The ethical organizational climate is at the core of the ethical decision-making, ethical behavior, and development in the university environment. The university ethical climate reflects the collective moral behaviors, facilitates commitment, respect for ethical norms and integrity of the parties involved in the educational process, leading to the development of an ethical culture of responsibility. In the context of the current pandemic, the educational solutions adopted, although effective in the short term, in the long run can impinge on the basic values the traditional school is built on.
