That provides good environment to make digital twins. The suitable concept of the digital twin that includes the physical object, the virtual object and communication system between tow objects is proposed according to the original digital twin concept. The MCU system is very useful and important for the physical object. And the architecture of the digital twins of MCU systems are innovated using Proteus software and IoT platform. The practical demonstration of the digital twin of one MCU system is established to prove that the architecture is correct and can be realized in the practical projects.
