Dinding penahan  tanah  dapat  dikatakan  aman  apabila  dinding  penahan  tanah  tersebut  telah  diperhitungkan  keamanannya,  baik terhadap pergeseran, bahaya penggulingan, dan kemampuan daya dukung tanah. Bronjong adalah anyaman kawat baja yang dilapisi dengan seng atau galvanis. Anyaman kawat baja ini membentuk sebuah kotak atau balok. Bagian dalamnya diisi dengan batu-batu berukuran besar dimana ukuran tersebut tidak boleh ada batuan yang diizinkan melewati lubang ayaman. Fungsi  bronjong  di  antaranya  adalah  melindungi dan  memperkuat  struktur  tanah  disekitar  tebing,  tepi sungai, dan tepi tanggul agar tidak terjadi erosi atau longsor, cara pemasangan dan pemeliharaan bronjong itu sendiri juga bisa mempengaruhi kekuatannya.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dimensi penanggulangan lereng tipe bronjong yang memenuhi ketentutan faktor aman, dan mengetahui Rencana Anggaran Biaya pada pelaksanaan penanggulangan lereng dengan bronjong pada pekerjaan pembangunan Jl. Budi Utomo Baru – Simpang Tiga Dangga. Penelitian ini berlokasi dikota Kendari yang di analisis berdasarkan data hand bor, hasil pengukuran, data pengujian laboratorium tanah, profil lereng, dan profil bronjong.Hasil penelitian terhadap  lereng dengan angka keamanan yang diisyaratkan lebih besar dari 1,25 menujukkan angka keamanan  lereng  eksisting  1,062.  Sehingga  dilakukan  penanggulangan  lereng  menggunakan  bronjong  dengan  angka keamanan 1,295 dengan dimensi bronjong 2 meter panjang x 1 meter lebar x 0,5 meter tinggi dengan biaya pekerjaan Rp. 1.132.654.147,50.ABSTRACTThe construction of a retaining wall is one of the efforts to protect humans from erosion. The retaining wall can be said to be safe if the retaining wall has taken into account its safety, both against shifting, the danger of overturning, and the carrying capacity of the soil. Gabions are zinc-coated or galvanized woven steel cables. This steel wire mesh forms a box or beam. The inside is filled with large stones of which size should not allow rocks to pass through the woven holes. The functions of gabions include protecting and strengthening the soil structure around cliffs, river banks, and embankments to prevent erosion or landslides, the way the gabion is installed and maintained itself can alsoaffect its strength.The purpose of this study was to determine the dimensions of gabion type slope countermeasures that meet the safety factor requirements, and to know the Budget Plan for implementing gabion slope countermeasures on the construction work Jl. Budi Utomo Baru - Tiga Dangga Intersection. This research is located in Kendari city which is analyzed based on hand drill data, measurement results, soil laboratory test data, slope profiles, and gabion profiles. Perencanaan tebal perkerasan menggunakan analisis komponen (Metode Bina Marga) untuk lapis pondasi agregat dan metode yang dikembangkan oleh NAASRA (National Association of Australian State Road Authorities) untuk pondasi beton. Data yang diperlukan dalam analisis tersebut menliputi daftar harga satuan, draft penggunaan alat berat, harga satuan barang dan jasa, dan gambar pekerjaan. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh besaran Perbandingan biaya konstruksi perkerasan kaku (rigid pavement) sebesar Rp. 3.044.749.683,- dan perkerasan lentur (flexible  pavement) sebesar Rp.  2.993.386.135,- dengan selisih perbandingan biaya sebesar Rp. 51.363.548,- dan alternative yang paling menguntungkan adalah perkerasan lentur (flexible pavement) dikarenakan biaya konstruksi untuk perkerasan tersebut lebih murah dibandingkan dari perkerasan kaku (rigid pavement). ABSTRACTThe research study on the comparison of the cost of rigid pavement and flexible pavement construction aims to determine the comparison of the cost of rigid pavement and flexible pavement as well as from the elements of work on Prof.M.Yamin's road and to compare the second alternative is the use of pavement layers in terms of construction costs, so that the best and most profitable alternative is obtained. Pavement thickness planning uses component analysis (Bina Marga Method) for aggregate base layers and a method developed by NAASRA (National Association of Australian State Road Authorities) for concrete foundations. The data required in the analysis includes a list of unit prices, drafts of heavy equipment use, unit prices for goods and services, and work drawings. Pengelola parkir Lippo Plaza Kendari menggunakan sisitem parkir progresif artinya, semakin lama parkir maka semakin besar tarif yang harus dibayarkan. Analisis Ability to Pay (ATP) dan Willingness to Pay (WTP) dilakukan untuk mengetahui besarnya kemampuan dan kesediaan pengguna fasilitas