To minimize risk and estimate the amount of profit to be obtained, a feasibility study of investment is needed. This study aims to find out the breakdown of the calculation of business investments made in hotels in Bengkalis Regency in detail. Feasibility Study is conducted to find out whether or not investment in hotel development in Bengkalis Regency is worthy. This feasibility study was carried out using the calculation of Break Even Point Analysis (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV), Pay Back Period Analysis and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Research data collection was carried out through surveys, interviews and direct observation to the location. This study also uses secondary data from the Bengkalis Regency Central Statistics Agency. Current research entitles analysis of determinant factors of carier women on raising children pattern in Pontianak. Carier women and having chidren are charged as research respondens and as many as 6o respondents randomly taken, as others criterions working in private sectors, single carier maried women with children. Linier regression analysis is used to analyze the data, the findings showed that, the internal factors show a strong significant factor to affect the carier women on raising children pattern 73,9%, while 26,1% was inflrenced by the external factors. One of the funding products offered is mudharabah deposits accaount using aqad mudharabah. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah Pekanbaru Branch which is located at Jl. Tuanku Tambusai Block A. No. 10-11 Labuh Baru Timur Payung Sekaki. The purpose of this study is to find out about the application of accounting conducted by this bank, the authors want to know whether it has been implemented in accordance with the PSAK No. 105 standard. In this study, the author uses descriptive method in which the authors obtain data from interviews and documentation directly from the bank. The results showed that the application of mudharabah deposit accounting at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah Pekanbaru Branch using Cash Basis method is a method of comparison between income and expenses where income is reported when the money has been received and expenses are reported when the money has been paid. While profit sharing to customers using Revenue Sharing principle where rates (Nisbah) for deposit accaount products is greater for customers than for the banks. {"title":"PENGARUH PELATIHAN PENGEMBANGAN DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION (STUDI KASUS DOSEN POLITEKNIK NEGERI BENGKALIS)","authors":"Supriati Supriati","doi":"10.35314/inovbiz.v6i1.381","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35314/inovbiz.v6i1.381","url":null,"abstract":"The turnover rate lowering of lecturers was caused by such efforts as the organizational commitment like training and development, compensation done by the management of Bengkalis Polytechnic to deal with problems related to turnover intention.The present research sought to find out and investigate the effect of training and development, compensation and work specification both simultaneously and partially on the turnover intention of the lecturers at Bengkalis Polytechnic to know the function of which independent variable was the most dominant to affect the turnover intention. The method was descriptive; whereas, the population included all 58 lecturers at Bengkalis Polytechnic. Using a saturated sampling technique, all population became the sample. The data were collected using a field study and library research such as observation, interview and questionnaire. To determine the degree of correlation and the effect of an independent variable on the dependent variable, a multiple linear regression model was used. The hypotheses were tested using a statistical analysis. The results show that the multiple correlation coefficient (R) was 0.799 with α > 0.05 and the determination coefficient (R2) was 58.6% meaning that 58.6% of the training and development, compensation and work specification had an effect on the turnover intention of the lecturers at Bengkalis Polytechnic. The Significance effect of the training and development, compensation and work specification on the turnover intention could be indicated that the value of F count was smaller than F table at alpha level t = 5%. The results indicates that F count = 27.854 was bigger than F table = 2.5397 at significance level α smaller than 0.05.  From the calculation, null hypothesis was rejected meaning that training and development, compensation, and work specification had a significant effect on the turnover intention of the lecturers at Bengkalis Polytechnic. Partial test indicates that t – value of training and development variable was 3.670, professional variable was 3.39. The background of the research was UED SP program as the government effort to reduce destitute society in economic policy continuously. Meanwhile there were some obstacle in implementation of UED SP activities were not effective in the real implementation .it can be proven from the arrear every month and abuse fund from UED SP members. The objectives of the research were to know the profile comparison of UED SP from every effort that conducted by the profiler. This research was implemented in Bantan Tengah and used qualitative descriptive method to collect the information from UED SP Program. The result showed that there is significant effect of UED SP program toward receiver’s income. It can be concluded that there was a significant effect increasing of UED SP profiler’s income. Current research is learning effectiveness of Dual Resposbility Sustem at Vocational schools located in Pontianak, which aimed at investigates empirically all the variables affect Dual Responsiility System  partially and also to find out the determinate factors on Dual Responsibility System. Survey with questionnaire is deployed for data collecting with 135 respondents valid for further analyzed. Validity, reliabilty and classic assumption were used for measurement and Likert Scale for variable measurement as well. Data analysis and variable analyzes, current study highlights that teachers competency andlearning facility shows a significant impact on Dual Responsibility System. In another hands, the finding shows also showed that exogent variable has asignificant impact on endogen with R Square 52,6%,  0,430. This research suggests that each vocational schools to apply ARCS in motivating the students as well as the innovation, maintenance of learning facilities usage.
