As for the data validity test using the product moment formula, to find the reliability of the data using the formula Cornbach, Alpha. Then for hypothesis testing using the T test and F test, for the normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov formula. One of the forums for special students, one of which is the holding of an excellent class program. This study aims to determine the strategy in improving the quality of education through the excellent class program at SMP Plus Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. The subject of this research is the principal, WKS. The curriculum and the head of the excellent class dormitory are Al-Aziziyyah. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection methods through observation, interviews, documentation, archival records and physical devices. The validity of the data uses credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The data analysis used is SWOT analysis. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with a case study approach. Regarding the data collection procedure, by means of observation, interviews and documentation, then the validity of the data is tested, through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. The data analysis tool used is IFAS, EFAS and SWOT analysis. The results show that the marketing strategy of educational services used by SDN 2 Argomulyo in exploiting the strengths of the opportunities that have been identified: the school optimizes teacher performance, maintains the good name of the school, strengthens the good name of the school in the community. In minimizing weaknesses to take marketing model and create a more attractive extracurricular style. In minimizing weaknesses in order to avoid threats: conducting teacher training programs, disseminating the name of the school when entering the field and optimizing marketing in all media. The conclusion of the study shows that the marketing strategy carried out by the school is not optimal, causing many obstacles. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakasek bidang sarana dan prasarana, sedang informan penelitiannya yaitu kepala tata usaha, perwakilan beberapa ketua jurusan yaiu ketua jurusan Teknik Kendaraan Ringan (TKR), ketua jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ), ketua jurusan Akuntansi, ketua jurusan Tata Busana (TB), dan ketua jurusan Keperawatan.Dari hasil penelitian maka penulis dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan manajemen sarana dan prasarana sekolah di SMK Darussalam Blokagung tahun pembelajaran 2019/2020 adalah Kepala sekolah selalu berupaya dalam meningkatkan manajemen sarana dan prasarana yang ada di sekolah SMK Darussalam Blokagung melalui proses perencanaan, pengadaan, pendistribusian, pemeliharaan, inventaris, penghapusan. (3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for extracurricular activities in MTs. Al-Maarif Wuluhan Jember? Therefore, the type of research chosen is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data analysis with the process of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. From the observation process, interviews and documentation resulted in the following conclusions: (1) Extracurricular activities at MTs. Al-Maarif Wuluhan Jember is carried out only on Saturdays as many as 8 types of curricular activities are sustainable, namely the Olympics Studio, Tsalma Scout Scouts, Pagar Nusa, Volly Ball, Tsalma Futsal Club, Badminton, Sholawat Majlis, and Tahfidzul Quran. (2) The implementation of extracurricular activities in shaping the character of students is contained in scout extracurricular activities, namely camps, bonfires and ceremonies. (3) Supporting factors include the presence of competitions, the presence of alumni, active coaches, support from parents and additional time on Friday afternoons. This research used quantitative descriptive method with product moment technique in data validity test and to find data reliability using alpha formula, while in hypothesis testing using F test and T test then for data analysis technique using normality test using regression model. Based on the results of research that has been done, the quality management managed by the institution can be said to be good. The pedagogical competence of the teachers at Mukhtar Syaudang Superior Junior High School was classified as good with a score percentage of 61% - 80%, meaning that the teacher's pedagogical competence was good.
