The study examines the impact of an age-friendly environment and perceived value on the tourist’s travel intention. The results show that in addition to the significant impact of perceived value on tourism intentions, age-friendly environmental design has also been confirmed to play a mediating role between the above two dimensions. This phenomenon indicates that good age-friendly environmental design is indeed a key factor in adult-child and parent travel decision-making.","PeriodicalId":145800,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Research in Commerce and Management Studies","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125232117","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, there are still many obstacles faced, even though they have a reliable appraisal team. However, sometimes there are always cars with poor quality, for example, there is oil seeping from the engine, the existence of a brake canvas that already thin and many others, but the buying and selling of used cars are still growing its community, for this phenomenon is interesting to do research. Researchers used data processing using SEM with AMOS version 24 software, the sample of respondents amounted to 190. The square multiple correlation values of the product, price, quality of service, and customer satisfaction shows 53.6%. Thus, it can be stated that product contributions determine changes in purchasing decisions, price, quality of service, and customer satisfaction, amounting to 53.6%; the remaining 46.7% is the contribution of other variables that have not been included in this study. The contribution of products determines changes in purchasing decisions, prices, quality of service, and customer satisfaction in a variety of significant positive and not significant, but the contribution of each in a square multiple correlation remains above 50%; this shows the research model is quite good","PeriodicalId":145800,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Research in Commerce and Management Studies","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126302820","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic has changed people's behavior in meeting basic needs, which tend to use e-commerce for shopping. Indonesia includes the active use of ecommerce in buying basic needs. This study aims to examine the factors that influence purchase intention of basic needs through e-commerce such as knowledge, brand attitudes, site trust, and perceived value which are considered to affect purchase intention of basic needs through e-commerce. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the Partial Least Square analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that e-commerce knowledge and brand attitudes do not have a positive effect on purchase intention of basic needs through e-commerce. Meanwhile, site trust and perceived value can mediate between e-commerce knowledge and brand attitudes towards purchase intention of basic needs through e-commerce.","PeriodicalId":145800,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Research in Commerce and Management Studies","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130138813","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Objectives: the objectives were to determine: the effect of E-learning on students' achievement; the extent of the relationship between learner-centered pedagogy and students' performance; the extent to which students-centered collaborative learning affect development. Design: 246 was realised as sample size using Topmans formula at 5% level of tolerance and 95% level of confidence from infinite population. Questionnaire was used to collect data, 246 copies of the questionnaire were distributed and 230 copies were returned. Method: Descriptive research method was adopted for the study. Three hypotheses were tested; the first and the third were tested using linear regression while the second was tested using Pearson product moment correlation coefficient statistics. Findings: The findings show that E-learning had a significant positive effect on students' achievement; secondly, there is a significant relationship between learner-centered pedagogy and students' performance; thirdly, Student-centered collaborative learning had a significant positive effect on development. Result: Teachers, students and other administrative staff should be involved in the full utilisation of the educational system of teaching, learning and the use of modern information and communication technologies (ICT). Recommendation: The study recommends that for e-learning to be effective, E-learning facilities should be appropriately maintained. Stable internet should be provided to support easy and fast learning and teaching; the staff and students should learn the basic knowledge on how to operate the computer and its peripheral devices; electricity is a basic requirement needed for the computer and its peripheral devices to function, so government should ensure that all institutions are connected to a stable electric grid.","PeriodicalId":145800,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Research in Commerce and Management Studies","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130916021","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the modern era, many opportunities are available for investors to invest. But according to the investment decision concerned, it depends on different things but there is no denying the fact that risk and return play an important role in making investment decisions. The method usually used by investors in diversifying is through portfolio formation. This research was conducted on the capital market index, namely IDX30 for the period December 2019-September 2020. Portfolios were formed using the Markowitz model, the data in this study were sourced from the IDX Monthly Statistic or the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research is carried out to form the Issuer's shares into an optimal portfolio and the proportion of funds from each share formed using the Markowitz method. From these calculations, the results of the 3 most optimal share issuers, namely PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia AgroniagaTbk or AGRO with a proportion of 43%, BBHI or PT Bank Harda International Tbk got a proportion of 44% and the last is PT BTPN Syariah Tbk or BTPS getting a proportion by 13%. With the combination of these three stocks, it has a fairly large portfolio return expectation but also has a large portfolio risk. Expected Return Portfolio is 11.49% and a risk of 7.12%.","PeriodicalId":145800,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Research in Commerce and Management Studies","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131368003","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By using different policy rules, we measure the appropriate federal funds rate and the bail out and bail in cost of these “progressive” policies. The benefits, lately, are insignificant and the social cost enormous and the reason is the incompetence, the corruption or the control of the policy makers, as it is going on since the British (1640) and French (1789) Revolutions. The science of Economics (Oeconomicos) is known since the Works and Days of Hesiod (8th century B.C.). The policy makers know what the true objective of their policy is, but they cannot satisfy it, which is the maximization of the social welfare, the wellbeing in every sector in the lives of the citizens of the country. There is a need to fix all these dysfunctional institutions and our democracy. What their new liberal public policies have caused to people is just uncertainty and an enormous social cost. We must go back to our traditional policies and to our 3,000 years old moral value system and the 2,000 years old revelation by preventing crises, preserving peace, respecting human lives, and satisfying the current and eternal needs of all human beings (persons).","PeriodicalId":145800,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Research in Commerce and Management Studies","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130203480","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The population reached with a sample of 300 respondents who are Mixue Indonesia customers with an age range of 10-25 years old. Purposive sampling was used to distributing questionnaires in the form of a google form. The data processing method uses SmartPLS software to prove the truth of a hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that brand image, digital marketing, and lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, but lifestyle is unable to moderate the influence of brand image on repurchase intention, and lifestyle is also unable to moderate the influence of digital marketing on repurchase intention. This research provides recommendations to the owners of the Mixue franchise regarding the steps that must be taken is to create new innovations that can support the fulfillment of the consumer's consumptive lifestyle. In addition, a good brand image for the company also needs to be improved because referring to the opinions of respondents in this study, there are still many consumers who do not know Mixue well so they have not increased maximum buying interest. Mixue is also expected to improve the quality of digital marketing so that consumers are interested in buying again.","PeriodicalId":145800,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Research in Commerce and Management Studies","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127285133","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A descriptive analysis and an econometric analysis based on the estimation of a probit model have been developed. Results concerning data relating to 225 projects covering the period 2002 2019 show that, on the one hand, the model is globally and statistically significant, and on the other hand, the performance of the projects is influenced by the duration of the project, the amount allocated to the project, the nature of the project, the efficiency of the government and the growth rate of real GDP per capita. Also, our empirical study suggests to the investors, mainly to the World Bank that the longer duration of a project allows adjustments to be made which improve project performance and that large-scale projects are the most efficient.","PeriodicalId":145800,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Research in Commerce and Management Studies","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117349645","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
