Salah satu alternative untuk mengatasi masalah transportasi di simpang ini adalah dengan menggunakan marka yellow box junction (YBJ). Pemasangan marka jalan YBJ diharapkan adapat mengatasi kemacetan yang terjadi di beberapa simpang rawan macet di kota kendari. Namun pada kenyataannya masih banyak pengendara yang tidak memahami akan bentuk dan fungsi dari YBJ. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk Efektifitas Marka jalan YBJ untuk mengetahui kesesuaian marka YBJ dengan standar yang berlaku dan mengetahui efektifitas marka jalan YBJ pada simpang Jln.Ahmad Yani – Jln.Balai Kota – Jln.H.Abdulah Silondae – Jln. Abunawas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tiga waktu puncak yaitu pada waktu puncak pagi, siang dan sore. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketidaksesuaian ukuran marka pada simpang dengan lebar garis lurus 15 cm dan diagonal 15 cm yang tidak sesuai dengan standar standar di Indonesia maupun internasional sedangkan untuk efektifitas marka berdasarkan tandannya mengalami penurunan setelah pemasangan YBJ sebesar 8.12 det/smp namun berdasarkan pemahaman masyarakat berdasarkan wawancara langsung di lapangan masih banyak yang belum mengetahui fungsi dari marka jalan YBJ dan berdasarkan observasi pelanggaran di lapangan masih terdapat banyak pelanggaran pada marka jalan YBJ.Kata Kunci : Yellow box junction, Efektifitas, Tundaan, simpangABSTRACTThe amount of vehicle growth in Kendari affects several performances of the intersection in Kendari, especially the intersection. One alternative to overcome the problem of transportation at this intersection is to use yellow box junction mark (YBJ). The installation of YBJ road markings is expected to overcome the congestion that occurs at several traffic jam-prone intersections in the city of Kendari. But in reality there are still many riders who do not understand the form and function of the YBJ. The purpose of the study for the effectiveness of YBJ road markings was to determine the suitability of YBJ markings with applicable standards and to determine the effectiveness of YBJ road markings at the intersection of Ahmad Yani Street –City Hall Street –H.Abdulah Silondae Street – Abunawas Street. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan damar terhadap penetrasi aspal modifikai , dan untuk menemukan seberapa banyak penggunaan damar sebagai material substitusi aspal sehingga memenuhi persyaratan penetrasi sesuai ketentuan SNI. Persentase Damar yang digunakan sebagai bahan modifikasi antara 2.5%-10% terhadap berat total aspal modifikasi dengan interval 2,5%. Jenis damar yang digunkan adalah damar mata kucing dan aspal minyak yang digunakan adalah aspal pen 60/70. Pengujian penetrasi mengacu pada SNI 06-.2456-199. Alat yang digunakan adalah penetrometer. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai penertrasi aspal modifikasi pada kadar damar 2,5%, 5%, 7,5%, dan 10% secara berturut-turut adalah 65, 64, 63, 52, dan 48. Penggunaan Damar sebagai substitusi Aspal Minyak hingga 5,4% masih dalam rentang persyaratan spesifikasi yakni 60-70 (dmm). Kata Kunci : Damar, Aspal Pen 60/70, PenetrasiABSTRACT The use of biomaterials as a road construction material is one of the research innovations in supporting sustainable development in the transportation sector. This study aims to analyze the effect of the usage of damar on the penetration of modified asphalt, to find out how much damar which used as an asphalt substitution material that meets the penetration requirements according to the provisions of SNI, and to find the equation model of damar content and penetration relationship. The Damar content used as a modified material is between 0% -10% of the total weight of Modified Asphalt with an interval of 2.5%. The type of Damar used is Cat's Eye Damar, and the Petroleum Asphalt used is Penetration Asphalt - 60/70. The penetration testing uses a penetrometer and refers to SNI 06-.2456-199. The results showed that the penetration value of Modified Asphalt is 65, 64, 63, 52, and 48 mm by correspondings to Damar content of 0%, 2,5%, 5%, 7,5%, and 10%. The use of damar content up to 5,4% as a substitute for Petroleum Asphalt is still within the range of SNI specification requirements, namely 60-70 (0,1 mm). Berdasarkan pengamatan, pembangunan septic tank dan sumur bor sangat mempengaruhi kualitas air yang digunakan untuk keperluan sehari-hari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pembangunan septic tank dengan kualitas air sumur bor yang berada di BTN Perumnas Poasia Kota Kendari.Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan 15 sampel air sumur bor di BTN Perumnas Poasia Kota Kendari. Analisis hasil penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Lingkungan Universitas Mandala Waluya.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 15 sampel air sumur bor yang diambil mengandung bakteri E.coli positif. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa air sumur bor tidak layak untuk dikonsumsi langsung. Penghuni dapat langsung mengkonsumsi air tersebut jika diolah terlebih dahulu. Based on observations, the construction of septic tanks and Drilling Wells dramatically affects the quality of water used for daily purposes. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the construction of a septic tank and the water quality of Drilling Wells located at BTN Perumnas Poasia, Kendari City.This type of research is an analytic survey with a descriptive approach. This study used 15 samples of bore well water at BTN Perumnas Poasia, Kendari City. The analysis of the research results was carried out at the Environmental Laboratory of Mandala Waluya University.The results showed that 15 samples of Drilling Well water taken contained positive E.coli bacteria. These results indicate that the Drilling Well water is not suitable for direct consumption. The occupant can consume the water directly if it is processed first. Kawasan pasar Andounohu sangat rentan dengan permasalahan parkir dalam hal ini belum tersedianya peruntukan lahan dan penataan parkir sehingga sangat memprihatinkan pengguna transportasi baik jangka pendek, menengah maupun jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternaif penanganan parkir dengan model parkir disisi jalan Kedondong kawasan pasar Andounohu di Kota Kendari. Hasil penelitian ruas jalan Kedondong dengan tanpa hambatan samping mengalami penuruanan koefisien serta mengalami perubahan tingkat pelayanan dengan koefisien sebesar 0,40. Untuk perencanaan penataan parkir di ruas jalan Kedondong dengan kondisi geometrik lebar lajur 3.00 meter dan ditambah dengan lebar penataan parkir di badan jalan sebesar 1,20 meter dan bahu sebesar 1,0 meter, sehingga untuk lebar badan jalan efektif 2 lajur 2 arah yaitu 6,0 meter. Hasil analisis model regresi linier dapat diketahui bahwa hambatan samping yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja lalulintas yaitu terjadi pada hambatan samping waktu sibuk sore dengan koefisien determinasi (R2) tertinggi sebesar 0,852. Dengan menggunakan persamaan Y = 0,259 + 0,001 X. This study aims to provide an alternative parking handling with a parking model on the side of Jalan Kedondong, Andounohu market area in Kendari city. Kedondong road the section without side obstacles experienced a decrease in coefficient and experienced changes in service levels with a coefficient of 0.40. For the parking arrangement planning on Kedondong road with geometric conditions, the lane width is 3.00 meters and the width of the parking arrangement on the road is 1.20 meters and the shoulders are 1.0 meters, so that the effective width of the road is 2 lanes 2 directions, namely 6, 0 meters. Jenis lain dari konstruksi dinding penahan tanah yang dapat dijadikan pilihan adalah jenis sheet pile beton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis konstruksi dinding penahan tanah yang paling efisien, khususnya dalam hal rencana angggaran biaya. Objek yang ditinjau pada penelitian ini adalah konstruksi dinding penahan tanah dengan panjang 75 meter. Dinding kantilever dengan tinggi 6 meter yang dikombinasikan dengan tiang pancang 12 meter dibandingkan dengan dinding sheet pile beton 18 meter. Selain itu, juga dilakukan optimasi pada ketebalan dinding kantilever. Metode perhitungan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan dari Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2010 Revisi 3 (2014) dan Spesifikasi Teknis Jalan Bebas Hambatan dan Jalan Tol (2017). Dalam mengoptimalkan dimensi kantilever, digunakan analisis balok terlentur bertulangan rangkap untuk menghitung momen maksimum yang mampu ditahan oleh konstruksi kantilever. Dari hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) pekerjaan konstruksi dinding penahan tanah jenis kantilever adalah Rp. 3.744.771.892,83, sheet pile beton adalah Rp.2.945.315.870,44, dan kantilever yang dioptimalkan adalah Rp. 2.568.004.756,85. Perbandingan biaya dinding kantilever terhadap sheet pile beton dan dinding kantilever yang dioptimalkan adalah 21,34% dan 31,42%. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa konstruksi dinding kantilever yang dioptimalkan memiliki Rencana Anggaran Biaya terendah. Another common type of retaining wall that can be considered as an option is a concrete sheet pile.. This study amis to determine the most efficient type of retaining wall, especially in terms of the budget plan. The object of the research is the 75 meters length retaining wall construction. The 6 meters high cantilever wall combined with 12 meters piles are compared to 18 meters concrete sheet pile. Furthermore, the cantilever wall thickness was also optimized. The calculation method in this study used the Work Unit Price Analysis from the General Specifications of Bina Marga 2010 3rd Version (2014) and the Technical Specifications for Freeways and Toll Roads (2017). To optimize the cantilever wall thickness, flexible reinforced beam analysis is used to calculate the maximum moment that the cantilever wall can withstand. Untuk itu maka penelitian di lakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan dan mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan kepuasan pengguna Transportasi online Maxim menggunakan metode PIECES framework dan uji chi square dalam menganalisis data. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner kepada pengguna dengan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 97 responden dan tambahan data pelengkap berupa tingkat pendidikan, jenis kelamin ,dan umur pengguna.Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode PIECES dan seluruh variabelnya yang terdiri dari Performance, Information, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency dan Service semua berada pada kategori Puas, artinya Aplikasi Maxim berperan baik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan sehingga memberikan rasa puas dan respon positif ke pelanggan. Dan berdasarkan hasil analisa chi square diperoleh tidak adanya perbedaan kepuasan pengguna terhadap kualitas layanan transportasi online Maxim berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan ada perbedaan kepuasan pengguna terhadap kualitas layanan transportasi online Maxim pada variabel economycs 1, dan control 5, efficiency 1, service 1 dan service 2 berdasarkan Usia. Kata Kunci : Metode Pieces, Kualitas layanan, Kepuasan penggunaABSTRACTProblems that arise from users regarding the quality of online transportation services based on the Maxim application and getting several complaints related to the performance and expectations of Maxim users, ranging from less responsive communication from Maxim, to unsatisfactory service from Maxim to users. For this reason, research was carried out with the aim of analyzing service quality and knowing whether there were differences in user satisfaction. Maxim online transportation used the PIECES framework method and the chi square test in analyzing data. This research method is carried out by distributing questionnaires to users with a random sampling technique with a sample size of 97 respondents and additional supplementary data in the form of education level, gender, and age of the user.The results of research using the PIECES method and all of its variables consisting of Performance, Information, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency and Service are all in the Satisfied category, meaning that Maxim application plays a good role in improving service quality so as to provide a sense of satisfaction and positive response to customers. Pemanfaatan limbah gelas plastik polypropylene (PP) dalam campuran beton salah satunya untuk meningkatkan mutu beton, mengurangi limbah plastik, serta mempelajari potensi akan penggunaan cacahan limbah gelas plastik polypropylene (PP) sebagai bahan tambah dalam campuran beton terhadap kuat tekan. Mutu beton K-175 dengan persentasi penambahan cacahan limbah gelas plastik polypropylene (PP) sebesar 0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15% dari berat agregat kasar. Pengujian kuat tekan beton dilakukan pada umur 7, 14, dan 28 hari. Hasil pengujian kuat tekan pada umur perendaman 28 hari menunjukkan bahwa pada penambahan persentase cacahan limbah gelas plastik Polypropylene terhadap campuran beton normal, beton mengalami penurunan yang sangat signifikan pada kuat tekan beton. Kata Kunci : Beton, polypropylene, berat agregat kasar, kuat tekanABSTRACTPolypropylene (PP) plastic cups are one type of plastic that