One method that can be used is CNN (Convolutional Neural Network). CNN is an algorithm used for image classification. For bird sounds to be classified by CNN, conversion from analogue sound to digital images is required objectively and accurately. This study will discuss the conversion of analogue sound from birds into spectrogram images using one of Constant-Q Transform (CQT) and Mel Spectrogram. Bird voices are recorded using a voice recorder. The recorded voice will represent the audio signal digitally. Constant-Q Transform will map the audio signal from a time domain to a frequency domain. The frequency will be converted into a log scale and the colour dimensions (amplitude) into decibels to form a spectrogram. The spectrogram will be mapped on a mel scale to form a mel spectrogram. This research is the change of bird’s voice analogously to mel spectrogram, classified in CNN. Fuzzy logic for the lower limit value which is considered very low is 50 and the upper limit is 55. For the low category value, the lower limit is 50 and the upper limit is 65. For medium category values the lower limit is 63 and the upper limit is 78. It is not surprising that there are many satellites above Indonesia regions, either foreign or Indonesian satellites. From those satellites, the majority of them still use conventional satellites in C or Ku Bands. As time goes by, these C and Ku Band’s use is very limited in generating channel capacity to extend the capacity for responding to the massively increasing number of capacity demand in the broadband era. This paper discussed the potential use of the next generation high throughput satellite (HTS) in the Ka-Band frequency spectrum using a techno-economic analysis perspective. The technical result shows that it potentially fulfill 114.67 – 1,031.51 Gbps using 244 beams (61 Frequency Reuse Factor). This paper contributes to image reconstruction through an experimentally microwave tomography approach with a compressive sensing (CS) method at L-band frequency. The method is chosen due to its efficiency in image reconstruction and the ability to reconstruct an image with a limited input. The process is carried out by taking cross-sectional images of tree trunks resulting from the reconstruction of measured data with different pixel size. The results indicate that the CS method yields the image reconstruction with good quality. From this personality, it will be seen that humans are unique and diverse individuals. One of the causes is because each human being has a personality. This personality will create humans to have a way of thinking and behave. Personality can also be a benchmark or valuation. For example, in employee recruitment, some companies have standards for candidate workers to be recruited. One tool for doing this is a psychological test. But the drawback of this psychological test method is that it takes a long time. So we created a system that can predict personality based on the user’s tweet data on Twitter because it’s contain many opinions or thoughts from the user that can describe the user’s personality. The methods we use are Word2Vec for word embeddings and LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) for predicting. The system created focuses on seeing how a collection of tweets can predict a user’s personality. The first scenario it’s to combine every two rows of tweet and have a scoring accuracy 45%. The second scenario it’s to combine every ten rows of a tweet and have the best accuracy of 48%. The quality of software design can be measured using these metrics. Therefore, it is important to understand software metrics in a way that makes it wiser to select a particular metric in the software design assessment process. To calculate the value of a metric, it is needed to have its parameters involved. Hence, each metric consists of one or several parameters. Many of the object-oriented metrics have parameters in common. This means a parameter can be associated with several metrics. In this case, understanding the relations among parameters may help developers when selecting metrics during the software design phase, which makes the assessment process accurate, wiser, and reduce time consumption. In this work, we deeply investigate the relations among object-oriented metrics’ parameters using concepts inspired from complex networks. The dataset used in this paper was collected from trusted and accredited resources in Software Engineering field. The dataset contains the main 104 object-oriented metrics and their parameters. The results showed important facts about the relations among metrics’ parameters. Most of the park lighting systems in Indonesia, the garden light outages are still handled manually by relying on information from the community to report via the command center or checking manually by patrol. In this study, we proposed, a system monitoring tool garden light solar cell that can be accessed through the website. Monitoring the performance of park lights with remotely and real-time is one application of the smart city concept. Namely by facilitating the monitor process and automatic battery power check. The result of the existing problems in the field, monitoring tool designed garden light solar cell-based website using a microcontroller connected ESP8266 Node MCU internet network so that it is able to display voltage and current data on photovoltaics, batteries, and lights. Other functions of this tool to monitor the condition of the lamp flame or outages on Garden lights solar cell and know the layout of the existing garden light poles in the field. However, in developing and underdeveloped nations, it is a common scene that rural areas do not receive proper internet connectivity due to their price ranges and implantation costs. Considering this issue, a Circular Patch Antenna has been designed in this Research work for WiMAX Communication Systems using FR-4 Substrate Material with an Operating Frequency of 2.45 GHz (ISM-Band). The whole Simulation of the Antenna was carried out in the CST Studio Suite 2019 Software. Pure Copper Material was used to create the Ground Plane and the Circular shape Patch of the Antenna. The simulated Patch Antenna Model has an Architectural Dimensions of 20.66*26.76 mm2, which has been thoroughly compared with the past Research works to justify the validity of the work.
