The occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the economic sector, especially the banking sector. The intermediation function is not running optimally, increasing investment in the form of secondary reserves, decreasing operational efficiency, increasing credit risk, and decreasing bank profitability. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Banking Intermediation, Secondary Reserves, Operational Efficiency, and Credit Risk on Profitability at Regional Development Banks in Indonesia for the 2019 – 2022 period both partially and simultaneously. Banking Intermediation is measured by the ratio of credit to total third-party funds (Loan to Deposit Ratio/LDR), Secondary Reserve is measured by the ratio of securities held to third-party funds (TPF), Operational Efficiency is measured by the ratio of operating expenses to operating income (OEOI), Credit Risk is measured by Non-performing Loans (NPLs) and Profitability is measured by Return on Assets (ROA). The research method used is a descriptive method and a verification method with a quantitative approach with secondary data types sourced from published financial reports from 22 Regional Development Banks in Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the classical assumption test first. As for testing the hypothesis used by T-Test and F-Test. The results of the study show that partially LDR has a positive and significant effect on ROA; Secondary reserve has a positive but not significant effect on ROA; OEOI and NPLs ratios have a negative and significant effect on ROA. While simultaneously LDR, Secondary Reserve, OEOI Ratio, and NPLs have a significant effect on ROA. On 18 September 1954, it became TAROM (Romanian Air Transports). TAROM's first international flight was in 1946, on the Bucharest-Prague route. The company's development was rapid, providing diversified services with routes to the Middle East and North Africa. In 1983 the first aircraft made in Romania, BAC 1-15, built by ROMBAC, with Rolls Royce engines insured British Aircraft Corporation (BAC) was put into service. If before the fall of communism in Romania TAROM services were addressed only to privileged persons (party activists, agents of the former Securitate, etc.), starting from 1990, the economic decline of the company began, through political interference in the activities, as well as due to unfair practices of competing private companies. A crucial negative role for TAROM activity was also played by the poor organizational communication, causing an unfavourable image, in the context in which the company's management was \"passed\" from one party or political group to another, the financial interests of some Restricted Groups being decisive for the annually increase of the debts of this entity. It got to the point where, under the pretext of the managerial incompetence of the representatives of the Romanian state, the sale of the only state-owned company specialized in air transport was sought. In recent years, known practices for effective human capital management have been challenged and thrown into disarray owing to modification of the concept of 'workplace' which has been virtualized in many sectors such as the higher education sector. The purpose of the study was to investigate the question: How can performance management be implemented for better performance of academics at a university selected from the Eastern Cape Province. The study was inspired by the Resource Based Theory based on the need to create unique internal capabilities among human capital for unique performance. A typical university in the Eastern Cape that has significantly virtualized was considered and data was collected through document analysis related to the study of the performance management policy of the university and interviews with eight Heads of Departments (HOD) at the University were conducted. The results showed that performance management in virtual work arrangements should arise from inspired psychological states in academics to meet certain societal needs through effective higher education. Specifically, it was found that in virtual higher education arrangements, academics and non-academics in the sector should be psychologically empowered to see the value of their independent contributions so that they become self driven for better performance. It was also found in the study that performance rewards and personalized job satisfaction and self motivation were important concepts for better performance. It is recommended that, as they virtualise, higher education institutions should promote empowerment and self driven desires to perform through effective reward structures, individual motivation systems and employee recognition systems. There was evidence that these practices have become more important in the virtual context than ever. However, there is also a strong desire among the Igbos to ensure that their male children learn one form of trade or another hence the interest in the Igbo apprenticeship system (IAS). The main emphasis of the system is to reduce poverty through the aggregation of enhanced opportunities for all, given their beliefs that every child belongs to the local communities and the communities make sure that the children are successful and prosper (Ekekwe, 2021). This system of apprenticeship has been long-standing practice whereby poor parents send their children/wards to live with wealthy or successful traders/businessmen and the wealthy entrepreneurs train the children in the rudiments of their business or profession (Agozino & Anyanike, 2007). In some circumstances, wealthy entrepreneurs during some of their trips to their villages or towns, pick some orphaned children (typically boys) of children from indigent families to train to give them meaningful lives. Generally, the aim of and the belief in the IAS is that the wards/children would be trained in the business (es) of the entrepreneurs and invariably the wards/children will be established in similar businesses at the end of the time agreed on at the start of the process. The young are the most likely to respond dramatically to their presence on social networking platforms, especially the Tiktok app. This study concentrates on teenagers and the young who use TikTok as an educational instrument, which contains short clips with a range of length from 15 to 60 seconds yet is very engaging, imaginative, and creative. The sample of 686 observations utilised convenience sampling from Vietnamese educational institutions such as high schools, colleges, and universities. The findings revealed some noticeable evaluations from respondents about this app. Firstly, most participants prefer using TikTok to other platforms for watching and posting short videos. Secondly, the bulk of people agreed that TikTok is an effective platform for supporting education, especially language learning. Thirdly, they emphasie the benefits TikTok offers regarding being educational, creative, not boring, engaging content creators, and learning a lot. One of the key challenges in managing a cryptocurrency portfolio is the high volatility and uncertainty of the market. To address these challenges, rebalancing, which involves adjusting the weights of assets in a portfolio to align with a predetermined asset allocation, is applied to maintain a diversified portfolio and manage the risks of digital assets (Bakry, Rashid, Al-Mohamad, & El-Kanj, 2021). For any traditional assets, a rebalancing strategy is widely recognized as a technique to mitigate the impact of market volatility and improve the risk-return trade-off of the portfolio (Gervais, Koutmos, & Udell, 2015; Tsai, 2001). It is considered an effective method of achieving returns maximization and risk minimization objectives as it helps reduce the impact of market volatility and keep the portfolio aligned with the investor's risk tolerance and investment goals. However, there is still limited empirical research on its impact on cryptocurrency portfolio performance. Given this gap in the literature, the study aims to shed useful light on the effects of different rebalancing strategies on cryptocurrency portfolio management.