parkir untuk membayar tarif parkir yang berlaku.Hasil dan pembahasan yang dilakukan menunjukkan adanya perbedaan karakteristik pengguna fasilitas parkir pada hari kerja dan pada akhir pekan. Untuk motor, Ability to Pay (ATP) tarif parkir untuk jam pertama didapat sebesar Rp. 2.836,21 dan untuk jam selanjutnya sebesar Rp. 1.036,12 sedangkan untuk Willingness to Pay (WTP) tarif parkir untuk jam pertama didapat sebesar Rp. 2.261,86 dan untuk tarif jam berikutnya sebesar Rp. 1.594,61. Untuk kendaraan roda empat, Ability to Pay (ATP)  tarif parkir untuk jam pertama didapat sebesar Rp. 5.826,41 dan untuk jam berikutnya sebesar Rp. 2.091,93 sedangkan untuk Willingness to Pay (WTP) tarif parkir untuk satu jam pertama didapat sebesar Rp. 3.209,24 dan untuk tarif jam selanjutnya sebesar Rp. 2.781,25. Secara keseluruhan, rata-rata baik nilai ATP dan WTP mendekati dengan tarif yang diberlakukan di Lippo Plaza Kendari. ABSTRACTLippo Plaza Kendari City is one of the largest shopping centers in Kendari City which provides off-road parking facilities in the form of parking lots. The parking manager at Lippo Plaza Kendari uses a progressive parking system, meaning that the longer the parking takes, the greater the fee to be paid. Ability to Pay (ATP) and Willingness to Pay (WTP) analyzes were conducted to determine the ability and willingness of parking facility users to pay the applicable parking rates.The results and the discussion conducted show that there are differences in the characteristics of parking facility users on weekdays and on weekends. For motorbikes, the Ability to Pay (ATP) parking fee for the first hour is Rp. 2,836.21 and for the next hour of Rp. 1,036.12 while for Willingness to Pay (WTP) the parking rate for the first hour is Rp. 2,261.86 and for the next hour rates is Rp. 1,594.61. Desa ini sering mengalami genangan/banjir setiap saat musim hujan, dimana hujan deras yang menguyur Desa Oneeha puluhan rumah di daerah tersebut terendam banjir. Banjir setinggi 50 cm itu berasal dari luapan sungai Oneeha yang merupakan salah satu sungai terbesar di daerah tersebut, Sungai Oneeha mempunyai potensi sumber air yang baik dimana sepanjang tahun tidak pernah kering dan pada waktu musim hujan air terbuang masuk ke laut, belum adanya konsep perencanaan terpadu dan belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik sehingga menimbulkan banyak kerusakan/kerugian setiap tahun. meluapnya sungai Oneeha adalah akibat pendangkalan sungai yang  di sebabkan oleh aktivitas perusahaan kelapa sawit di desa tersebut dan tidak adanya tanggul penahan banjir.Menurut informasi yang didapat dari masyarakat sekitar mengatakan desa mereka dikelilingi perkebunan kelapa sawit milik perusahan swasta. Setiap hujan deras pasti banjir dan itu asalnya dari luapan sungai. Sebelum ada perkebunan kelapa sawit, tidak ada banjir. Dia juga menegaskan bahwa bajir yang merendam permukiman mereka sudah bercampur dengan lumpur. Keadaan ini bertambah buruk jika turunnya hujan bersamaan dengan pasang surut air laut, sehingga mengakibatkan luapan  dan genangan air semakin luas dan dalam. Sebab permasalahan tersebut menimbulkan banyak gangguan pada masyarakat terutama di bidang kesehatan, aktifitas warga dan perekonomian. Sehingga kawasan tersebut oleh pemerintah setempat dianggap perlu untuk ditanggulangi dan ditangani segera. ABSTRACTOneeha Village is one of the coastal areas located in Kolaka Regency, Tanggetada District. This village often experiences puddles / floods during the rainy season. The village was once flooded and drowned any houses. The 50 cm high flood came from the overflow of the Oneeha river which is one of the largest rivers in the area. The river has the potential of good water sources where throughout the year it never dries and during the rainy season the water is wasted into the sea, there is no integrated planning concept and has not been used properly so that it causes a lot of damage / loss every year. Penelitian ini di lakukan di Universitas Halu Oleo Kendari dengan lokasi dari gerbang utama Universitas Halu Oleo (depan Fakultas Teknik) sampai di depan Fakultas Pertanian dan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat kenyamanan pejalan kaki terhadap fasilitas pedestrian di Universitas Halu Oleo Kendari.Penelitian ini di lakukan dengan metode membagikan kuesioner kepada responden sebagai tanggapan terhadap fasiltas pedestrian di Universitas Halu Oleo. Untuk jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian untuk penilaian kenyamanan pejalan kaki pada fasilitas pedestrian di Universitas Halu Oleo Kendari bahwa dari 10 (sepuluh) indikator kenyamanan pejalan kaki ada 7 (tujuh) indikator yang masuk dalam kriteria cukup nyaman diantaranya adalah keamanan dari kendaraan bermotor dengan skor 212 atau 62,35%, keindahan pemandangan dengan skor 209 atau 61,47%,  aksesibilitas dengan skor 205 atau 60,29%, Sirkulasi pejalan kaki dan kendaraan bermotor dengan skor 204 atau 60%,  kebersihan lingkungan dengan skor 197 atau 57,94%, iklim mikro (terik sinar matahari) dengan skor 182 atau 53,53 % dan bentuk atau kondisi geometri dengan skor 178 atau 52,35%. Pantai Tinobu mengalami  endapan yang dapat mengakibatkan majunya garis pantai, pendangkalan muara sungai yang menyebabkan aliran sungai dapat memimbulkan banjir.