As network construction continues to evolve, mobile operators have begun to pay increasing attention to customer satisfaction with the network experience[1]. It is particularly important to improve customer satisfaction more effectively and comprehensively by analyzing the various factors that affect it[2]. GBDT is characterized by high prediction accuracy and is suitable for low-dimensional data. It can handle nonlinear data and can flexibly handle various types of data including continuous and discrete values. Moreover, GBDT can use some robust loss functions that are very robust to outliers, such as the Huber loss function and the Quantile loss function. To ensure print quality and improve detection efficiency, this paper proposes an improved YOLOv5 method for detecting printing defects, which inserts a Coordinate Attention mechanism into the main feature extraction network of YOLOv5s to achieve detection of five types of printing defects. However, the use of Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) in conventional approaches requires vast computational power and memory. As a potential energy-efficient alternative, Spiking Neural Networks (SNNs) leverage temporal information and low-power sensors. Nonetheless, extracting spatio-temporal features from event-based image sequences for improved classification accuracies in SNNs poses a significant challenge. To address this, we propose a Multi-Dimensional Attention Spiking Transformer (MAST) model that integrates attention mechanisms and SNNs to capture spatio-temporal features in event-based image sequences. Consequently, the MAST model achieves state-of-the-art performance in various classification tasks, as shown by the evaluations on the CIFAR, DVS128 Gesture, and CIFAR10-DVS datasets. In recent years, neural networks have made significant progress in the field of medical image classification. However, neural networks often need to be built based on an extensive amount of data instances to achieve more precise results. In the medical field, collecting large and labeled datasets is costly. Considering this situation, we introduce a self-supervised Transformer framework, named SViT-T5, and build a masked image modeling task based on the Vision Transformer (ViT) architecture. The method treats restoring pixels as a proxy task for self-supervised learning, and image classification as a downstream task. Pre-train the model by using a great deal of unlabeled data and fine-tuning with the TongueNet dataset we created, five categories of tongue images are studied: cold syndrome, heat syndrome, deficiency syndrome, excess syndrome, and normal tongue image. And compare the classification results with the basic models without pre-training (ConvNeXt, ResNeXt, ViT, Swin Transformer) and pre-training on the ImageNet dataset. According to the results, the classification accuracy of our proposed SViT-T5 framework based on self-supervised learning reaches 85.938%. When calculating the posterior distribution of the received signal in EP iteration, matrix inversion with high complexity can be replaced by a linear equation, which can be solved by SOR. In IDD structure, the feedback of the decoder is used as a priori information of EP iteration. The feedback symbols generated by the high reliability decoder have small variance and make the coefficient matrix of linear equation diagonally dominant. Therefore, SOR can converge quickly under this scheme. The above SOR method reduces the computational complexity from $mathcal{O}(N^{3})$ to $mathcal{O}(N^{2})$. Furthermore, the log likelihood ratio(LLR) generated by the decoder is multiplied by a scale-factor to improve decoding accuracy. Numerical results show that SOR-EP maintains almost as good performance as traditional EP. The proposed method converges in various loaded scenarios, especially in the heavily-loaded case. During experimental operations of the neutral beam injector, the beam must be extracted as far as possible without aberration through electrode acceleration, beam neutralization, ion deflection, and other processing. However, the inevitable aberration and space charge effects of the beam extraction system cause the beam to continuously diverge during transmission. Therefore, it is necessary to simulate the spatial distribution of beam transmission power based on set parameters before experiments. Thus, the thermal load of internal components of the neutral beam injector is obtained. These data can better guide actual physical experiments. In this paper, the Qt framework and C++ programming language are adopted to design and implement a numerical simulation software for the spatial distribution of neutral beam transmission power. The software has high interactivity and complete functionality, including a proposed model for beam power density deposition and a beam convergence model. The experimental simulation results are visualized using the QCustomPlot class and ECharts software, and the two-dimensional results are optimized based on the quadratic Bezier curve. Highlights of the study include the adoption of a new beam convergence model, the migration of the 3D coordinate transformation model into the beam convergence model through computational programming techniques, which makes the calculation of beam convergence more universal, and the addition of a smoothing function method to optimize simulation results. Through testing, the stability of the software has been demonstrated. For the personalized travel recommendation platform, to be closer to the needs of users, we analyze the tourist data stored in the platform. We also select the basis of user behavior analysis to explore the quantitative relationship between database data and real-time information on tourist attractions, which is to guide and design personalized travel routes for tourists. However, the current personalized recommendation system has a low level of technology, and most of them are based on static data as external features, which can not meet the real-time needs of users. In this paper, for the traditional prediction navigation scheme of the optimal solution of straight-line distance, the real-time dynamic prediction analysis of user interest which is transformed into the optimal solution of time is innovatively used. The planning scheme is calculated by combining the relevant indicators of tourist attractions. The heuristic factor of the improved ant colony algorithm is adopted to calculate the travel path. The Dijkstra least square method is applied to solve the pheromone update law to customize the route planning for tourists during their travel. The simulation results indicate that the least square method of the optimal solution of the time trajectory has technical advantages in the tourism planning.
