Translation has an important role in the development of culture, translating means comparing culture. The link between language and culture gives rise to the implication that translation is not only understood as a transfer of form and meaning, but also as a cultural diversion. Consequently, translation activities can not only experience language barriers, but also cultural constraints. In this regard the task of the translator is not just to look for lexical and grammatical equivalents, but also to find appropriate ways to express things in the target language.Looking at the background above, the writer will present briefly in his discussion of cultural problems in translating Arabic into Indonesian. Based on this analysis the results presented in descriptif-narrative. The results of this research are the Id in self character husband greatly affect the State of the psychological’s husband, because he always felt lonely and unable to withstand the departure of his wife even though he has logically about the reason why he did not want to move to the new apartment. While the Ego in itself has made himself chose to maintain her own life in the apartment for the sake of the environment around the already friendly and her friends very soon. In addition, the ego has made him to assume that the most important factor is the best friend of his life. Superego in himself has been delivering him to never give up even though the burden is very heavy dipikulnya. The data were collected through observation, field notes, and tape recording. The results showed that errors in Arabic conversations of students majoring in Arabic at the State Islamic Institute of Metro in Academic Year 2017/2018 can be classified in three kinds of languages errors, namely: (1) the pronunciation errors, (2) the morphology errors, and (3) the syntax errors. On the kind of pronunciation errors, the highest frequency of errors occurred at pronunciation of / ض /, / ث /, / ع /, and / ذ /. On the kind of morphology errors, the highest frequency of errors occurred at tashrif fi’il madhiy and tashrif fi’il mudhari'. On the kind of syntax errors, the highest frequency of errors occurred at the structure of mudhaf-mudhaf ilaih, na'at-man’ut, and jar-majrur. The factors that caused the pronunciation errors can be categorized as the inter-language errors. Creativity involves the synthesis of all these functions. The section presented here is an integrative model that includes four basic functions: (a) national thinking, (b) emotional development or high-level feelings, (c) development of special talents in the mental and physical life, and (d) the high degree of consciousness resulting in the use of imagination, fantasy, and break-through at the state of consciousness or unconsciousness. The semantics mean the theory of meaning or theory of meaning. Various kinds of complicated problems such as hostility, anger, resentment, humiliation, killing and even war in the world community generally and the people of Indonesia in particular occurs due to mistakes in saying words and sentences that berdampat on the meaning of words and sentences are diverse to cause conflict between hostility and hatred among ethnic communities and religion. The development of technology and human culture can not be denied has contributed to the change of meaning. They are teachers and students. The teachers are the main actors in teaching, and students are main actors in learning. Basically learning is a process of change, from not knowing to know, less good to be good trough interaction between individuals and the environment. In school learning proses is a continous series of activities, planed, integrated which gives overall characteristics in the learning process.  Skill and ways of teaching teachers in managing the learning process is called learning strategies. A teacher must design learning with the right strategy so that the material presented to students can be delivered maximally and please them.  Whether or not the use of a particular strategy in learning depends on the goals, material, character of learners and teachers. So there is no specific strategy that is best and suitable for all learning situations and conditions. But it is the strategies that fit the learning needs.
