This article aims to examine the extent of the state's efforts through the Constitution and Islam through sharia to prevent someone from becoming LGBT. This research is a literature review with the type of normative research that uses the statute approach and phenomenological approach. Based on the analysis, the state and Islam have tried to prevent LGBT early on. The Constitution and Sharia regulate that the family is formed on a good and solid foundation in the face of LGBT issues. However, due to the lack of firmness of the Constitution, LGBT perpetrators still find loopholes to exist and change their appearance to better match the gender they want. At the end of the stage, to legalize the gender transition and be recognized by the state, they apply for a change of identity on the Indonesia Identity card through the Court. Parents themselves are the most important figures in directing and forming children's character, through various kinds of parenting patterns. Character education in children is very important in shaping character, personality, ethics and positive values which are instilled in a child through the image of their parents. And as a human being we definitely need interaction and our own interaction lasts throughout our life, so this can be said to be social interaction, especially in interacting and mingling with our environment. Parents also need to remember and pay attention, that the way to explain boundaries and rules in interacting with the opposite sex does not involve strict prohibitions. The aim of this research is to find out how the role of parents in a metro city shapes the character of their children and how they maintain boundaries, norms and etiquette when interacting with other people or the opposite sex. This research uses a qualitative approach to analyze this study. Apart from that, interviews, observation, and documentation are other data collection techniques used in this research. The conclusion from this research is the important role of parents in the process of forming children's character. The sakinah family is everyone's dream. But in reality creating a sakinah family is so difficult, one of which is for families with different places to live. Distance and time create problems for wife married couples because they cannot meet physically. It creates an obstacle for husband and wife to exercise their rights and obligations. Many married couples in running relationships experience problems, both couples who live together or couples who live differently. Couples who live differently, usually due to work, economic, and educational factors. As for ways that can keep the family well established, then the couple must do openness, mutual trust, and also communications that the family is maintained well and peacefully. This research uses a mixture of qualitative and quantitative methods. Then in the analysis the researcher uses the theory of social construction. In the results of this study there are several ways and solutions for family life in different places of residence, namely: 1) understanding and understanding marriage, 2) confidence and openness, 3) good communication between families, 4) commitment to the couple, and 5) deliberation and consensus before marriage. Then the sub-topic of the discussion is the occult summons process carried out by the Kraksaan Religious Court and the efforts made by the court to optimize the occult summons. The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of occult summons through the mass media and their effectiveness at the Kraksaan Religious Court. This research was conducted at the Kraksaan Religious Court using a descriptive qualitative research type. Data acquisition is taken from primary and secondary data. The data acquisition method is by means of interviews and taking from data concerning magical summons. In the process of summoning ghoib cases, the use of mass media such as newspapers, bulletin boards, and radio broadcasts is no longer effective at this time. Islamic inheritance laws basically apply to Muslims anywhere in the world. Islamic inheritance law stipulates that children can be replace their father's position, both sons and daughters. The purpose of this research is to find out how Islamic inheritance law is implemented in several Muslim countries in the world. This research uses a library research types with a normative juridical approach. The research was conducted by collecting data as the main source such as books, journal articles and other data which were analyzed by Islamic law. The research is described normatively clearly according to the existing data. The results of this study indicate that the law of inheritance in Islam states that a child who can replace his father's position is a son and daughter from the male lineage whose father has died before the heir. Meanwhile, sons and daughters from the female lineage have no right at all to replace their mother's position to obtain property from their grandfather (heir). The sub-topic of discussion or the formulation of the problem here is how to implement the settlement of cases with the e-court system during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Probolinggo City Religious Court, the effectiveness of the E-Court system during the Covid-19 pandemic and what are the Obstacles and Challenges for E-System Services Court for the people of Probolinggo City at the Religious Court of Probolinggo City. This research was carried out at the Religious Court of Probolinggo City using a normative juridical research type by researching and examining theories, concepts, legal principles and related laws and regulations. Data acquisition is taken from primary and secondary data. The data acquisition method is by interviewing and taking data related to research. However, there are still many Probolinggo City residents who are in litigation who do not know about the existence of an E-court system due to the lack of socialization from the courts and because of several factors such as people who are technologically illiterate. Marriage that is consecrated is a marriage that is legally religious but not yet legal by the state. So that the marriage does not get legal certainty. So not a few people do isbat marriage as aform of effort to get legal certainty for the marriage they do. This study reviews the cases of marriage constituencies that are still rife in Probolinggo district. Whith the focus of research namelly the results of the analysis of the judge’s decision at the Probolinggo religious court in accepting, analyzing, determining, and deciding cases of marriage registrations the analysis in question uses to two approaches, namely the perspektif of positif law and islamic law. Marriage isbat cases are cases is ranked number two after divorce cases filed by the local community. From the data the author obtained between 2021 and 2022 there were as many as 41 cases of marriage confirmation recaived by the religious courts. Marriage confirmation both in the perspektive of positif law and islamic law thend, beering in mind that marriage confirmtion is still wideli practiced, unfortunately, the party filing this case is the perpetrathor of the sirri marriage, the author want to make it clear to society in general that marriage confirmation is a matter that is as far as possible be used as the final step in completing siri marriage get vallidity of the marriage they do. This means that the marriage certificate is solely carried out because it is a necessity, not to legalize a sim marriage. The law specifically limits marriage isbat only to a number of urgent matters, primary by conducting interviews with the chief judge, deputy chief judge, and information desk officer. Meanwhile secondary data comes from reference to journals, scientific books and data reports at the Probolinggo religious court.
