Salah satunya adalah balok kastela yang terbuat dari baja. Namun, karena ukuran penampangnya yang tipis, mereka rentan terhadap deformasi dan ketidakstabilan yang terjadi pada balok yang sering disebut efek torsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari bentang efektif torsi pada balok kastela 225 x 75 x 7 x 8 akibat beban gempa statis dengan mengevaluasi beberapa bentang 3.1 – 3.5-meter menggunakan software etabs v.20. Dari hasil analisis struktur efek torsi pada bentang balok sumbu x dapat untuk bentang efektif balok kastela terhadap torsi akibat beban gempa adalah pada bentang 3.3 m dengan torsi untuk gempa statis sumbu x sebesar 8 Nm dan gempa statis sumbu y sebesar 2.7 Nm. Efektifitas torsi pada bentang balok sumbu y pada balok kastela terhadap torsi akibat beban gempa adalah pada bentang 3.3 m dengan torsi untuk gempa statis sumbu x dengan nilai 5.6 Nm dan gempa statis sumbu y 4.1 Nm. Kata Kunci: Software etabs, torsi, analisis struktur ABSTRACT The use of steel material offers benefits in terms of accelerating construction time and adapting the shape of steel beams to meet design requirements. One of them is a steel beam with battlements. However, because to the narrow nature of steel beams, there is a possibility of instability in the form of deformation occurring outside the loading plane. This type of deformation is commonly referred to as torsion in beams. The objective of this study is to determine the optimal torsion span in castella beams with dimensions of 225 x 75 x 7 x 8 under the influence of a static seismic load. The span range being considered is 3.1m to 3.5m. The analysis will be conducted using Etabs v.20 software. The torsion on the x-axis beam span is evident from the results of the structural analysis conducted using ETABS v.20 software. The castella beam has an effective span of 3.3 m for resisting torsion caused by earthquake stresses. It can withstand a torsion of 8 Nm for x-axis static earthquakes and y-axis static earthquakes. The value is 2.7 Newton meters (Nm). The torsional force acting on the y-axis beam span. The castella beam has an effective span of 3.3 m for resisting torsion caused by earthquake stresses. It can withstand a torsion of 5.6 Nm along the x-axis and 4.1 Nm along the y-axis for static earthquakes. Penelitian ini menggunakan benda uji dengan diameter 15 cm dan tinggi 30 cm, dengan komposisi campuran slag nikel sebagai pengganti pasir yaitu 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode eksperimen untuk mendapatkan data-data dan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukankan bahwa dengan penambahan slag nikel sebagai pengganti pasir sangat mempengaruhi kuat tekan beton. Selain penambahan slag nikel, w/c dan umur beton sangat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kuat tekan beton. Peningkatan kuat tekan beton terjadi pada subtitusi slag nikel 40%. Hal ini karena jumlah penduduk Indonesia menduduki peringkat ke 4 di dunia yang mana hampir 80% masyarakat belum menyadari tentang pemilahan, penggunaan dan bahaya sampah dan semakin diperparah sejak Pandemi Covid 19. Pemerintah telah mengupayakan segala cara agar dapat menekan laju pertumbuhan produksi sampah plastik dengan menggeluarkan dana, menetapkan peraturan, menggalakkan program 5R. Salah satu upaya masyarakat adalah dengan memanfaatkan sampah menjadi material utama beton. Sampah sikat gigi plastik (Toothbrush Plastic Waste/TPW) adalah sampah yang tidak benilai namun produksinya sangat besar karena merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok kebersihan. Tekstur yang kuat, tahan panas dan tidak lapuk merupakan faktor utama pemilihan sebagai material subtitusi. TPW dipotong dengan Panjang 1-2 cm, komposisi prosentase TWP sebagai subtitusi agregat kasar diambil berdasarkan volume agregat kasar. Hasil penelitian membuktikan terjadi peningkatan kuat tekan hingga 28 hari. Risiko proyek merupakan suatu keadaan tidak pasti pada proyek sehingga dapat menimbulkan adanya konsekuensi yang bisa menghalangi atau menghambat tercapainya sasaran utama proyek. Proyek pembangunan gedung biasanya sering mengalami keterlambatan, baik itu disebabkan oleh keterbatasan tenaga kerja, maupun ketidaktersediaan peralatan konstruksi di lokasi proyek. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengidentifikasian risiko-risiko untuk mengetahui risiko yang sangat dominan terhadap biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan RSUD Tipe D Kota Kendari, untuk selanjutnya dilakukan analisis risiko yang terjadi. Kemudian dilakukan suatu tindakan mitigasi yang tepat terhadap risiko pada proyek, sehingga proyek dapat segera terselesaikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode severity indeks. Dari hasil penelitian, terdapat 4 risiko paling dominan dengan kategori tinggi diantaranya perubahan jadwal pelaksanaan pekerjaan, ketersediaan tenaga kerja yang kurang, rendahnya tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja, serta kurangnya pengendalian terhadap jadwal pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Kata Kunci : Proyek, Manajemen Risiko, Kinerja Waktu, Severity Indeks ABSTRACT The development of the world of construction in the global era is increasing rapidly which in its implementation is sometimes faced with several obstacles including time, cost, and quality constraints. These three constraints can be interpreted as project targets which can be defined as on-time, on cost, and on quality. Project risk is an uncertain situation in the project so it can cause consequences that can hinder or hinder the achievement of the main project objectives. Building construction projects often experience delays, either due to limited manpower or the unavailability of construction equipment at the project site. This research was carried out by identifying risks to find out the very dominant risks to the cost and time of implementation of the Type D Hospital construction project in Kendari City, for further analysis of the risks that occur. Then appropriate preventive action is taken against risks in the project so that the project can be completed immediately. The method used in this study is the severity index method. Teknik pemeringkatan lokasi kecelakaan dapat dilakukan dengan pendekatan tingkat kecelakaan dan statistic kendali mutu sehingga dilakukan analisis kecelakaan lalu lintas pada ruas jalan di Kab.Enrekang dari tahun 2017-2022 sepanjang 13,16 km. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui titik rawan kecelakaan lalu lintas, upaya untuk menanggulangi kecelakaan di lokasi menggunakan metode Accident rate dan Equivalent accident number. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan metode Accident Rate titik yang paling rawan segmen 2 dengan Accident Rate 249.14, Adapun metode Equivalent Accident Number titik rawan kecelakaan terjadi pada segmen 2 pada tahun 2018 segmen 2 nilai EAN = 60, BKA = 43 dan UCL = 40. Tahun 2019 segmen 2 nilai EAN = 36, BKA = 32 dan UCL = 33. Tahun 2020 segmen 2 nilai EAN = 30, BKA = 25 dan UCL = 23. Tahun 2021 segmen 2 nilai EAN = 63, BKA = 39 dan UCL = 44. Tahun 2022 segmen 2 nilai EAN = 30, BKA = 24 dan UCL = 27. Kata Kunci: Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas, Daerah Rawan Kecelakaan, Titik Rawan Kecelakaan ABSTRACT This research is motivated by a traffic accident in form of an incident on the road that unintentional involving vehicles which results in human casualties. Accident location ranking technique can be carried out using accident rate approach and quality control statistics so that analysis of traffic accidents is carried out on roads in Enrekang Regency from 2017-2022 of 13.16 km. Purpose of this research is to find out points prone to traffic accidents, efforts to overcome accidents at the location using the Accident rate and Equivalent accident number methods. Selain itu, keberadaan angkutan umum berbasis aplikasi yang tumbuh pesat berakibat pada angkutan umum perkotaan yang semakin minim pengguna. Upaya pemerintah dalam mengoptimalkan angkutan umum di berbagai daerah masih belum berhasil untuk mengubah pola perjalanan dan moda yang digunakan oleh masyarakat. Berbagai kebijakan pemerintah masih dianggap tumpang tindih dan tidak mencerminkan upaya memaksimalkan angkutan umum perkotaan. Selain makin mudahnya masyarakat memiliki kendaraan pribadi, juga angkutan online yang makin menjamur dengan berbagai pilihan memanjakan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam memilih moda transportasi di kalangan mahasiswa dengan pendekatan Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) dan metode Analythical Hierarchy Process (AHP) terhadap 80 orang responden mahasiswa. Penggunaan aplikasi Expert Choice untuk membantu analisis dan visualisasi. Limestone is a material derived from white and fine sedimentary rock which is mainly composed of the mineral calcium. This study aims to determine the effect of strong compressive strength and slump value on the partial replacement of cement with lime powder. This study used an experimental method by comparing the compressive strength and slump value of concrete mixed with lime powder. This research was conducted for 2 months. The results showed that variations of 0%, 1% and 5% lime powder met the desired slump requirements, which were between 50 – 125 mm, while the 10% variation did not meet the requirements. Testing the compressive strength of concrete at 28 days with a 0% variation of 25.29 MPa, a 1% variation of 25.38 MPa, a 5% variation of 25.57 MPa and a 10% variation of 20.67 MPa. Jalan Poros Taman Nasional Rawa Aopa Watumohai (TNRAW) berperan penting dalam pelayanan distribusi barang dan jasa, serta pelayanan sosial