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tinggi gelombang pada peramalan gelombang pantai Tinobu dengan mengkonversi data angin dan mengetahui bentuk penjalaran gelombang di pantai Tinobu dengan model simulasi CG WAVE pada SMS 10.0.10 di pantai Tinobu. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis dan survey pasang surut,, topografi dan bathimetri.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tinggi gelombang dan periode gelombang signifikan maksimum di laut dalam dari arah timur adalah 0,81 meter dan 3,26 detik. Pada penelitian ini penjalaran gelombang yang disimulasikan adalah penjalaran pada arah Timur dengan sudut datang pada model isian 90 derajat. Kemudian dari arah datang angin ini saya mengambil periode 3,26 detik dengan menyamakannya pada kondisi peramalan gelombang pada hasil analisa perhitungan kala ulang periode dengan 25 tahun.   Kata Kunci : Gelombang, Water Modeling, Pantai.ABSTRACTTinobu Beach problems have occurred such as coastal erosion, erosion can occur naturally or due to human activities. Tinobu beach has deposited which can cause coastline advancement, silting of river mouths which causes river flow can cause flooding. The purpose of this study was to determine the wave height in the forecasting of Tinobu beach waves by converting wind data. and bathymetry. The results of this study are the wave height and the maximum significant wave period in the deep sea from the east is 0.81 meters and 3.26 seconds. In this study the wave propagation that I simulate is propagation in the East direction with the angle of incidence in the 90-degree field model . Sebagai wilayah yang sektor pertumbuhan ekonominya dipicu oleh kegiatan eksploitasi tambang maka pada ruas jalan tersebut terjadi pembebanan kendaraan berat berulang terus menerus. Jalan ini direncanakan menggunakan tipe perkerasan kaku dengan umur rencana mencapai 40 tahun.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tebal perkerasan kaku serta membuat perbandingan terkait lapis tebal perkerasan kaku pada jalan wisata Kendari– Toronipa, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode Manual  Desain Perkerasan 2017 (MDP 2017) dengan data pendukung yang berhubungan dengan penentuan tebal perkerasan sebelum dilakukan tinjauan perancangan tebal perkerasan kaku di jalan wisata Kendari-Toronipa.Hasil Penelitian ini menghasilka nilai tebal perkerasan sebesar 28,5 cm dan 26,5 cm untuk kondisi eksisting pada jalan wisata Kendari-Toronipa yang berarti terjadi perbedaan ketebalan sebesar 2 cm. Kata Kunci : MDP 2017, Perkerasan Kaku, Tebal PerkerasanABSTRACT The government always encourages the tourism sector and improves the economy of the people around this area, so it is necessary to have adequate transportation facilities and infrastructure as well as the Kendari-Toronipa tourist road which is a provincial road that connects Kendari City and Konawe Regency. As an area whose economic growth sector is triggered by mining exploitation activities, this road segment is subject to repeated heavy vehicle loading. Penelitian ini mencoba memanfaatkan slag nikel feni III sebagai filler dalam campuran HRS-WC, untuk mengurangi penggunaan agregat alam, sehingga mendapatkan campuran yang lebih ekonomis dan diharapkan dapat menambah kualitas dari lapis perkerasan HRS-WC.Untuk mengetahui kinerja campuran perkerasan HRS-WC dengan menggunakan filler slag nikel feni III dan dibandingkan dengan filler abu batu, serta mengetahui kadar aspal optimum pada penggunaan filler slag nikel feni III. Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 variasi kadar filler slag nikel feni III yaitu 0%, 6,7%, 9%, dan 11,2% dengan menggunakan 5 variasi kadar aspal dengan benda uji masing masing variasi 2 buah.Karakteristik marshall dalam campuran HRS-WC pada variasi 0% filler slag nikel feni III didapatkan kadar aspal optimum di 6,263%. Pada variasi 6,7% filler slag nikel feni III tidak didapatkan kadar aspal optimum. Pada variasi 9% filler slag nikel feni III didapatkan kadar aspal optimum di 6,544%. Pada variasi 11,2% filler slag nikel feni III didapatkan kadar aspal optimum di 7,023%. Kata Kunci : HRS-WC, slag nikel feni III, kadar aspal optimum (KAO).ABSTRACT The nickel slag is the B3 waste product derived from the processing of nickel seed, the process of smelting the nickel seed is producing a huge amount of slag nickel waste. Therefore, it must be put to good use because it can potentially cause environmental problems and social phenomena in the community. This research tries to utilize nickel feni III as a filler in the HRS-WC mixture, to reduce the use of natural aggregates, so as to obtain a more economical mixture and is expected to increase the quality of the HRS-WC pavement layer.To find out the performance of the HRS-WC pavement mixture by using the Nickel Feni III slag filler and compared to the rock ash filler, as well as knowing the optimum asphalt content in the use of the Nickel Feni III slag filler. This study uses 4 variations of nickel filler content of Feni III namely 0%, 6.7%, 9%, and 11.2% by using 5 variations of asphalt content with two specimens of each specimen.Marshall characteristics in HRS-WC mixture at 0% variation of Nickel Feni III slag filler obtained optimum asphalt content at 6.263%. In the variation of 6.7% nickel feni III filler slag , no optimum asphalt content was obtained. In the variation of 9% nickel feni III filler slag the optimum asphalt content was obtained at 6.544%. Pada dasarnya saat kita akan atau sebelum melakukan perjalanan, kita akan mempertimbangkan apakah kita akan menggunakan kendaraan pribadi ataupun angkutan umum untuk melakukan perjalanan dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pemilihan moda tersebut.Analisis Faktor-Faktor Pemilihan Moda Transportasi ke Kampus oleh Mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Sipil Universitas Halu Oleo bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi prioritas dalam pemilihan moda transportasi yang paling diminati oleh mahasiswa pada saat ke kampus. Studi ini menggunakan metode Proportional Random Sampling dan analisis data menggunakan Analitycal Hierarchi Process (AHP) untuk mencari faktor-faktor dan moda transportasi yang menjadi skala prioritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang menjadi prioritas dalam pemilihan moda berdasarkan hasil perankingan jawaban responden yaitu, Keamanan (37%), kemudian Waktu (23%), Biaya (21%) dan Kenyamanan (18%). Untuk moda transportasi yang menjadi prioritas pilihan mahasiswa yaitu, Kendaraan Pribadi (51%), kemudian di susul Gojek (18%), Grab (16%) dan Angkutan Umum (15%). Penelitian ini memperlihatkan dominasi pilihan moda dari sebagian mahasiswa dalam melakukan perjalanan kekampus. Kata Kunci : Analytical Hierarchy Process, Pemilihan Moda, MahasiswaABSTRACTOne of the things which is quite important in transportation planning is the modal choice aspect. Basically when we will or before traveling, we will consider whether we will use private vehicles or public transportation to travel by considering several factors that can influence the choice of mode.Analysis of  Factors  for  Choosing Mode  of  Transportation  to  Campus  by Students of  the Department of Civil Engineering at Halu Oleo University aims to find out the factors that are a priority in choosing the mode of transportation that is most sought after by students when they go to campus. This study uses the Proportional Random Sampling method and data analysis using the Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) to look for factors and modes of transportation that are the priority scale. The results showed that the priority factors in the choice of mode were based on the results of the respondents' answers namely Safety (37%), then Time (23%), Cost (21%) and Convenience (18%). For modes of transportation that are the priority choices of students namely, Private Vehicles (51%), then followed by Gojek (18%), Grab (16%) and Public Transport (15%). Metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung sedimen dasar dengan menggunakan rumus Qs = 0,0864 x Cs x Q.Hasil dari analisis besaran laju dan muatan sedimen yang terjadi di sungai Wanggu diperoleh pada sungai Wanggu hulu sebesar 239.962 ton/hari dengan muatan sedimen 630 mg/l, sungai Wanggu tengah sebesar 323.065 ton/hari dengan muatan sedimen 700 mg/l dan sungai Wanggu hilir 118.514 ton/hari dengan muatan sedimen 780 mg/l. Kata Kunci : Sedimen Dasar, Debit Aliran, dan Sungai WangguABSTRACTWanggu River is one of the rivers that have a very important role for the community around it as a place of community livelihood for sand mining.This study aims to measure the rate and load of sediment that occurs in the Wanggu river at three observation points, namely the upstream, middle, and downstream parts of the Wanggu river.