cannot be recycled easily. One of the uses of polypropylene glass waste (PP) in concrete mixes is to improve concrete quality, reduce plastic waste, and study the potential use of polypropylene glass waste (PP) chopped waste as added material in concrete mixes to compressive strength. This research guideline refers to SNI (Indonesian National Standard). The quality of K-175 concrete with the percentage addition of polypropylene (PP) plastic glass waste counts is 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% of the weight of coarse aggregate. Concrete compressive strength testing is carried out at the age of 7, 14 and 28 days. The results of compressive strength testing at 28 days immersion show that the percentage of shredded Polypropylene plastic glass waste to a normal concrete mixture, concrete has a very significant decrease in compressive strength of concrete. Di desa Sanggona air bersih yang digunakan berasal dari mata air Mokowu, Mata air Mokowu adalah sumber mata air yang harus di jaga kelestariannya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui debit air (Q) mata air dan kebutuhan air didesa Sanggona kecamatan Uluiwoi pada tahun 2021 sampai dengan tahun 2030. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian melalui Kuesioner, Wawancara, dan pengukuran debit sungai dilapangan.Hasil penelitian berdasarkan metode pelampung diperoleh debit air (Q) sungai Motonuno tahun 2019 yaitu: Titik1 = 0,3136 m3/liter, Titik 2 = 0,408 m3/liter, Titik3 = 0,3534 m3/liter, Titik4 = 0,423 m3/liter, Titik 5 = 0,374 m3/liter. Adapun rata-rata debit air (Q) exsisting mata air mokowu adalah 0,37448 m3/liter atau 374,48 liter/detik Berdasarkan Real Demand Survey (RDS) standar pelayanan di bidang air minum kebutuhan air bersih domestik dan non domestik untuk (2021) di dapatkan sebesar 0,0844 liter/detik. Dan sepuluh tahun kedepan (2030) di dapatkan sebesar 0,6879 liter/detik. Kebutuhan air bersih domestik dan non domestik. Kata Kunci : Debit air, mata air Mokowu, real demand surveyABSTRACTAlong with the increasing community growth, the need for clean water is increasing and sometimes the service capability is not balanced. In the village of Sanggona the clean water used comes from the Mokowu spring, the Mokowu Spring is a spring that must be preserved.This study aims to determine the water discharge (Q) of springs and water needs in the village of Uluiwoi sub-district in 2021 to 2030. Data collection methods in this study are through questionnaires, interviews, and field river flow measurements.The results of the research based on the buoy method obtained the water discharge (Q) of the Motonuno river in 2019, namely, Point 1 = 0.3136 m3 /Liter, Point 2 = 0.408 m3 / Liter, Point 3 = 0.3534 m3 / Liter, Point 4 = 0.423 m3 /Liter , Point 5 = 0.374 m3 / Liter. Hal ini sangat mempengaruhi penggunaan bahan bangunan di masyarakat luas, terutama penggunaan kayu. Dengan maraknya penggunaan kayu mengakibatkan semakin menipisnya persediaan kayu legal di pasaran. Oleh karena itu, perlu dicari bahan bangunan lain pengganti kayu yang juga memiliki sifat-sifat dasar yang mirip kayu, seperti bambu.Kini pola pemanfaatan bambu yang mulai dikembangkan adalah pengolahan bambu secara laminasi, dalam pembuatan bambu laminasi, dibutuhkan bahan perekat untuk merekatkan bilah-bilah bambu sehingga menjadi balok bambu. Perekat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pati sagu. Dengan pertimbangan beberapa negara maju sudah menolak penggunaan formaldehyde sebagai perekat pada bambu laminasi. Karena dikhawatirkan zat kimia ini dapat beraksi dengan udara luar maupun panas, sehingga dapat menjadi racun.Adapun hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, dapat ditarik beberapa kesimpulan antara lain : Pertama, hasil pengujian lentur balok laminasi perekat sagu antara lain: a. Hasil uji kuat lentur rata-rata balok laminasi dengan perekat sagu tanpa pasak adalah: 1) Modulus of Rupture (MOR) 109,04MPa. 2) Modulus of Elasticity (MOE) 25927,54 MPa. b. Hasil uji kuat lentur rata-rata balok laminasi perekat sagu dengan kemiringan pasak 450 adalah: 1) Modulus of Rupture (MOR) 132,94 MPa. 2) Modulus of Elasticity (MOE) 31276,95 MPa. c. Hasil uji kuat lentur rata-rata balok laminasi perekat sagu dengan kemiringan pasak 900 adalah: 1) Modulus of Rupture (MOR) 126,71 MPa. 2) Modulus of Elasticity (MOE) 29906,29 MPa. Kedua, dari hasil pengujian kuat lentur, diketahui bahwa pada pengujian balok laminasi semuanya mengalami gagal delaminasi.
