Henceforth, this paper examines their latent ambidexterity as a consequence of HRP and strategies. Design/methodology/approach: After a thorough literature review revealing evidence of relationship that adjoins HRP and IB as a result of the mediations between KS and KU. A quantitative questionnaire is designed and the data are analyzed via the SPSS software, taking into account that the data focused on respondents from Lebanon and GCC region. Correlations between the variables and the mediators is thoroughly examined and investigated. Findings: There is a direct relationship between HRP and IB through a partial sequential mediation of KS and KU in GCC region. On the other hand, it is identified that the effects of HRP and IB are significant solely upon the verdict of a sequential mediations between the mediators. Originality/value: This study yields a profound apprehension of the correlation between HRP and IB in the workplace along with the mediating roles of KS and KU on the relationship. Contributing in highlighting the role of effective HRP in organizations, while inculcating managers to the proper way of utilizing KS and KU according to the macroenvironment of the organization. Which in this study focused on Lebanon a country facing a revolutionary crisis and the GCC region that are witnessing unprecedently prosperity and wealth. This study explores the purchase intention of Vietnamese generation Z (Gen Z) towards organic food. We extended the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) with three specific pro-environmental factors that are health consciousness, environmental concern, and knowledge of organic food to investigate the purchase intention of Gen Z. A self-administered online survey was conducted in the three largest cities including Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City. After three months, 426 valid responses were received for data analysis. Linear regression analysis was run in SPSS software to test the proposed hypotheses. Research findings show that attitude has the most substantial influence on purchase intention of Gen Z, then followed by health consciousness, subjective norms, and lastly, personal norms. Notably, environmental concern and knowledge of organic food do not necessarily affect Gen Z's purchase intention. Our findings suggest that related stakeholders in the organic food market adjust their production and marketing tactics to attract Gen Z better. (Baujard, 2006). In this landscape, the knowledge and skills of employees represent a fundamental axis for maintaining competitive advantage and pursuing growth. Consequently, the implementation of training programs would enable organizations to develop the potential of their human capital and engage in a dynamic of innovation. (El Yaacoubi and Bennani, 2022) However, in an increasingly connected world, it's time for private and public organizations to embrace digital transformation. (Bellalij, 2021). This is the case for public and private organizations, where the advent of information and communication technologies has completely overturned their managerial context and human capital management practices (Niniss, 2022). The implied cost of equity (ICC) based on various models is used as a proxy of a true cost of equity. The ESG rating data are from Refinitiv. The panel regression is applied to relate ICC to ESG rating scores and relevant explanatory variables. This paper examines the following five South-East Asian markets: Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines. We find that firms with better ESG ratings do not necessarily have lower cost of equity as the effects of each ESG component are not the same. Environmental rating (E) and Social rating (S) are not statistically significant in determining the cost of equity. Only Governance rating (G) has a statistically significant negative relationship. The implication is that a firm that aims to lower its cost of equity does not need to invest in all aspects of ESG but should focus more on improving its governance. Information technology may have a positive but also negative impact (Ninaus et al., 2015). Thus, work-to-family interruptions are increasingly common with the use of information technology. This is because the boundary between work and family becomes more and more overlapping with the use of information technology (Derks et al., 2015). Family domain are interrupted by the work domain through information technology, leading to higher exhaustion and lower individual well-being. The concept of work-family boundary management may useful to refine the negative mechanisms of work-to-family disruption in relation to the recovery process (Kim & Hollensbe, 2017). Boundary control variables describe the relationship of workload and recovery (Mccloskey, 2016). Boundary control mediates the influence of information technology interruptions on recovery needs. Unfortunately, the logic of the influence of mediation has not been empirically tested. As a result, explanations of inconsistent research findings have not been able to be done adequately. In a practical context, such research gaps lead to the development of misguided organizational policies. PSM research in the public sector in developing countries, particularly Indonesia, is also needed to better understand human resource management in contexts that differ from those in developed