The quality of services expected by patients who use hospital services related to the quality of hospital services is still largely limited, both in terms of personnel, facilities and infrastructure, availability of drugs, facilities, costs and medical services. Preliminary studies in this research are informed that there are still customer complaints related to facilities and equipment, as well as services in inpatient rooms. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. To measure infrastructure and service quality on patient satisfaction, the multiple linear regression method was used with 80 respondents. This means that the determination of power requirements is adjusted to the existing workload. The Workload Indicator Staff Needs (WISN) method is a method for calculating the workforce needs based on the actual workload carried out by the workforce. This study aims to analyze the workload of services using the Work Sampling technique and analyze the needs of service workers using the WISN method. This research was carried out in the Surgery and Anesthesia Room Installation, Dr. Sardjito. This type of research is descriptive qualitative by conducting observations, in-depth interviews and document review.\u0000The results showed that the use of time for productive activities was 71.11%, the use of time for non-productive activities was 9.36% and the use of time for personal activities was 19.53%. The results of the calculation of the need for energy using the WISN method show the number of service staff as many as 20 people with a WISN ratio of 0.75. Approximately 99% of herbal ingredients are domestic products and are considered capable of bringing a significant multiplier effect in economic growth in Indonesia, starting from the upstream sector (agriculture) to the downstream sector which includes industry and trade. However, along with the incessant variety of medicines (pharmaceuticals and imported herbal medicines) that are circulating and appear to be attractive to the public, it is not impossible that the demand for herbal medicines as traditional medicines in the last five years has tended to decline. Considering that herbal medicine is a product of the nation’s cultural heritage and has contributed greatly to the creation of domestic workers, the herbal medicine industry, which incidentally is a small and medium industry, must continue to exist amid increasingly fierce competition.\u0000Kulonprogo Regency has quite a number of diverse herbal and traditional medicinal plants businesses, most of which are classified as UMKM.. In general, the business diversity is divided into four types of businesses, namely, (1). Liquid herbal medicine business; (2). Herbal medicine business; (3). Herbal dipping business; and (4). Business of herbal tablets/capsules. In order to survive, they need to find some business strategy development to remain viable and profitable. Based on these problems, it is necessary to research the Feasibility and Development Analysis of the Traditional Herbal Medicine Business of the Kulonprogo Regency, with the aim of finding several development strategies and business feasibility. The sample was randomly selected as many as 30 traditional herbal medicine business actors in Kulonprogo Regency. Through the results of the SWOT analysis, there are several business strategies, including (1). Increasing the scale of production and business scale, (2). Following the development of market trends, (3). Marketing innovation and market expansion. (4). Development of licensing legality (certification), such as the legality of an official distribution permit, and being under the guidance of the health office/BPOM. Data collection techniques through interviews with data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires. This study uses quantitative analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test (t test and F test). In addition, the balance of employees at work and living quality of life is also the focus of company attention that will make employees more satisfied in carrying out each work. The company realizes the success of employees in working through achieving targets with exceptional performance, not solely because of the skills and competencies that employees have, but equally important is the balance of the employee in managing his personal quality of life with work demands. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. To measure the effect of Work-life Balance on Job Satisfaction, multiple linear regression methods are used with 55 respondents. Thus, local economic development planning focuses on the processing industry. the processing industry, which is indeed mostly processed products typical of the city of Bogor, with commodities obtained from the FGD results, including typical culinary delights, processed food, fashion, footwear, and handicrafts. Local Economic Development is expected not only to solve economic problems, but also other aspects of development, namely improving the quality of development and improvement in local communities. Therefore, through a study of local economic development in Bagor City based on Regional Leading Products with the PUD assessment method based on twelve indicators and SWOT analysis with the aim of finding superior local economic products and determining the strategy for developing the Local Economy. This research approach is using a questionnaire, collecting primary and secondary data, through interviews, qualitative (but still measurable), document studies, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The city of Bogor has great local economic potential that is able to have a big impact on the regional economy. Some commodities in the city of Bogor, such as the rubber processing industry into footwear products that are able to open job vacancies for the surrounding community with an average workforce of 3-7 workers. This research was conducted using manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in the 2015-2019 period. Total sample used was 179 companies with total of 498 observations. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and data was analysed with multiple linear regression. Tax avoidance as dependent variable is measured by Effectice Tax Rate. Independent variables used in this research are corporate governance and audit quality. This makes the members of the dojang to compete with each other and even move from one dojang to another because they see that the other dojang is superior to the dojang he is currently attending. \u0000This study aims to examine a number of variables that affect the loyalty of dojang members, including (1) brand image, (2) brand then, (3) satisfaction, (4) servqual, and (5) brand credibility. To answer the research objectives, 100 questionnaires were distributed randomly to a number of large dojang in Yogyakarta. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. \u0000The results showed that there were 2 variables that significantly or strongly influenced the loyalty of dojang members, namely (1) brand image, and (2) servqual.
