Temanggung Regency is the leading supplier of the largest cigarette factories in Indonesia, namely PT Djarum and PT Gudang Garam. The existence of production factors determines the results of tobacco production. One of them is the availability of land that supports tobacco production. This research aimed to examine the effect of land area on tobacco production in Temanggung Regency. All the population was sampled in this study. The sample was 20 tobacco-producing districts in Temanggung Regency. The study was conducted in January 2020. The variable land area was used to ascertain how much tobacco is produced in Temanggung Regency as a result of—a quantitative descriptive method with secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Temanggung Regency. The population of this research is all sub-districts in Temanggung Regency. The data is time series data about the total land area, and tobacco production results from 2010-2019. Analysis of the data used is simple linear regression. The findings demonstrated that the land area had a positive effect of 48.3% on tobacco production in Temanggung Regency, while the 51.7% is affected by other variables not examined in this study. This occurs because the company has a stronger bargaining position than the breeder regarding capital, technology, markets, and management. So it is the company that determines the price at the breeder level, and the company also determines the price in the market. This has caused the company to control the price of broiler chickens in markets in Kendari City, thus enabling the development of a cartel to manage broiler chickens from upstream to downstream. In the long run, this research aims to improve the quality of the partnership relationship between companies and breeders in Kendari City. Especially the aims of this study are: 1) to describe the implementation of the partnership that the company is carrying out as the core with the breeder as the plasma, and 2) to analyze the income of the plasma breeder. This research was carried out in August–October 2022, and the research location was in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The sampling technique was a purposive method. The implementation of the partnership between the plasma breeder and the core company was analyzed using descriptive analysis. In contrast, the breeder's income level was analyzed using income analysis and R/C ratio analysis. The results showed that implementing the plasma breeder partnership and the core company was going well per the contract agreement. This research was carried out in a predetermined traditional market in Pangkalpinang City. This study used a survey method as its primary research design. Purposive sampling was used, and the sample size was 100 respondents. The attributes of bananas analyzed were tasted, fruit skin color, fruit size, and number of fruit per comb. The analytical method used is Fishbein Multiattribute analysis and Conjoint analysis. The results showed that consumer attitudes toward the attributes that were most considered in purchasing bananas were attributes of fruit skin color (21.57) which was very positive—taste (16.27), which was a positive value. Fruit size (15, 87) is a positive value, and the number of fruit per comb (6,41) is negative. Consumer preferences in purchasing bananas at the traditional Pangkalpinang City market are bananas with a yellow-green skin color, a sweet banana taste, a length of > 14 cm, and many pieces per comb with> 16 details. The research location was selected because the research area is a center for cassava production. The Cobb-Douglas production function model is an analytical technique used to assess how production inputs affect cassava output. Analyze the level of input utilization optimization at the same time by comparing the marginal product's value to other inputs. The study's variables included land area, labor, seeds, urea-fertilizer, NPK-fertilizer, ZA-fertilizer, SP36-fertilizer, herbicides, and production yields. The result of this research is that production inputs simultaneously influence cassava production. Several production inputs used in cassava farming in Marga Tiga District are still not optimal and need to be added, including land area, organic fertilizer, urea fertilizer, and ZA fertilizer. This study determines the advantages of agricultural and manufacturing sectors to support economic growth in Southeast Sulawesi Province. Using descriptive-quantitative analysis, this research data are GRDP values of 12 (twelve) Regencies/Cities in Southeast Sulawesi Province in 2016-2021. The analysis model used is the analysis of LQ, DLQ, and MRP methods. The results of the study found that the agricultural sector in regencies/cities except Kendari City plays a leading industry, meaning that it makes the most significant contribution to economic growth but has slow growth because the productivity of agricultural products decreases from year to year. The manufacturing sector in regencies/cities is a non-base sector, and change is not dominant, so it has a low contribution to the economic growth of regencies/cities and Southeast Sulawesi Province, except for the Konawe Regency. The manufacturing sector in Southeast Sulawesi had a soft gift because it is dominated by the food and beverage industry with low production value, resulting in slow growth. Competitiveness-based development policies according to regional potential will encourage the performance of all economic sectors. From August to September 2021, this research was conducted in Lasolo District, North Konawe Regency. This study's population consisted of 20 sago producers. Using the census technique, the researchers sampled the entire population of sago producers in the Lasolo District. The household food security survey instrument developed by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) was utilized for this study's analysis. The results indicated that 50% of sago producers in the Lasolo District had a marginal food security status, 30% had a low food security status, and 30% were deficient. At the same time, there were no food-secure households—high-calorie foods. Upon categorization into two categories, each sago farmer falls at the 50 percentile for food security and food insecurity. The previous year, sago producers in the Lasolo District consumed Sago as a staple diet. In the past week, 80 percent of Sago local foods were finished with a frequency of three to four days. Rubber, as a leading commodity, has been carried out for a long time by the people of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province as a source of income. Rubber farmers in Indonesia, one of which is in Bangka Regency, namely Kemuja Village, almost all farmers use alum as a rubber coagulant. Based on government regulations, SNI Bokar has set one using coagulants such as Asam ant or Deorub. The people of Kemuja Village once used the coagulant, but the situation did not last long. Various perceptions of farmers on the use of coagulants influence this. This study farmers’ perceptions of using alum coagulants in Kemuja Village, Mendo Barat District. This research was held on November 2021 to June 2022. This study uses the variable perception of 3 indicators: attitudes, interests, and expectations. The research method used is the survey method, which uses the Non Probability Sampling method. The determination of respondents has been carried out intentionally and purposively among as many as 35 respondents. Primary data collection techniques were obtained from interviewing respondents using questionnaires. The method of data analysis used descriptive analysis with a Likert scale. But marketing strategy problems are often faced by Gayo coffee powder producers, one of which is the lack of product promotion, even though marketing strategy is essential to a company's survival. This research aims to investigate the marketing strategies and challenges for Nagayo specialty coffee powder. This research is a case study at UD. Nagan Roasting is an MSME business for specialty coffee powder (Arabica and Robusta coffee) in Nagan Raya Regency. Data was gathered through observational data, in-depth interviews, and focus groups. The analytical methods used are internal and external factors and SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that Nagayo specialty coffee powder in quadrant 1 means that the business of UD. Nagan Roasting is in an advantageous position. Other techniques include focusing on customer happiness by delivering durable items and increasing sales marketing through social media to demonstrate Nagayo's quality. UD. Nagan Roasting has strengths and possibilities, and it can capitalize on them—however, UD. This research aims to examine the effect of the determiner of chili demand in Indonesia and categorize them as substitutes or complementary goods. This research employs a quantitative descriptive design with secondary data analysis from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The variables studied were the average prices of red chilies, cayennes pepper, tomatoes, shallots, and garlic in Indonesia from 2010 to 2020. Cayenne pepper, tomato, garlic, and garlic prices significantly affect the 1% level, whereas the population does not affect red chili demand. The analytical tool used is the Cobb-Douglas model regression and elasticity analysis. The result shows that the impact of cayenne pepper, tomato, and garlic prices is directly proportional to the demand for red chilies. On the other hand, shallots significantly have an inverse impact on the demand for chilies. The high price of cayenne pepper, the cost of tomatoes, also the price of garlic will increase the demand for red chili, while the high price of shallots will reduce the need for red chili. According to price elasticity analysis, the cost of red chili is elastic to the demand for red chili in Indonesia.
