The concept of IoT is where the object has an ability to share information such as transferring data over the internet and usually supported by the device that used to carry sensors and actuators, it also provides creating services with or without human direct intervention. Water pollution has become one of the major issues over the last few years. The constant water monitoring will be important in dealing with this issue since water is very essential for human beings. The purpose of this research is to make an effective IoT system that can monitor the quality of water in real-time using physio chemical sensors. The implementation of the system is using Arduino as the microcontroller and sensors that are used are turbidity sensor, temperature sensor, pH sensor, conductivity sensor and TDS sensor. The information from each sensor will be sent over the internet. The lung nodules are malignant or benign based on size changes in a short time such as two or three months. Therefore, the volumes of lung nodules need be known. Until now, radiologists use some software to measure the volumes of lung nodules such as ImageJ, Label me and so on. These software are difficult to precisely draw the contour of a lung nodule as radiologists' thinking. Especially to the solid part of Ground-Glass Opacity nodule, the software are difficult to measure its volume. In this study, an interactive labeling system is developed for lung nodules with CT images. The proposed interactive labeling system provides three ways to draw the contour of a lung nodule: $bigcirc!!!!!1$. To draw the contour of a lung nodule manually. $bigcirc!!!!!2$. To draw the contour of a lung nodule with a semi-automatic way. $bigcirc!!!!!3$. To draw the contour of a lung nodule with a semiautomatic way and then modify the contour of the lung nodule manually. Moreover, radiologists can label the lung nodule based on its malignancy or benign and give some comments to the lung nodule by using the proposed labeling system. The annotation of the lung nodule by radiologists can be saved as JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) format. Therefore, there are two meanings on ‘label’ of interactive labeling system. One is to draw the contour of a lung nodule, and the other is to give a label on malignancy or benign of a lung nodule. This technology can meet the control requirements of external equipment without passing through the patient's damaged nerves and declining muscle system. Electroencephalogram (EEG) contains a variety of information, including motor imagination information, steady-state visually evoked EEG information, emotional information, and fatigue information, etc. This paper designs a brain-computer interface system based on motor imagination and uses it to control the body movements of the NAO robot. The system is mainly divided into three modules: signal acquisition, signal processing and robot control. In terms of signal acquisition, electrode caps, conductive glue, EEG amplifiers and Curry7 software are used. In this paper, we design a frequency band feature selection algorithm based on an improved sub-band filter bank (FB)-Common Space Pattern (CSP). These features are classified using Bagging ensemble classification algorithm and converted to use Commands for controlling the NAO robot. In terms of communication control, the instruction codes are preset, and the classification results are corresponding to instructions for controlling different actions of the robot. It is transmitted to the robot by using wireless communication technology. The Bagging ensemble classification method proposed in this paper classifies EEG features. The accuracy of the four types of motor imaging EEG classification is as high as 78.29%, and the accuracy of NAO robot action execution experiments is up to 86.33%, which proves the correctness of the algorithm studied in this paper. To monitor the water quality of aquaculture ponds, we design and develop a water quality monitoring system based on LoRaWAN. LPWAN (Low Power Wide Area Network) occupies an important place in IoT communication technology. LoRa (Low Range) is also one of the technologies, with the advantages of long distance and low power consumption which can extend the service life of power supply equipment. In this paper, a system realizes remote collection and data storage of multi-sensor processor information (temperature, pH, conductivity and turbidity levels). The LoRa gateway and Raspberry Pi are implemented to transfer the aquaculture field parameters into the database and presented on the Website. An ultra-fast pulsed laser is first absorbed due to optical penetration. Therefore, the direct optical penetration or coulomb explosion leads to the initial optical ablation during ultrafast pulsed duration without thermal diffusion. After the direct optical ablation and sequent thermal diffusion, the thermal ablation occurs for the residual heat of an ultrafast pulsed laser maintaining the material temperature above the evaporated temperature. This study uses Laplace transform method to show the effects of optical ablation and thermal ablation, respectively. The results reveal that both optical and thermal ablations follow Beer's exponential law as experimental observations in the published papers. The optical ablation triggered by the only energy source of directly incident ultrafast pulsed laser governs the main ablation depth, and then thermal ablation induced by the residual heat after the optical ablation gives the enhancement of the ablation depth. The optical ablation is preferred for obtaining the better processing quality of an ultrafast pulsed laser due to no thermal damage of thermal diffusion-induced ablation. The ablated depth per pulse versus laser fluence predicted by this work agrees with that measured by the published paper. The proposed ET technique tracks the envelop signal up to 70 MHz without large distortion and delay, which can reduce heat, enhance battery life and improve the efficiency of the supply modulator affected by high peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR). Indeed, the circuit of the sensing current in the hybrid supply modulator does not use comparators and complex circuits, so it simplifies the circuit, reduces the chip size and lower the power consumption. Consequently, the performance of the proposed hybrid power modulator and compares other works in the literature with good performance, and the frequency bandwidth of the operation signal is 70 MHz. In order to balance the difference in the amount of data between different samples, data enhancement technology based on video data samples is introduced. Aiming at improving the performance of the model, a spatial-temporal attention mechanism is used to improve the accuracy of scene recognition. The model sample scenes used in this paper include three types: fully mechanized coal face, coal mine roadway and mining machinery. The experimental verification shows that: compared with the traditional convolutional neural network, the accuracy of the CNN-LSTM model is improved by 2.136%, and the CNN-LSTM model with spatial-temporal attention mechanism is improved by 2.9210/0. Especially falling among elderly living alone, there is a high risk of serious accidents due to delayed detection of the accident. Thus, a system that can detect falling in a private room is expected. In this study, we propose the method to detect standing and falling of the subject. Our detection system is based on the brightness data of detection space. In the proposed method, Support Vector Machine (SVM) is applied to brightness data obtained from a one-dimensional brightness distribution sensor (Obrid-Sensor) to detect falling. In the previous method detected standing and falling by applying Deep Neural Network (DNN). The proposed method was able to detect standing and falling with a few data and calculating cost than the previous method. To obtain the high accurate control an optimization algorithm of DE was introduced to the NN type PID control for USM. The proposed intelligent method was investigated by the experiments on an existent USM servo system in this paper. The response of the proposed method with converngence of the proposed model was confirmed.
