With reference to the microwave detection technology for dielectric coefficient and moisture content of material, we designed a front-end microwave resonant cavity for measuring the moisture content of the material is realized by 3D printing technology, and its function is successfully measured. This article first analyzes the coaxial cavity TEM mode resonance conditions and the calculation method of quality factors. The electromagnetic simulation software (High Frequency Structure Simulator; HFSS) is used for simulation, and the adjustment of the relationship between the size of the resonant cavity and the frequency deviation and the theory of dielectric perturbation are explained. The simulated coaxial resonant cavity is realized by 3D printing technology, and it is loaded with soil with different moisture content to construct a relationship between moisture content and frequency deviation.","PeriodicalId":143430,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Symposium on Computer, Consumer and Control (IS3C)","volume":"68 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132790427","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many advanced saliency detection algorithms applied superpixel-based features instead of pixel-based features for saliency map generation. With superpixels, the high-level features can be extracted and a better saliency detection performance can be achieved. Recently, the convolutional neural network (CNN) has been thrived in computer vision. However, it was difficult to integrate it directly with superpixel-based method since the CNN required grid-like input while a superpixel generally has an irregular size and shape. In this work, several strategies are adopted to well apply machine learning techniques for superpixel-based saliency detection. First, instead of applying the CNN directly, the support vector machine (SVM) is applied as the classifier to well process the feature information. Instead, we apply the CNN ass the pre-processing procedure of superpixel merging. Moreover, several advanced superpixel-based features, including boundary connectivity and manifold rank features, are proposed to improve the accuracy of saliency detection. The simulation results on four datasets show that the proposed algorithm outperform both conventional and learning-based saliency detection methods.","PeriodicalId":143430,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Symposium on Computer, Consumer and Control (IS3C)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114149814","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The method of discriminate network is only to map different regional features to different discriminators and integrate them. As we all know, the quality of generator can affect the effectiveness of the entire network directly, but I think the function of the discriminator is the important pillar to support the entire network. So the author proposed a face-generation network named Jigsaw Generative Adversarial Network, which uses a single generator network with a discriminator as a layer. Each layer creates different parts to enhance the authenticity of each part, and then the face is composed in a jigsaw way, and is matched with the style module of Style GAN[2] to achieve more highly build quality. The proposed system can select the desired style for data set generation. For example, you can select the adult male style to generate a data set of all adult men and use this data set for research, or use the extracted style modules to apply to other generation networks and control the direction of the generated graph of the generated network.","PeriodicalId":143430,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Symposium on Computer, Consumer and Control (IS3C)","volume":"127 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133580114","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Such issues include, but not limited to: intelligent personal voice assistant, face-recognition-enabled payments, risk predictor in finance, and a conversational chatbot. According to an analysis report in 2017 by PwC, a well-known financial audit and assurance firm, AI development and its applications will facilitate global GDP at least up to 14% by 2030, which is about the equivalent of an additional $15.7 trillion. The report also noted that China and North America are expected to benefit the most from AI technology, followed by Southern Europe, and the rest Asian countries. Accordingly, AI awareness and its applications are crucial, especially for those who are pursuing Information Technology (IT) and relevant degrees since they will be the next generation of AI designers and users. Vietnam is in the nascent stage of development in technology and communications. The primary objective of this study was to assess knowledge and attitudes toward AI among Vietnamese IT college students. The research participants were selected through a convenient sampling method. At present, clinicians rely on manual examination of fundus images when diagnosing retinopathy, which is both time- and labor-consuming. However, the need for rapid auxiliary diagnostic imaging is increasing day by day. Therefore, this study evaluates deep learning as a preprocessing method for optic disc examination along with the method proposed in this study. Methods: During optic disc segmentation, the optic disc region in original images is blurry and unclear compared to the entire image. The halo around the optic disc causes boundaries to become unclear and makes examination difficult. In this paper, different preprocessing methods were used to solve the problem of blurry optic disc region and the effectiveness of the various preprocessing methods was evaluated. Preprocessing methods used in this study to identify optic disc regions that were not apparent in the original image include the original image, green channel, CLAHE, and subtraction of average filter from Gaussian filter (σ=1) using the original image. This preprocessing method is known as local differential filter and was uploaded to U-Net for training. Results: Evaluate the proposed method on the MICCAI REFUGE Challenge 2018 database. In the performance of Dice, the original image is 0.9473; the LDF image is 0.9521; the green channel image is 0.9429; CLAHE image is 0.9499. Conclusions: Currently, deep learning is used in many types of preprocessing for segmentation. In this study, we preprocessed fundus images and inputted them into the model for training. Finally, LDF image was used to obtain the best preprocessing method for optic disc segmentation in fundus images.","PeriodicalId":143430,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Symposium on Computer, Consumer and Control (IS3C)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122223257","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The researchers found ultrasonic and electromagnetic flowmeters the viable alternatives for hygienic fluid handling applications. These types of flowmeters offer full bore un-obstructed pipe, allowing undisturbed fluid when measuring fluid flow. This key feature made these flowmeters easy to clean and maintain. Applications like pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, ink refilling, and the like require this technology for they need no impurities to the fluid they are handling. Hence, the researchers used Trade-off analysis to select between the two viable alternatives the most suitable for hygienic fluid handling like the above-mentioned applications. The researchers selected Compatibility, Accuracy and Repeatability, and Cost as the criteria in the decision-making process. By using the Pairwise weighing method, the researchers come up with each criterion's respective weights of 74.4%, 10.6%, and 15%. With an overall performance of 57.83%, the researchers concluded that between the two alternatives, the ultrasonic flowmeter is the most suitable for hygienic fluid handling applications.","PeriodicalId":143430,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Symposium on Computer, Consumer and Control (IS3C)","volume":"66 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125993582","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A deep learning domain has many state of the art neural networks so it is highly accurate for commonly used dataset such as ImageNet and Cifar-10, Cifar-100 and allows a rapid execution time and a small model. However, these state of the art neural networks are very complicated. This paper uses a VGG-16[1] model to reduce the size of the model and the inference time, but maintain accuracy. The semantic segmentation performance for the proposed method is compared to that for the VGG-16 model.
