In this paper, we propose two new ideas for selecting the appropriate access points (APs) in UDNs that reduce the complexity order and find the suboptimum solution efficiently. Applying the first idea, all user equipment (UE) that are out of access points’ service area and all access points that cannot find any user equipment in their service area are removed. In this case, the solutions of the conventional and proposed version of the Munkres algorithm are the same, which offers a high total sum value of the signal to noise ratios (SNRs). Still, it does not guarantee minimum interference. Hence, as the second idea, we consider estimation of the signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR), entitled by average-SINR and random-SINR, and solve the optimization problem, including a large number of access points and a variable number of user equipment densely distributed. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms in the view of sum-rate, the number of successful user equipment, and computational complexity for an area, including 250 APs and a variable number of UEs.","PeriodicalId":148136,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Communication, Networks and Satellite (COMNETSAT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133590502","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Data quality must be a concern in government organizations. Research Data and Information Center (RDIC) National Narcotics Board (NNB) is a work unit whose main tasks and functions are data and information services. As the main problem, several work units do not yet understand the importance of data quality, which carries out their data collection in their own format, as it is known that drug data is unique data. Hence, it is necessary to measure the maturity of Data Quality Management (DQM). This research is qualitative research conducted by assessing the working group team in data and information using Loshin's data quality framework to measure the data quality RDIC NNB. The results showed that the maturity level is repeatable (level 2). Many improvements need to increase the maturity level of data quality. The characterizations that have not yet been implemented are mapping on data quality DMBOK2 activities. RDIC needs to formulate data governance policies, data standards, data steward, and data quality monitoring systems to improve data quality.","PeriodicalId":148136,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Communication, Networks and Satellite (COMNETSAT)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122095223","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The solution to dealing with this problem is building Ad-hoc Network (Manet) technology for communication media. By building alternative VoIP-based communication on Raspberry Pi. The protocol used in VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) based communication using Raspberry Pi is the SOLSR (Secure Optimized Link State Routing) protocol. The VoIP work system is voice passing through the internet network in the VoIP system workflow; two components are connected, the VoIP client and VoIP server, VoIP server as the center. On the VoIP, the server uses Raspberry Pi, and the client also uses Raspberry Pi and is registered via SIP to the server to communicate to other clients and test its performance utilizing QOS testing using SOLSR. The test scenario is done by measuring throughput, delay, jitter, packet loss. L2VPN AToM technology is a consideration in enterprise networks to manage the availability of data sources centrally, safely, and quickly with other branch offices. L2VPN AToM becomes inefficient and inflexible in managing large networks formed between the head office and branch offices which must be configured manually one by one as many as the number of branch offices to be connected. In managing the L2VPN AToM network configuration, it can be done centrally to improve network efficiency by using the SDN architecture. However, this architecture requires a long time in the transition process and considering the costs incurred to replace conventional network devices that are already operating. For the solution, Hybrid SDN (Software Defined Network) network technology is needed as a solution to centrally manage conventional networks. Hybrid SDN Network is a technology that separates the control plane and the data plane by utilizing conventional network devices to be applied to the SDN architecture. This research used ansible as a controller that will distribute conventional network configuration centrally and an ONOS controller as a traffic management service for L2VPN AToM traffic. The research result shows that Hybrid SDN networks are better than conventional networks with different average values of throughput in 3.12%, 2.12% of delay, and 0.3% packet loss.","PeriodicalId":148136,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Communication, Networks and Satellite (COMNETSAT)","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125745726","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The SIW structure is implemented using dielectric substrates flanked by metal layers on the top and bottom sides whereby these metal layers are connected by array of conductor wires called as vias which resemble sidewalls of a waveguide. While the ADM structure is composed of a dielectric substrate incorporated by array of conductor wires in a specific configuration. Both SIW and ADM structures are designed and developed