countries. PSM has to be evaluated in other socio-cultural contexts, in addition to studies undertaken in the United States, Europe, Australia, South Korea, and China, to acquire an overview of PSM from different perspectives (Perry & Vandenabeele, 2015; Kim et al., 2013). According to the ASEAN Foundation's 2022 investigation, 48 out of 186 respondents, or 48% of Indonesian youth, want to be civil officials. The findings map the intended work interest preferences, with civil servants having the highest job interest. These different pieces of evidence suggest that civil officials are still seen as desirable employment in Indonesia. Multiple studies over the last few decades have found evidence that public sector employees motivated to serve the public have work attitudes that benefit the organization, particularly in terms of job satisfaction, when compared to employees who do not pursue public-serving-oriented motives (Harari et al., 2017; Homberg et al., 2015). Following a quantitative research approach, a structural equation modeling technique called partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to evaluate the hypotheses. For data collection, a questionnaire was used, and a total of 330 completed questionnaires were included in the study. The findings revealed that the presence of physical evidence had no impact on the level of satisfaction experienced by tourists. However, a positive correlation was found between product, price, promotion, and environment. In addition, the findings also indicate that the association between the environment and tourist tourists is not affected by the presence of e-commerce. Through an investigation into the moderating effects of e-commerce on the relationship between environmental factors and tourist satisfaction, this research aims to significantly expand the academic understanding of the impact that marketing strategies and environmental factors have on tourist satisfaction. In conclusion, it is assumed that the outcomes of this study would give adequate insight to scholars and marketing managers in the tourism industry. The majority of Kupang City's geological features are dominated by porous karst rock structures. Unfortunately, during the rainy season, some parts of the areas frequently experience floods. Additionally, the future risk of drought is amplified by uncontrolled deep groundwater extraction, which is aggravated by imbalanced groundwater recharge. On the other hand, visual observation results show that in the rainy season rainwater surface runoff immediately flow off to the downstream areas through open land use and mostly via street body and/or roadside canals nearby. This study aims to increase urban planner and community participation in land and water conservation measures by optimizing the plot of land for their socio-economic activities. The proposed land and water conservation model is based on previous research's results i.e., that the high infiltration rate in Kupang City is an opportunity for deep groundwater recharge, and the provision of minimum open land is needed to absorb and plant productive vegetation. This study is important because the Indonesian government has not been producing the land or water conservation standard in urban built-up areas, so does the model of sustainable drainage infrastructure in urban built-up areas. Similar situation may also occur in other developing countries. Thus, appropriate land and water conservation efforts are strongly needed, institutionally and systematically. To ensure a comprehensive analysis, a quantitative research approach was employed, involving a sample size of 316 participants from Generation Z. The research employed confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modelling, and Cronbach's alpha to validate the anticipated factor structure, examine the relationships between variables, and determine the reliability of the measurement scales. Furthermore, the study employed a combination of exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modelling to uncover latent characteristics. The data analysis utilised the software programmes Amos and SPSS. During the testing phase, various traits such as digital interaction, archiving, self-actualization, escapism, and gratification were considered. The study's outcomes provide novel insights into previously undisclosed information and shed light on the motivations behind Generation Z's persistent use of the TikTok social media platform. Based on the panel quantile regression analysis conducted, it is demonstrated that the impact of macroeconomic factors on tourism receipts is heterogeneous depending on the levels of tourism spending towards the OIC host countries. The exchange rate and income exhibit a positive relationship with tourism receipts. Meanwhile, inflation presents a negative relationship towards tourism receipt at the lower level of tourism receipt yet positively related at the higher level of spending. On the other hand, trade openness is negatively related to tourism receipts in general and the strength of the relationship decreases at a higher level of spending. The current research believes that to develop the tourism sector, proper plans should be made including improving the infrastructure, tourism facility, travel safety, and ease of entry considering the positive impact of economic development and trade openness.
