Air-conditioning, refrigeration, lighting system, security and camera system, telecommunication system and computer network have been added beside the traditional heating and ventilation. Concurrently with the requirements of the users, the demands of the operation economy of these kinds of objects with multifunctional technology grow, too. The paper describes a creation design of automated control and remote management of irrigation system by the use of low-cost device Arduino and operating system Android. The irrigation system consists of several modules which can be divided into three parts: control part, regulatory part and server part. The system contains a central server, an Android client application and a web application for data administration. Application data (customer database, distributor profiles, distributions, etc.) is managed by the system administrators using the web application. The application also generates statistics and provides opportunity to create checklists for verification. The mobile client application is used by the distributors. No single person is able to perform professional activities of the operational processes, because business continuity has to be guaranteed also in the case of absence. In reality the competence level of those people who have the same professional competences can be different, so they could need different length of time to perform the same task. In this study a mathematic method will be presented which - in knowing processes and individual professional competence levels - determines the expectable length of processes using quantitative methods, depending on the person who fulfils the elementary activities of the process. The aim of the project is to create algorithms and software modules for controlling Arexx robots. Two robot types are considered, the ARX-03 ASURO and the AAR-04 ASURINO robot. The AAR-04 robot is the improved version of ARX-03, with Arduino platform, which makes the development of software modules much easier. In the framework of the presented project the robots are extended with special hardware modules (sensors and Bluetooth communication modules). The project contains an Android mobile application, which provides the user interface for controlling the robots. The robots are equipped with a WiFi camera, the camera image can be visualized in real time with the mobile application, together with sensor information. It is a well known fact that non-additive measures, i.e., monotone set functions, and corresponding integrals have been successfully applied in many different areas, both theoretical and practical. Due to the course of research, this problem has diversified into two directions. One direction covers real-valued set functions, while the second one leads towards the set-valued case. The first option can be considered as the more classical one and it covers some well known notions, such as the Choquet integral, the Sugeno integral, etc. On the other hand, the set-valued form has imposed itself as being worth studying since, while working with uncertainty, instead of the actual values, sets (intervals) are quite often being used. Lately, decision making theory has emerged as the area of special interest in terms of research of possible applications of non-additive measures. The benefits of the use of non-additive measures and corresponding integrals lie in the flexibility that is provided precisely by the monotonicity of non-additive measures and which is essential for modelling the Decision Maker's behavior. These changes widened the area of model definition, made engineering processes more conform to new demands at communication with engineers, enhanced representation of knowledge, and resulted smart functions of product model such as self adaptive characteristic. It is inevitable that development of model based engineering is new challenge for higher education of engineers. At the same time, the new convergence of theory and practice which is enforced by recent engineering modeling offers more university program conform integration of university courses and engineering systems. In this paper, new contributions are introduced to prepare this integration. After introduction of the relevant new methods in engineering, new model is outlined for course program. Following this, changes of course programs are introduced which are enforced by changes of model based engineering.
