Awareness for people with chronic diseases is very necessary to do so as not to cause complications, by following prolanis. BPJS Kesehatan has also implemented a chronic disease management program (prolanis) for the management of hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Since 2014. In 2021 the Meureubo Health Center has 217 people with hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus, with 32 patients, plus in 2022 the disease hypertension to 543 patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in awareness of chronic disease sufferers in participating in the Prolanis program organized by BPJS Kesehatan Meulaboh Branch and run by the Meureubo Health Center. However, middlemen in most cases actually ensnare SME entrepreneurs, namely in the form of providing loans at high interest rates (18 – 30% per year). Banks are the main financial institutions of any country and they ensure financial stability by providing timely financial services to its customers. Both public and private sector banks are necessary in an economy which will give them a healthy competition among each other such that they will contribute towards the financial development of the country. The financial soundness of the banking sector is very much necessary especially in a country like India that will drive one step forward towards inclusive growth. Looking at the banking sector of our economy in the recent scenario, the researchers attempted to evaluate the financial performance of both public and private sector banks of our country with the help of the largest banks of their kind. CAMEL model was used in the study to compare the overall financial performance between the top most banks such that the objectives of the study can be fulfilled. The results of the study were quite clear and it ensures that the private sector banks of our country are giving tough competition to its peer counterparts. The participants consisted of 48 male volleyball players, randomly divided into four groups: the resistance training with protein intake group 1 aerobic training with protein intake group II combined resistance and  aerobic  training with protein intake group III and control group IV  the EGunderwent  a 12 –week training programme that consisted of resistance and aerobic exercises, coupled with high protein intake . The CG received no intervention during the study period. The BMI of both groups was measured at the beginning and end of the study. The results showed that the EG had a significant decrease in BMI compaired to the CG (p<0.05). The addition of palm shells to concrete is an innovation and breakthrough in the more productive use of palm oil waste. In this study, the percentage of addition of palm shells was used, among others, 0%, 7% and 14% by weight of cement with variations in the cement water factor (FAS) of 0.35, 0.45 and 0.50. The test object used was a cube (15 x 15 x 15) cm with a total of 9 test objects for each FAS with a test time of 28 days. The results of the concrete compressive strength test obtained data for FAS 0.35, the average compressive strength for BTCS was 348.15 kg/cm2, BDCSA (7%) was 363.07 kg/cm2 and BDCSB (14%) was 302.90 kg/cm2. FAS 0. 45 the average compressive strength for BTCS was 292.59 kg/cm2, BDCSA (7%) was 303.20 kg/cm2 and BDCSB (14%) was 249.27 kg/cm2. FAS 0.50 average compressive strength for BTCS was 273.09 kg/cm2, BDCSA (7%) was 271.53 kg/cm2 and BDCSB (14%) was 219.47 kg/cm2. Poor nutritional statuscan cause delays in children's cognitive development. Nutrition report global (2020), statedthe whole countryexperiencing nutritional problems. Globally, the most children with malnutrition problems are in Sub-Saharan Africa.Indonesia is experiencing a triple burden of disease, namely malnutrition, obesity and stunting. The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of nutritional status on the cognitive development of pre-school aged children. This research approachis a retrospective cohort analytic study with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. This study was conducted using data from 79 children aged 5-6 years from early childhood education school students. Nutritional status is determined using anthropometry by measuring body weight and height based on the child's age. Assessing children's cognitive abilities using instruments from the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) questionnaire. The results showed that 72.2% of children's nutritional status was normal and 72.2% of children's cognitive development was normal. Data analysis was based on the chi-square test, p-value = 0.011 (p <0.05), with a relative risk value of 2.591. The paper highlights the significant influence of Islam on the social fabric of Kashmir, as well as the role of the ruling elite in shaping the political and social landscape of the region.
