Kinerja Reksa Dana Saham dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor penentu apakah reksa dana berkinerja baik atau buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Ukuran Reksa Dana, Umur Reksa Dana dan Kinerja Masa Lalu terhadap Kinerja Reksa Dana Saham yang dihitung dengan metode Sharpe. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 45 Produk Reksa Dana Bersifat Ekuitas dengan periode penelitian 2018-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan berbagai kriteria pengambilan sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Ukuran Dana tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja Reksa Dana Saham, variabel Umur Reksa Dana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Reksa Dana Saham, dan variabel Kinerja Masa Lalu berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Reksa Dana Saham. Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 8 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan net profit margin, current ratio, debt to equity ratio dan dividen payout ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham.  Implikasi dari penelitian ini bagi calon investor untuk memperhatikan  serta mempertimbangkan rasio NPM, CR, DER dan DPR karena rasio tersebut terbukti signifikan memengaruh  naik turunnya harga saham. Temuan tambahan dalam penelitian ini adalah CR berpengaruh negatif signifikan, maknanya kondisi perusahaan yang terlalu likuid bisa mengakibatkan menurunnya perolehan keuntungan bagi perusahaan. The organization will thrive if supported by loyal and highly committed employees, which is shown by their attitudes and behavior in the workplace. The purpose of this research is to find out the extent of OCB UMKM  of Kabupaten Banyumas The approach used in this study is quantitative met hod with a mean score to measure employee OCB on obedience, loyalty and participation. The results of the study concluded that the three indicators used in the assessment show good average score. Of the three indicator values the smallest is the value of the participation indicator with 3.39. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Wijayakusuma Purwokerto.  Adapun jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 65 responden, dan teknik pengambilan sampelnya dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling.  Untuk menentukan ukuran sampel menggunakan metode yang dikembangkan oleh Isaac dan Michael. Alat analisis yang digunakan Regresi Linear Berganda (Multiple Regression). \u0000Hasil analisis dengan regresi liner berganda diperoleh nilai koefisien dari variabel Capital Through (b1= 0,284), Ketersediaan Information (b2= 0,642), dan Networking (b3= 0,371) dan dengan menggunakan level of Confidence 95% (α=0,05) dan degree of freedom (df)= (n-k) = (65-4)= 61 maka diperoleh t tabel sebesar 1,999. Sedangkan t hitung untuk masing-masing variabel independen adalah Capital Through (th1=3,251), Ketersediaan Information (th2= 7,672), dan Networking (th3= 6,715). Karena th1, th2, th3 > t tabel, maka Ho ditolak. Hal ini dapat artikan bahwa Capital Through, Ketersediaan Information, dan Networking berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Unwiku. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is  a voluntary employee behavior that is not directly related to the compensation, but contributes to the effectiveness of the organization. OCB is vital for an effective organization because it includes behavior that is not directly related to performance tasks but is important for overall organizational performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) plays a key role in supporting the effectiveness of organizational functions, especially in the long run. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitiaini adalah nonprobability samping dengan teknik purposive sampling. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 31 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert 4 kategori. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji instrument validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan analisis jalur dengan menggunakan program SPSS 23.0 for windows, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan uji validitas dan reliabilitas semua variabel dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Kedua model structural memenuhi kriteria uji asumsi klasik dengan tidak terdapat multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas, dan memenuhi asumsi normalitas. Berdasarkan uji t untuk variabel iklim organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Iklim organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kualitas kehidupan tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Kelompok Budidaya Ikan (POKDAKAN) Purwa Mina Sejati Desa Beji sebanyak 25 orang.. Testing using multiple linear regression analysis and Sobel test. The research shows that perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee engagement. Perceived organizational support has a significant effect on organizational readiness to change. Employee involvement has a significant effect on organizational readiness to change. Employee involvement mediates the effect of perceived organizational support on readiness to change. Referring to these conclusions, it can be implied that as an effort to continuously improve organizational readiness for change, the Purwokerto Central Post Office management needs to implement appropriate policies related to perceptions of organizational support and employee involvement.
