This method achieves 98.53% accuracy in gait phase detection while meeting the real-time requirements of gait recognition. Due to privacy concerns, sensitive data must be encrypted before outsourcing, which is a challenging task regarding the effective use of data. Considering that range query, as the most common and important query method in cloud computing, is widely used in a variety of scenarios and algorithms, it is necessary to design a range query scheme to protect the security of private data. In this paper, we use Yao's garbled circuit and secret sharing method to construct a corresponding security range judgment protocol based on the difference between leaf nodes and non-leaf nodes in R-tree index structure, and on this basis, a secure and efficient range query algorithm on cloud computing is proposed. We prove the security of the algorithm under the semi-honest model through theoretical analysis. Compared with Quadtree(QT) in HEVC, QTMT can provide enhanced encoding performance. However, this improved coding performance is obtained at the cost of additional computational load from recursive and nested searches for the best CU structure. A context similarity-enabled CU partitioning algorithm is proposed to achieve a balance between coding efficiency and compression quality in VVC. According to the difference between frames, the method of frame difference algorithm is used to calculate the possibility that the current block can follow the same subblock division mode of the previous frame, so as to skip the unnecessary division selection process. It uses an offline trusted third party (TTP) as an adjudicator, playing a role similar to a guarantor. However, the fairness of signature exchange in traditional methods depends on the neutrality of the adjudicator, and there is a possibility that the adjudicator and a party may collude to commit fraud. To address this issue, this paper designs a fair signature exchange scheme without the TTP based on blockchain and VES algorithm, thus solving the problem of the trust crisis with adjudicator. At the same time, current blockchain smart contract do not support the generation and verification of the VES. As a result, this paper introduces the blockchain oracle to delegate these operations to off-chain execution. However, as a commonly used frequency control device in ICs, inverters are also one of the main factors affecting the thermal characteristics of integrated circuit chips. Their improper packaging methods will increase the burden of thermal characteristic planning schemes. Therefore, this paper establishes the heat transfer model of integrated circuit packaging based on considering the heat source of the inverter and uses the finite element method to simulate and analyze the influence of the inverter on the chip temperature in different mounting areas and under different operating conditions. Based on the model simulation data, the thermal state of the chip was evaluated by a support vector machine (SVM) optimized by the Sparrow Search Algorithm (SSA). In this paper, by analyzing the error characteristics of the gateway voltage transformer, the error formation mechanism is analyzed and determined, and the deep learning algorithm is used to evaluate the error. Before the evaluation, the empirical mode decomposition method is used to decompose the characteristics of the monitoring data of the voltage transformer, and the components containing different time scale information are extracted. Each component is predicted using the long-short-term memory (LSTM) network, and finally the prediction result is obtained. At the same time, to avoid sudden changes caused by fluctuations and noise, multi-step averaging is used to reduce the possibility of misjudgment. In this paper, a data processing model based on low priority queue and neat queue is proposed. Considering the structural framework of Kafka, the security of database data is guaranteed. The high priority of data and the communication response capability of small data volume are further improved. In the aspect of custom protocol, this paper considers the network setting protocol of device side and server side to solve the problem of packet parsing. On the Netty layer, considering the rule of judging threads established by Netty, this paper designs a judging mechanism for dynamic thread adjustment. Finally, through the simulation test platform, compared with the traditional difference prediction method, it is verified that the transmission model designed in this paper is closer to the actual value. The response effect of data processing in different priority levels is improved, which proves that the transmission scheme established in this paper can better solve the problem of network communication information queue priority sorting, and has higher analytical ability for data weight prediction. In order to improve the prediction accuracy of the short-term renewable energy output prediction model from the data level, a recurrent neural network based on a dual-attention mechanism (DA-RNN) is established in this paper. In the encoder stage, the input features are extracted based on the driving sequence. In the decoder stage, the importance weights of relevant encoder information on time are adaptively optimized when predicting the target sequence.
