Initial four order natural frequencies and vibration mode were calculated by the module of modal analysis of ANSYS11. Axial displacement and control current influence on natural frequencies and vibration mode were also analyzed. At last they were compared with the results of experimental modal analysis. Analysis shows that there was a certain difference between the results of finite element method and experimental model analysis, but the difference was small. Meanwhile, ignoring ripple in the design process weakens the steady-state performance for switching dc-dc converters. In this paper, a new algorithm is proposed and studied to realize zero steady-state error for proportional plus derivative controller. The proposed algorithm also eliminates the negative function of ignoring ripple. The sources of steady-state error under the control of proportional plus derivative are analyzed. On the basis of the analysis for the composition principle of the wheel, topological synthetical analysis for the mechanism of the wheel which consists of the configuration decomposition and the configuration synthesis is carried out. The topological transformation is analyzed, and the three types of the exterior connection of rim-chain-links are discussed in category as the rim-chain-links of the wheel is considered a unit configuration. For the micropart to be grasped or manipulated, these processes require the micropart to be positioned and oriented properly for the microgripper. At present, many of the these processes still rely on operators to monitor and align the micropart manually through visual images provided by the camera on top of the assembly line. However, due to the limited field of view of the microassembly system microscope, the micropart may move outside of the visual monitoring area at some point during the manipulation process. The present work proposes an integrated microassembly algorithm that performs the assembly process regardless of the micropart initial orientation. The algorithm automatically aligns and tracks the micropart during the manipulation process. As the micropart rotates to the required grasping orientation, the algorithm projects the future motion of the micropart, repositions it, and simultaneously, using a PID control algorithm, maintains the micropart within the field of view of the microscope. The proposed algorithm eliminates the need for a manual alignment process, which is time consuming and is subject to error. The algorithm was implemented and evaluated on an in-house 6 DOF microassembly manipulator. Though it does not usually handle inputs including acceleration, the dual-loop scheme improves, as a feed-forward control system, rising time and phase error for acceleration input. However, since it is fundamentally a third-order PLL, it has slow rising up characteristics than speed feed-back, and cannot avoid over/undershoots. Nonetheless, the first loop has rapid rising up characteristics and no over/undershoot, since it is an ideal second-order PLL system. In this article, to solve the problem, we show a hybrid system of the dual-loop PLL and speed feed-forward/back. The system is modeled by a Petri net model that can model not only the steady state behavior of the system but also the transient behavior. Based on the model, schedulability is analyzed when one of the parallel modules for an operation fails. If it is schedulable, effective control policies are presented to keep the system in operation such that no wafer residency time constraint is violated. Prolonging of activity duration is allowed in order to decrease resource intensity of activity in this model. A dimensionless variable named as duration prolonging rate is introduced to show the prolonged degree of activity duration. Time constraints among activities can be automatically satisfied with the help of this variable during the whole calculation process. Thus, infeasible solutions can be avoided. Moreover, the model can realize the same function as conventional models with unchangeable resource intensity and can fit the instance allowing unchangeable resource intensity of some special activities. According to the actual working conditions of the calcinations, a soft sensor model with six Dimensional input vector and one Dimensional output vector is established by using Back-Propagation (BP) neural network. The Reliability and prediction accuracy of the model are verified and compared based on actual data. The results of the experiment show that the prediction accuracy of this soft sensor model can reach 96%. The pitch and heave motions are the main two features in the vertical movement system of the ship. Considering the coupling relationship between the influence factors in the ship motion system including the wave, the Inverse Triangle Transform MGM(1,n) model is proposed to predict the pitch and heave motion. The Range Transform is applied to normalize the different quantities of the model inputs. The modified Inverse Triangle Transform is introduced to solve the problem that the data are periodic oscillating. After these two transforms, the data fit the grey model well. The MGM(1,n) model is used to predict. In the analysis of the predicted result, within the relative error of 20%, the predicted data can get 70 groups, which is about 4–5 seconds. The right oscillating shape of the pitch and the heave motions last more than one period. Facing the new challenge of the real-time online network information filtration, the technology of the adaptive information filtering appears to be very important in this case. In aspects of the self-learning of user template for adaptive information filtering, with regard to the problem that the initial information pushing to the user having a high correlation but being sparse, this article uses the course of the adaptive profile self-learning based on genetic algorithm for these reasons. Through carrying on the genetic optimization to the information of pseudo-relevance feedback of the system and choosing the most superior feature information into the Rocchio module as the centroid of positive examples, thus realize the adaptive study and renewed the user profile.