using an FR4 Epoxy dielectric substrate with the relative permittivity of 4.4. Parametric studies are applied upon both structures to obtain an optimum performance of the filter. The characterization result shows that the dual-band SIW BPF configured by a two-stage ADM in face-centered orthorhombic configuration could achieve the bandwidth responses of 150 MHz and 215 MHz with the center frequencies of 1.55 GHz and 2.375 GHz, respectively.","PeriodicalId":148136,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Communication, Networks and Satellite (COMNETSAT)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128739609","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Horticultural farming has great opportunities to be developed. However, there are problems in the productivity and management of existing gardens. An example is the empty plot of land because often the planted plants can not survive, especially when the dry season arrives. Lack of information about land suitability and the limited ability of garden extension about the condition of land characteristics is the cause of the problem that occurs. This research aims to design and implement an expert system of land suitability selection for fruit crops. The method used for problem-solving using case-based reasoning is to compare new cases with old cases and calculate case similarity values. The result of this study is an expert system of determining the suitability of land for the cultivation of fruit crops that can provide recommendations on what plants are suitable for the land analyzed. The proposed case-based reasoning method can analyze the condition of the land by taking into account the conditions with their respective weights. Accuracy testing using the cyclomatic complexity method obtained expert system accuracy obtained results of 80% of 30 test cases.","PeriodicalId":148136,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Communication, Networks and Satellite (COMNETSAT)","volume":"146 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125858349","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

First, we divide the main array into independent subarrays by a multi-level mean-based division. It is realized by calculating the mean value of each level as the pivot to divide its elements into two parts, greater and lower than the pivot, almost in the same lengths with a lower randomness rate to the main array. Then, subarrays can be sorted by the conventional sorting algorithms in a sequential serial realization to extract sorted data gradually or parallel realizations by using independent multi-core structures. It also holds the stability and adaptivity features of the sorting algorithm, if any. The effectiveness of the mean-based pivot to the random one is investigated. To show the superiority of the proposed idea, the simulation results are compared in view of the running time and the number of swaps required to the conventional and proposed serial and parallel Insertion-sort in different lengths of data. Finally, the complexity order of the proposed algorithm in serial and parallel implementations is compared to the conventional one.","PeriodicalId":148136,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Communication, Networks and Satellite (COMNETSAT)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132662380","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Bit error rate (BER) efficiency is improved using Forward Error Correction (FEC) coding, such as Low-Density Parity-Check (LDPC) coding. LDPC, which can accomplish near Shannon limit efficiency and has recently gained considerable attention because of these properties. The efficiency of an LDPC coded orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) communication scheme for time-varying channels is evaluated in this paper. Then we study the bandwidth-efficient coded modulation system based on LDPC codes that have low implementation complexity and high BER efficiency. During GPS outages, the existing systems experience considerable errors. In this paper, we propose a novel fusion algorithm based on an extended Kalman filter (EKF) - Elman neural network (ENN) that is capable of enhancing the tracking accuracy during GPS outages. The proposed technique relates the INS outputs from the sensors to the GPS position increment. ENN corrects the system during GPS outages by predicting the pseudo GPS position. The time information is also considered to obtain precise estimates and also to reduce the computational complexity. Simulation studies are performed on a UAV trajectory using low-cost MEMS-INS sensors to test the robustness of the algorithm under extreme varieties. However, due to its public verifiability, it is hard to compromise two functionalities at once, a covert channel and a verifiable communication medium. The existing methods are either vulnerable to statistical analysis or lack trustable delivery notifications due to off-chain message delivery. This paper fills the gap by proposing a Multi-addresses Random Set Encoding (MaRSE) to increase message covertness by retaining the natural transactions pattern and resisting statistical attacks. The method uses on-chain message delivery to preserve blockchain-based verification that provides a trustable communication medium for the communicating parties. As a result, our proposed method is robust to a brute force attack due to its unpredictable transaction sequence and high number possibility of addresses combinations.
