This activity was attended by 20 participants from high school chemistry teacher teachers in Limapuluh Kota District. This activity needs to be carried out to improve the quality of learning for teachers and find solutions to learning problems encountered in the classroom. In addition, this activity is also to help teachers fulfill the mandate of Menpan No. 84/1993 dated December 24, 1993, which was amended to become Minister of State Regulation PAN and RB no. 16 of 2009 concerning teacher functional positions and credit numbers as one of the elements of professional development in the form of research including classroom action research. This activity has been carried out by analyzing the need for guidance material by the teacher and their level of understanding of the material delivered after carrying out the activities. The results of the analysis of the need for the material of this activity were held indicated that 100% of the total participants stated that it was necessary and very necessary. While the results of the participant's understanding of the activity material were 74.29% to 93% of participants expressed understanding and were very understanding. World Health Organization (WHO) telah merekomendasikan agar bayi mendapat ASI eksklusif sampai usia 6 bulan. Data hasil wawancara di lapangan terhadap 12 orang ibu pekerja se lingkungan Universitas Negeri Padang yang sedang hamil dan mempunyai bayi 0-12 bulan, pada umumnya mereka gagal dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif 6 bulan dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan mereka bahwa ASI/ASIP (ASI Perah) bisa disimpan dan diberikan lagi pada saat mereka sedang berkerja. Keberhasilan pemberian ASI pada ibu pekerja sangat dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan ibu, jam kerja ibu dan dukungan tempat kerja. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu pekerja se Lingkungan UNP tentang ASI eksklusif setelah cuti mereka habis, menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan adanya pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu dalam manajemen ASI ekslusif ketika kembali bekerja. Oleh sebab itu, pelatihan dilakukan melalui kegiatan PKM ini dengan judul Manajemen Asi Eksklusif Bagi Ibu Pekerja Se Lingkungan Universitas Negeri Padang. Kegiatan telah dilakukan ada tanggal 10 Agustus 2018 di ruang sidang senat UNP yang dihadiri oleh 50 peserta dengan rangkaian kegiatan pemberian materi dan miniworkshop ASIP dan laktasi dari AIMI (Asosiasi Ibu Menyusui Indonesia) Sumatera Barat. PKM ini diadakan bertepatan dengan Pekan ASI Internasional dan Bulan ASI Nasional yang bertema ASI adalah Fondasi Kehidupan. This happens, because the competence of teachers in designing and implementing contextual learning based on the scientific approach is still low. This community partnership program aims to improve pedagogic competence of science teachers in South Solok District Junior High School through mentoring in designing contextual learning based on the scientific approach and implementing it in the classroom. \u0000The method used consists of orientation and discussion stages, implementation preparation stages, implementation stages by providing assistance in designing contextual learning with a scientific approach (such as preparing RPP, Multimedia, and guidance for teachers) and assisting teachers in implementing contextual learning with a scientific approach , the monitoring and evaluation phase and the last stage of data analysis and report preparation. Data collection instruments used are questionnaire sheets to assess the implementation of activities and padegogic ability tests. The data analysis used was paired t test. \u0000Based on data analysis results of pretest and posttest, obtained an increase in the average value from 14.17 to 20.35, with an interval of values from 0 to 30. So the average value, posttest is higher than the pretest value. From the t test also obtained a significance result of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there are significant differences between the results of the pretest and posttest. Based on observations and discussions conducted on several teachers and principals, this is due to the learning that students are more likely to wait for what is conveyed by the teacher or the learning is still teacher-centered. Then in learning the teacher has not used a variety of learning media. The media used cannot accommodate the facts of students' daily conditions, although in reality there are many types and various facts around students that can be developed and utilized to support learning. \u0000This devotion activity aims to improve the competence of teachers of South Solok Regency Junior High School through contextual based multimedia development training for inquiry learning. To achieve these objectives, the method used consists of several steps, namely the steps of orientation, preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation as well as the steps of data analysis and report preparation. The instrument used was a test of understanding of the material and questionnaire on participant's response. Data analysis techniques used are paired t test and percentage analysis. \u0000The results of the analysis of pretest and posttest data and questionnaire responses of training participants, obtained the average pretest value was 41.36 for the average posttest score was 57.27. So the average value, posttest is higher than the pretest value. Based on the results of the t test obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, thus it can be concluded that there is a difference between the results of the pretest and posttest. Where the posttest results are better than the results of the pretest, this shows that there is an increase in the ability of teachers to develop contextual-based multimedia for inquiry learning. Most teachers state that procedures for making scientific works and publications have criteria that are too difficult to fulfill or follow. The teacher has not found any material that is worth writing. The teacher stated that they did not have the time to do research and look for reading sources to write. The purpose of this activity is to motivate and improve the competence of teachers in producing scientific publications in carrying out their duties through Sustainable Professional Development. Specifically, the aim is to: 1) direct teachers to produce research ideas, 2) guide teachers in compiling scientific publications, and 3) inform and direct teachers to publish works at national seminars and scientific journals. Only partly used as a traditional fertilizer. In fact, the utilization of cow dung is one of the alternative sources of renewable energy. Although biogas technology is not something new in Indonesia, the obstacles faced by farmers are their lack of knowledge about processing cow dung into biogas and making of biogas reactors. Community service has been undertaken to provide knowledge through guidance and counseling methods to farmers about biogas, biogas reactor manufacturing and technology, and the advantages of biogas reactors, both in terms of economic and environmental values. Stages of the implementation of the activities; 1). Provide guidance and counseling to farmers about biogas and how to manufacture biogas reactor, 2). Provide guidance and counseling about the safety of biogas reactors, 3). Conduct periodic monitoring of farmer groups that are partners to the continuity and continuity of activities. The result of the activity is the availability of biogas reactor in farmer group in Pauh sub-district. The fermentation process to produce biogas in the reactor is approximately 3 weeks. However, the real condition shows that in implementing integrated science teaching in the schools, there were several problems. The solution of this problem is to develop integrated science teaching materials by integrating real-world context and scientific literacy on Science teachers in East Agam district. The objective of the activity is to assist science teachers in developing integrated science teaching material and apply it in science teaching in the classroom. Participants of program assistance were 40 science teachers who were members of the Science MGMP in East Agam district. The instrument for collecting data consisted of pretest and posttest, performance assessment sheet, and questionnaire sheet of science teachers response. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics analysis and correlated comparison test. Based on the results of data analysis can be stated that: 1). In implementing the program assistance, there are 32 products produced in integrated science worksheet form, 2). The average value of the science teacher's response to the implementation of program assistance for the development of integrated science teaching material can be classified into good category, and 3). For this reason, the community service program held by Department of Biology, FMIPA, Mulawarman University, Samarinda aimed to improve the practical skills of high school teachers. This program was attended by 16 teachers from various high schools from the Samarinda region and Tenggarong. The community service program consisted of 25% theory and 75% practice in one day. The theory about DNA isolation, polymerase chain reaction, and electrophoresis was done in the classroom. Meanwhile, in laboratory, the use of molecular biology equipment, electrophoresis, interpretation results of electrophoretic DNA bands, and NCBI was done by the teachers which is assisted by the laboratory assistant.
