Vrabie","doi":"10.52744/red.2022.01.03","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.52744/red.2022.01.03","url":null,"abstract":"The paper describes an experiment of publishing a pseudo-scientific text in two predatory editions abroad (a conference and a journal) by an invented author from Chisinau: selection of editions, preparation of the manuscript, publication stages, characteristics of the editions in which were published, etc. The results of the experiment are analyzed in the context of the situation of scientific research in the Republic of Moldova and the challenges facing it, including the Covid-19 pandemic, the transition to open access publishing and the ethical issues caused by the \"publish or perish\" approach. The lack of any quality control when publishing articles in the two pseudo-scientific editions is demonstrated that the risks of integrating predatory publications into the culture of scientific research are highlighted. The ethical organizational climate is at the core of the ethical decision-making, ethical behavior, and development in the university environment. The university ethical climate reflects the collective moral behaviors, facilitates commitment, respect for ethical norms and integrity of the parties involved in the educational process, leading to the development of an ethical culture of responsibility. In the context of the current pandemic, the educational solutions adopted, although effective in the short term, in the long run can impinge on the basic values the traditional school is built on. In order to be able to comprehend this multitude of manifestations, we imagined a system that defines different existing musical phenomena and “weighs” the degree of creativity contained in the sound material proposed for audition or study. It is a system analogous to that of transferable credits from education. This analogy was born from the reflection on the multiple aspects of the musical composition and from the attempt to find (rediscover) an order in the chaos of actions and works that populate it. The notions that belong to the sphere of human dignity - ethics, integrity, morality - must be organically integrated with those specific to the bank - money, credit, banking supervision. This process of imposing an ethical culture in banking has intensified since 2015, when the ECB, as the core of the European banking system, issued an Ethical Framework applicable to the ESCB, the Eurosystem and the SSM. In Romania, banks are in a decline in reputation and trust. New requirements have emerged in more and more areas. Scientometric research provides ways to analyze the publication interests of researchers. A scientometric study in the field of ethics was created using the Clarivate Analytics Web of Science database. The criteria for the inclusion and exclusion of documents from the database were generated. All published documents in the field of Ethics from the last 2 years were included in the study. Only the articles were analyzed using the WOS Viewer software.