seperti kesehatan dan pendidikan. Peningkatan lalu lintas menyebabkan masalah, termasuk kecelakaan dan ketidaknyamanan. Penelitian menyoroti puncak lalu lintas pada 1360.05 smp/jam pada akhir pekan, dengan kecepatan mencapai 92.371 km/jam. Persentase kerusakan jalan adalah 14% baik, 25% sedang, 17% ringan rusak, dan 44% rusak berat. Strategi yang diusulkan melibatkan pemeliharaan rutin untuk jalan yang baik, pemeliharaan berkala untuk yang sedang, rehabilitasi untuk bagian yang ringan rusak, dan rekonstruksi untuk daerah yang rusak berat. Manajemen strategis mengintegrasikan teknologi konstruksi, sistem informasi, bahan lokal, dan peralatan yang tersedia untuk meningkatkan kondisi jalan di TNARW. Kata Kunci: Arus lalu lintas, Tingkat Kerusakan Jalan, SWOT, QSPM ABSTRACT The Rawa Aopa Watumohai National Park Road section, a road with very busy traffic, is the main road that connects the South Konawe Regency area with Bombana Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The Rawa Aopa Watumohai National Park Poros Road (TNRAW) plays an important role in the distribution of goods and services, as well as social services i.e. health and education. The road experiences rising traffic volume, leading to accidents and inconvenience. Research highlights peak traffic at 1360.05 pcu/hour on weekends, with speeds reaching 92.371 km/hour. Road damage percentages are 14% good, 25% moderate, 17% slightly damaged, and 44% heavily damaged. The proposed strategy involves routine maintenance for good roads, periodic maintenance for moderate ones, rehabilitation for lightly damaged sections, and reconstruction for heavily damaged areas. Strategic management integrates construction technology, information systems, local materials, and available equipment to enhance road conditions on the TNARW. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi konstruksi gedung sebagai sumber dampak lingkungan dan memberikan gambaran tentang metode analisis dampak lingkungan. Tinjauan terhadap proses konstruksi menyoroti kompleksitas tahapan perencanaan, konstruksi fisik, dan operasional. Fokus pada jenis bahan konstruksi membedakan antara material konvensional dan yang ramah lingkungan, serta menyoroti inovasi terkini. Pentingnya penggunaan teknologi modern dan dampaknya terhadap efisiensi dan lingkungan juga ditekankan. Tinjauan metode Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) menjadi kunci dalam menganalisis dampak lingkungan, dengan mempertimbangkan aspek sosial dan ekonomi. Melalui studi kasus, proyek konstruksi gedung dan smelter pertambangan diidentifikasi sebagai penyebab dampak lingkungan yang signifikan. Identifikasi ini menciptakan peluang untuk mitigasi dan inovasi yang sesuai dengan konteks. Kelengkeng RW 3. Hal tersebut berbanding terbalik dengan kepadatan jumlah penduduk dimana Kelurahan Anduonohu memiliki luas wilayah sebesar 14,11 km2, jumlah KK sebanyak 3.433, jumlah jiwa sebanyak 13.162 dan terdiri dari 11 RW 37 RT. Untuk mengetahui kondisi eksisting TPS serta menghitung jumlah timbulan sampah pada kawasan perumahan di kelurahan Anduonohu, digunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan perhitungan timbulan sampah berdasarkan SNI 19-3964-1994. Hasil dari penelitian meliputi kondisi eksisting TPS terkait pewadahan, pengumpulan dan pengangkutan. Masyarakat melakukan pewadahan individual dan pengumpulan dilakukan dengan pola individual tidak langsung serta self incinerator. Sementara itu, pengangkutan sampah dilakukan dengan 2 unit pengangkut yaitu menggunakan dump truck dan becak motor. Kemudian timbulan sampah yang dihasilkan oleh masyarakat kelurahan Anduonohu berupa sampah organik sebesar 85,826 m3/hari, sampah anorganik sebesar 67,483 m3/hari, dan sampah organik & anorganik sebesar 158,71 m3/hari. Kata Kunci: Sampah, Sistem Pengelolaan, TPS, Timbulan ABSTRACT The waste management system in the Anduonohu Village is deemed suboptimal, as only one Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) is present on Jl. Kelengkeng RW 3. This is in stark contrast to the population density of Anduonohu Village, which spans an area of 14.11 km2, with a total of 3,433 households, 13,162 residents and comprises 11 neighborhood units (RW) and 37 household units (RT). To assess the existing condition of the TPS and calculate the waste generation in the residential areas of Anduonohu Village, observation, interviews, and waste generation calculations based on SNI 19-3964-1994 were employed as methods.. The research findings encompass the existing condition of the TPS, focusing on containment, collection, and transportation. The community engages in individual containment, and collection follows an indirect individual pattern, along with the utilization of self-incinerators. Waste transportation is carried out by two units: dump trucks and motorized rickshaws.
