Abstract
Proportional plus derivative controller suffers from non-zero steady-state error due to no integral element. Meanwhile, ignoring ripple in the design process weakens the steady-state performance for switching dc-dc converters. In this paper, a new algorithm is proposed and studied to realize zero steady-state error for proportional plus derivative controller.
