union countries were evaluated according to these sub-criteria. The heat obtained from solar energy can be stored by using different systems. One of these systems is solar ponds. Solar ponds consist of layers whose salt density increases towards the bottom. In this study, the use of phase change materials to increase the heat storage performance of a model solar pond was investigated. The phase change material, Cetyl-palmitic acid eutectic mixture was prepared and its chemical properties were obtained by FT-IR spectroscopy. The thermophysical properties and surface morphologies were determined by using Differential Scanning Calorimetry and SEM. The obtained phase change material was applied to the inner surface of the heat storage zone. The temperature distribution of the solar pond was calculated numerically for with and without phase change material. Doğal kaynak tüketimi ve atmosfere salınan CO2 miktarı göz önüne alındığında çimento kullanım oranının düşürülmesi amacıyla alternatif bağlayıcı malzeme arayışı ile geopolimer kompozit üretimi gerçekleşmiştir. Çimento kullanımını devre dışı bırakarak atık malzemeler ile uygun kimyasal malzemelerin bir araya getirilmesi sonucu oluşan geopolimer yapı sunduğu birçok avantaj nedeniyle malzeme alanına umut verici bir soluk getirmiştir. Geopolimer harçların mekanik özelliğini yansıtan basınç dayanım testi ile şekil değiştirme durumunu yansıtan rötre deneylerinin uygulanması sonucu elde edilen veriler genetik algoritma tabanlı esnek hesaplama yöntemi olan gen ekspresyon programlama (GEP) ve çoklu doğrusal regresyon (ÇDR) kullanılarak istatistiksel analiz ve modelleme işlemleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Uncategorized data can disturb social sharing users with an increasing user network due to deprecating and negative content. For the stated reason, a hybrid model based on CNN and LSTM has been proposed to automatically classify all written social sharing content, both positive and negative, into defined target tags. With the proposed hybrid model, it is aimed at automatically classifying the content of the social sharing system into different categories by using the simplest embedding layer, keras. As a result of the experimental studies carried out, a better result was obtained than in the different studies in the literature using the same data set with the proposed method. Pozzuolanas such as fly ash are used instead of cement to reduce or minimize damage caused by sulphate on concrete. This study uses fly ash tailings from Afsin Elbistan thermal power plant, which has a component close to cement instead of cement, which is one of the main components of concrete. Examples of different fineness obtained by grinding the fly ash (FA) in the ball mill for 0, 10 and 20 minutes were prepared with a FA substitution rate of 10%, creating examples of fly ash-added concrete. These examples were then exposed to a 10% and 5% additive sulphate solution and tested for compressive strength and ultrasonic pulse velocity measurement tests to investigate the effect of concrete samples on sulphate resistance. According to the results obtained, the compressive strength values of concrete samples exposed to a solution of 5% and 10% sulphate have been observed, depending on the fly ash grinding time. It has been found that the concrete samples added have reduced compressive strength by increasing the amount of sulphate solution and have a higher compressive strength value than the reference sample. However, weight losses have been reduced as the grinding time increases. Because wheat bran was detected as the most effective solid substrate, effect of various culture parameters and some inducers on laccase production in wheat bran media was investigated. Wheat bran with moisture content of 75%, pH 5.0 and 30 °C was the most effective medium and 10 mM copper addition supported the highest amount of laccase. In glass tray fermenter 2973±220 U/L laccase activity was obtained. Crude laccase gave the highest activity at 70 °C. It was stable at 60°C for 6 hours and retained 37% activity at 70 °C for 2 hours. It decolorized 61% of Remazol Brilliant Blue R within 20 min. Results showed that this strain could produce high amount of laccase and suitable inducer such as copper could induce its laccase production. Bunun için bu çalışmada, uçucu kül bazlı geopolimer harç üretiminde yapı malzemelerinden geri dönüştürülmüş farklı kumların olası kullanım etkileri deneysel olarak araştırılmıştır. Bu kapsamda, beton, bazalt karo, granit karo, mermer karo ve seramik karo gibi inşaat malzemelerinin geri dönüşümünden elde edilen beş farklı türde geri dönüştürülmüş kum malzemesi doğal kuma alternatif olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Uçucu kül bazlı geopolimer harçların üretiminde, doğal kum, bu geri dönüştürülmüş kumlarla hacimce 10, 20, 30, 40 ve %50’lik oranlarda ikame edildi. Böylece biri kontrol karışımı olmak üzere toplam 26 farklı geopolimer karışımı tasarlanmış ve üretilmiştir. Üretilen geopolimer harçların birim ağırlık, su emme, yarmada çekme ve özellikle termal iletkenlik özellikleri test edildi. Sıtma hastalığını algılama, tanıma ve sınıflandırma gibi işlemler, Plasmodium parazitli hücrelerin mikroskobik olarak incelenmesine dayanmaktadır. Sıtma paraziti ile enfekte olmuş hücrelerin bilgisayar destekli olarak tanımlanması zorlu bir iştir. Bu zorlu işlemi kolaylaştırabilmek için son zamanlarda popüler hale gelen derin öğrenme yöntemleri ile kırmızı kan hücrelerinde sıtma parazitinin olup olmadığı tespit edilmeye çalışıldı. Bu hastalığın tanısını koyabilmek için gerçekleştirilen sınıflandırmada iki ayrı Konvolüsyonel Sinir Ağı (CNN) modeli geliştirilmiştir. Birinci modelde giriş katmanı olarak önceden eğitilmiş ResNet50V2 mimarisini temel alan derin öğrenme modeli verilmiştir. İkinci modelde ise 23 ağırlıklı katmandan oluşan yeni bir derin öğrenme modeli tasarlanmıştır. Önerilen modelleri eğitebilmek için toplam 27.558 ince kan hücresi görüntüsü kullanıldı. For this purpose, the ionic bond function of Artificial Atom Algorithm has been improved benefiting an algorithmic step of Shuffled Frog Leaping Algorithm. As a result of the updates, the search space was narrowed for the ionic bond operator. Thus, the state of getting away from the solution in each iteration was prevented. The success of Improved Artificial Atom Algorithm was tested with benchmark functions. In this study, 100% polyester woven fabric samples were coated with pigment printing technique using solid particle pumice, amorphous silica and colemanite additives and printing fixation was carried out by sol gel method. After the printing processes carried out with different additive ratios, the surface analyzes of the existing fabric samples were made and the results obtained were evaluated by comparing their strength, abrasion resistance, UV protection and air permeability properties.
