Through this effort, the company can maintain market share so that it exists. By utilizing internet media in the digital era today, one of the initiatives done is to provide electronic services to customers. The purpose of this research is to find out and test the influence of e-service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction variables. The population in this study was the students of the Academy of Administration Management Yogyakarta (AMAYO) of which they had transacted more than two times of the online shopping site Bukalapak. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling sample. The number of sampling was 100. Based on the results of research, e-service quality has positive influences for customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Besides, it can be proven that customer satisfaction is the mediation of the quality of E-service influencing customer loyalty. Based on Sobel Formula, it was found that the value T calculated 3.97449 > T table 1.960. It means that E-Service Quality affects customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. Tax rates for boarding houses with more than 10 (ten) rooms are set at 5% (five percent). Increase tax revenue which is supported by an understanding of the tax owned by the boarding house owner, so that he complies with taxation. This research is intended to study the level of understanding of taxes for taxpayer assistance. \u0000This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the owner of a tax business in Yogyakarta's Umbulharjo District which holds 710 people. The sampling technique used is the Slovin technique, which is a boarding business owner in the Umbulharjo District of Yogyakarta City which holds 256 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using the validity and reliability test, normality test, linearity test, simple regression analysis, t test, and the coefficient of determination test. \u0000The results showed there were significant and significant differences in the level of  tax understanding of tax liabilities. This is evidenced through the t test with the results of t count 15.920> t table 1.650 and the regression equation Y = 14.516 + 0.671X. From these results it means that the higher the cost of income tax, the higher the taxpayer approval. This study used a Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The independent variable of the research used GCG as proxied by the Board of Directors, Proportion of Independent Commissioners, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and the Audit Committee, while CSR is measured using indicators based on the 2016 Global Reporting Inititive (GRI) Standard. Financial performance as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). Sampling data using purposive sampling, and there are 11 companies that meet predetermined criteria. This study showed that the Managerial Ownership has an effect on Financial Performance (ROA). This is shown as hypothesized. The Board of Directors, the Proportion of Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, the Audit Committee do not affect the Financial Performance (ROA), this is not as hypothesized. CSR has no effect on Financial Performance (ROA), this is not what was hypothesized. The Board of Directors, Proportion of Independent Commissioners, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Audit Committee and CSR simultaneously affect Financial Performance (ROA). The entire population is also sampled. The data retrieval method uses questionnaires and questionnaire assessments using the Likert scale. The analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Multiple regression analysis in this study was Y = 1,284 + 0.714 x1 + 0.241 x2 + 0.269 x3. Based on the T test calculation is as follows: The influence of compensation shows a number of 2.149 and the significance level of 0.037, which means compensation significantly influences employee job satisfaction. The effect of workload shows t count of 0.870 and the significance level of 0.392, which means the workload has no effect on employee job satisfaction. The effect of work motivation shows t count of 2.149 and significance of 0.041, which means work motivation significantly influences employee satisfaction. To fight Covid-19, the government has banned universities from carrying out face-to-face (conventional) lectures and ordered to hold lectures or learning online. Whatsapp Group is one of the familiar and frequently used distance learning media. While Zoom Meeting application is a learning media using video so that it more resembles a face-to-face meeting. This study aims to see the effectiveness of Advanced Business Statistics learning by using Whatsapp Group media and Zoom Meeting application reviewed from student learning outcomes at STIE Bisnis Indonesia Solutions. This type of research is a quasi experiment using one group pretest-postest design. The sample of research is 4th semester students who took advanced business statistics courses as many as 100 people. Sample data is processed with descriptive analysis and average difference test using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and N-Gain Score. The results showed that Advanced Business Statistics Course Lecture at STIE Solusi Bisnis Indonesia using WhatsApp Group media and Zoom Meeting application is not effective when viewed from student learning results. The thing to be grateful for is the resilience of the MSME sector which is relatively able to withstand all conditions even in unexpected conditions such as Covid-19. \u0000This study uses a comparative method, namely: before the pandemic, the beginning of the pandemic (1-3 months), and during the new normal era with the object of a cafe cafe in Minggir, Sleman, Yogyakarta. From about 10 cafes in Minggir, only 5 cafes that meet the requirements were selected as research samples. \u0000By using SPSS analysis it is known that for the period before the pandemic the following regression results were obtained: Service concept = 0.819 + 0.805 (purchase decision) +0.391 (income level), at the beginning of the pandemic: Service Concept = 0.819 = 1.470 (Purchase Decision) + 36.1 ( Income Level), and in the New Normal era: Service Concept = 6,273 + 0.364 (Purchase Kep) +19.55 (Income Level). \u0000So it is found that there is a significant difference between cafe managers who use online services and social media and those who are vacuum (without social media activity) to establish communication with customers. In this case, the Public Health Centre (PHC) should become a public institution based on community-based services which is the best, efficient, and more effective. For this reason, research on the level of satisfaction of PHC in Mojokerto is aimed to determine the correlation among satisfaction index and the community expectations in a PHC services in Mojokerto Regency. The method was used is a qualitative descriptive, the research is designed to combines qualitative and quantitative data. The object of the research is the people who use the PHC in 27 sub-districts in Mojokerto district. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive accidental sampling at the research location with 150 respondents per PHC location. Respondent data collection was carried out by interview and questionnaire techniques. the obtained data then calculated the weighted average value, community satisfaction index (IKM) and conversion in the form of a table of perception and IKM values. The results of the analysis show that the highest average conversion value of each service element of the 27 PHC is the conversion value of the cost / tariff element (U4) of 89.01 or reaches the service quality value is A. While the lowest average conversion value is the service element of complaint handling. The sample used was the customer or member of BWM Usaha Mandiri Sakinah Yogyakarta as many as 78 respondents. The sample was obtained by using the simple random sampling method. Method of Analysis: Data analysis used in this study was the Multiple Linear Regression Test. Financing partially affects UMKM development is in accordance with what was hypothesized, knowledge of Financial Report Preparation has a partial effect on variable UMKM development , this is in accordance with what was hypothesized. Gojek is an online transportation service business that is growing rapidly at this time. As one of the most trusted online transportation services, Gojek must have an effective and innovative strategy to get and retain its customers. This study aims to determine how the quality of Gojek’s online transportation services on customer satisfaction (a study of Gojek users in the Yogyakarta Special Region). Researchers used 80 respondents as samples in the study who were customers of Gojek online transportation in the Umbulharjo district of Yogyakarta City. The problems raised in this study were (1) identifying customer characteristics, (2) analyzing the level of interest and customer satisfaction. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), there are several variables of the quality of Gojek online transportation services in quadrant II with an average IKP value of 68.25%.
