Basically online learning (digitizing learning) is a necessity because it is part of the characteristics of the industrial revolution 4.0 era, which must be responded to and adopted by teachers. FGIL (Flipped Guided Inquiry Learning) is an appropriate learning model used in the learning process during a pandemic, with the help of LMS. The service was carried out for 13 high school/MA chemistry teachers in Agam district. The implementation process begins with an initial analysis, then continues with implementation activities. Unfortunately, society does not know the benefits of cassava as a prebiotic that is beneficial for family health. This community service activity aims to increase knowledge about prebiotics from cassava and how to process them so that it is beneficial to society. In this way, the health of the family can be maintained. The activity was carried out at the Masjid Istiqomah, Katapiang Urban Village, Batang Anai Sub-district, Padang Pariaman District, involving 18 targets. The activities implementation is divided into two stages, namely guided and independent activities. In the guided activities, interactive counseling and practical methods are used. Meanwhile, in independent activities, the targets made spice drinks in groups. The results of the activity showed targets’ knowledge about prebiotics and how to process cassava had increased so that they can get optimal benefits for health. Moodle is a software application produced for dynamic learning activities based on technology, internet and websites. The methods that used for implementing this Community Partnership Program are socialization and training which begin with preliminary observations, analysis of learning problems and the needs of teachers and students. The next stage is the preparation of activities both from the partners and the team. The third and fourth stages are socialization and training on the use of learning media based on LMS by using the Moodle features. The use of new online learning technology is dominated by SMA / MA in big cities because of the financial capacity and availability of a digital learning system that is better than SMA / MA in remote areas. The problem currently faced is the unavailability of teaching materials oriented to the online learning process (e-learning) in accordance with the demands of the 2013 Curriculum and the ability of most educators to prepare teaching materials for independent online learning still needs to be improved. Therefore, community service training in the development / manufacture of teaching materials that is oriented to the guided inquiry learning model and applies three types of representation to express chemical ideas, so that the chemistry learning process produces three learning levels, namely symbolic representation, macroscopic and sub-microscopic, or molecular. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh pada selama dan pada akhir kegiatan mennyimpulkan bahwa dengan pelatihan penerapan pendekatan saintifik melalui kegitan lesson study ternyata dapat membangun learning community guru dalam wadah MGMP IPA SMP, di kota Payakumbuh yang terindikasi dari semakin meningkatnya kualitas persepsi guru terhadap pembelajaran IPA, pendekatan saintifik serta lesson study. Therefore, this community service goal was to train the farmer or people in Nagari Panyalaian in making liquid organic fertilizer from their vegetable waste. Before this program started, the community of Nagari Panyalaian was motivated to join this program but their knowledge was still limited. In this program, they were trained in making liquid organic fertilizer from vegetables waste materials by using a simple way. The activity was carried out in the Pertapalah community showroom, Pasir Nan Tigo Village, Koto Tangah Subdistrict, Padang City and involved 14 participants. The activities were implemented in two stages, namely guided and independent activities. In the guided activities, interactive enlightment and experiment methods were done. In the independent activities, participants within groups did the practice of making drinks from spices. Results showed that the participants’ knowledge about spices and their processing to become nutritious spices improved. This workhop was implemented via zoom meeting by giving explanation about evaluation and revised Bloom Taxonomy for knowledge domain. It continued workshop to develop HOTS evaluation that started by interpreting Basic Competences (BC) to competence achivement indicator (CAI), the CAI to HOTS question indicators and develop the HOTS question through on job learning. The team assessed the result and discussed it with the teachers. They revised the mistakes and the team compile it to be the HOTS question bank. These subjects are usually fostered by teachers in the fields of Chemistry, Biology, and Physics. The chairpuson of the Padang City MGMP chemistry teachers sent the letter to LP2M through chemistry department to give training enterpreneural material. This is due to the lack of chemistry entrepreneurship teaching materials in schools that can be used as a reference in the implementation of PKWU subjects. The solution offered is training in processing vegetable materials into economically valuable products as a form of entrepreneurship for Padang City MGMP chemistry teachers, so that they can help implement PKWU learning for chemistry teachers in schools. The Community Service Team of the Department of Chemistry FMIPA UNP has provided entrepreneurship-based applied chemistry training, particularly in the processing of vegetable materials into economically valuable products as a form of entrepreneurship for MGMP Chemistry teachers in Padang. The training provided is considered effective in improving the abilities and skills of MGMP Chemistry teachers in Padang City in processing vegetable materials into various economically valuable products. Chemsitry teachers can be applied in PKWU learning in senior high school.
