The government has a role of involvement and capacity in stunting reduction interventions. One of the determinants of stunting in Aceh Singkil District is open defecation which is an indicator of WASH (Water, Sanitation, Hygiene) that contributes to the incidence of inflammatory diseases. This study aims to analyze the determinant of open defecation with stunting incidence in Aceh Singkil District. This study used a qualitative design with Focus Group Discussion data collection techniques for the regional working unit in Aceh Singkil District. The results showed that open defecation is still one of the causes of stunting in Aceh Singkil District where open defecation behavior still exists, such as digging landfills, flying toilets, and public bathing, washing, and toilet facilities in rivers. The problems related to this are the low level of proper drinking water facilities, the behavior of open defecation, and the lack of clean water sources. (Puskemas Cot Kuta, Suka Makmue District, Nagan Raya Regency 2019). In 2020 in Suka Makmue District, cases of nutrition were at 30%, cases of wasting were 8.90%, and underweight were at 12.85%. 2021 nutritional status reaches 20% while toddlers who experience malnutrition are 8.88%. 2022 states that data on the nutritional status of toddlers has decreased by 2.8% to 21.6%. carried out in this problem of nutritional status. determine the factors that cause nutritional status problems that cause nutritional status events in the working area of Posyandu Cot Peuradi, Nagan Raya Regency. Method: this study uses a quantitative method with a Cross Sectional Study approach. The population in this study were all toddlers in the Posyandu Cot Peuradi data and the sample used was 30 toddlers, using the sampling method of sampling. The results showed that there was a significant influence between knowledge and cases of malnutrition (p-value = 0.07), patterns of feeding children (p-value = 0.000), or family income (p-value = 0.013). Companies are coping with shifting market conditions, changing workforce demographics and diversity, technological advancements, increased customer and quality focus, a talent shortage, and shifting economic realities (Noe, 2002). In order to attain long-term sustainability and total organizational success, it is crucial for businesses to continuously alter their business strategy, policies, and practices to conform to the shifting needs of the business environment. In other words, firms are compelled to implement and successfully manage change continuously (Bridges & Mitchell, 2000; Kanter, 1985). Despite the fact that organizations need to manage change more effectively, 70% of change initiatives fail (Beer &Nohria, 2000), and this failure rate has remained stable over time. Insufficient attention to issues relating to people is one of the most frequently mentioned causes of change implementation failure (Spiker & Lesser, 1995; Kotter, 1995). During the 1990s, there has been widespread recognition of the significance of employees, their psychological reactions, and their behavior during organizational transformation; yet, in practice, managers do not place enough emphasis on these concerns (Becker & Gerhart, 1996). Diabetes is a degenerative disease that occurs for life. Diabetics will experience difficult times due to changes in themselves, so they need support from those around them, especially family support to help them control their lifestyle and self-management care for families with diabetes. Diabetes is a chronic disease that requires diabetes self-management to prevent serious complications. This study aims to identify the relationship between family support and self-management of people with diabetes mellitus at the Ainon Pematangsiantar Clinic. The design in this study used a quantitative approach to cross sectional design with a sample of 35 respondents. Data analysis used the Chi Square test. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between family support and diabetes self-management (p value = 0.274 at a = 0.05). The main stressors in hospitalization are anxiety due to separation, loss of control, bodily injury and pain. The stressor will cause regression, refusing to cooperate or being uncooperative during the action. Cooperative or cooperation is a joint effort between individuals or groups of people to achieve one or several common goals. Parental support is the attitude, action, and acceptance of the family towards sick sufferers. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between parental support and the cooperative level of preschool-aged children when medical and nursing procedures were carried out at the Trade Hospital of Simalungun Regency. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional design and a qualitative approach. Sampling technique with accidental sampling. The sample is parents with preschool age children at the Trading Hospital with a total of 40 respondents. The data were analyzed using the Kendall Tau statistical test with a significance level of 95% and p (a<0.05). The results of 40 respondents showed that 62.5% provided parental support in the good category and from 40 preschoolers, 40% showed a cooperative level in the less category. The Kendall Tau test results obtained p=0.021 (a<0.05), with a contingency coefficient value of 0.355. This research was conducted from July to September 2019. The population in this study were high school students in class (x) at Taman Siswa High School (Tamsis) Pematangsiantar with a total of 303 students. The data collection technique uses the product moment correlation formula and reliability uses the Cronhbach alpha formula and involves 75 class (x) students at Taman Siswa Pematangsiantar High School as a response to the research instrument trial. The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results of this study were: (1) The level of knowledge of class (x) students at SMA Taman Siswa (Tamsis) Pematangsiantar regarding the consumption of fast food (fast food) in the good category was 46 people (61.3%), in the less good category there were 29 people (38.7%).
