When the immune system is unable to develop or maintain oral tolerance to specific dietary proteins, food allergies develop. Objectives: To study the effectiveness of homoeopathic management in food allergies. Methods: An Observational Prospective Study is conducted at Alva’s Homoeopathic medical college and Hospital, Mangalore during the year 2022-2023. 30 patients were selected based on purposive sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Erlangen symptom score was taken as assessment scale in which all symptoms of the patients were collected before and after the treatment. Dr. J.T. Kent's repertorization was used to calculate totality. The improvement following therapy was evaluated using a paired t test based on the assessment scale. Results: All sorts of food allergies can be treated safely, gently, and effectively with homoeopathy's symptomatological approach. After treatment, this study's use of the Erlangen symptom score revealed a considerable change. After receiving symptomatic homoeopathic treatment, the patient improved. Despite its demonstrated effectiveness, the general public is beginning to view vaccination as harmful and pointless. During 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic, plunged the globe, killing tens of thousands of people and halting commerce all across the planet. Scientists from every continent in the world worked together to develop vaccinations to halt the spread of the deadly virus. Even as efforts are made to eradicate the pandemic through vaccination campaigns, the COVID-19 \"infodemic\" continues to weaken public faith in these efforts. Although vaccine skepticism is a major problem, it is not usually the result of a flawed information ecosystem or defective vaccinations. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the incidence of COVID-19 vaccine hesitation in India and identify pertinent healthcare service-oriented factors contributing to this hesitancy. In order to investigate the prevalence of COVID-19 vaccine reluctance in India, a meta-analysis was conducted. In total, 305 respondents from Bangalore, India, were contacted via mail survey to collect the information required to assess the aforementioned objective. The purpose of the study was to relate knowledge, consumption of snacks and tooth brushing actions to dental caries and debris index in 5th grade students of SD Muhammadiyah Meruyung Depok. The type of research used was analytical observational with cross sectional design. The population in this study were students of SD Muhammadiyah Meruyung Depok with a total of 90 students in grade 5. The sample in this study was 90 students taken by total sampling. the instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by univariate analysis, bivariate analysis (chi-square test) and multivariate analysis (logistic regression). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge of snack consumption, snack consumption habits and tooth brushing actions on the incidence of dental caries. There is a significant relationship between snack consumption, snack consumption habits and tooth brushing actions on the debris index in students of SD Muhammadiyah Meruyung Depok. Of the three independent variables, it is known that the snack consumption variable has a significant contribution to the occurrence of dental caries with a p-value = 0.007 <0.0, which means that respondents with poor snack consumption habits will be at risk of 96.539 times developing dental caries compared to respondents who consume good snacks, known as the 95% C.I. value for EXP (B) (1.049-15.374). Of the three independent variables, it is known that the variable of tooth brushing action has a significant contribution to the debris index score with a p-value = 0.000 <0.05, which means that respondents with poor tooth brushing action will have a risk of 543,054 suffering from debris index compared to respondents with good tooth brushing action, known 95% C.I. for EXP (B) (26,498-11129,274). Caretakers experience mental illness when providing care for their mentally ill patients in Nepal. About 24.5% of caretakers had anxiety and 19.6% had depression. The financial, social, and psychological health of caregivers may all impact. The objective was to examine the psychological, financial and social impact on caregivers. A descriptive study was conducted on 207 caregivers’ of mentally ill patients at mental hospital, Nepal. Purposive sampling technique was used. Semi-structured questionnaires were developed to assess psychological and financial impacts and Likert scale questions were included to assess social impact. Information was gathered using a structured face-to-face interview. Impacts on caregivers’ psychological, economic and social were associated to their sociodemographic characteristics. Education, religion, and the patient's length of mental illness were all associated with psychological impact (χ2=54.37; df=5; p= <0.001). Education and the duration of their mental illness are also related to the financial impact (χ2=31.95; df=7; p= <0.001). The social impact experienced by caregivers is similarly associated with education, occupation, and the length of mental illness (χ2=61.03; df=5; p= <0.001). The association between caregivers' sociodemographic factors and the psychological, financial, and social impacts on them was observed. The betalain compounds betasianin and betaxanthin, which give bougainvillea flowers their color, are present. Betalains are water-soluble pigments classified into betacyanins (red) and betaxanthins (yellow). The eosin dye, which can stain worm eggs, is comparable to the pigment in bougainvillea flowers. Because reagents are expensive, raw materials from the local area must be used instead. Local raw materials can replace eosin reagents. When examining intestinal nematode worm eggs, the extract of bougainvillea flowers can be used as an eosin reagent. We are interested in learning whether Bougenvillea flower extract can be used to observe worm eggs at a microscopic level instead of the expensive and difficult-to-come-by eosin. Aim: This study aimed to ascertain whether Bougainvillea extract could be used instead of eosin to observe worm eggs at a microscopic level. Method: Complete Randomised Design (CRD) is used in this quasi-experimental research. This study also aims to compare the efficacy of eosin reagent and bougainvillea flower extract in the protracted drying process. The Microbiology Laboratory, Department of Medical Laboratory Technology, Aceh Health Polytechnic, Ministry of Health, was the site of this study. Gampong Jawa, Banda Aceh, is where feces were sampled. Preparation of bougainvillea flower extract with a concentration of 100% as a substitute for 2% eosin on microscopic observations of Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura, and Hookworm eggs to see the comparison of the drying time for reagents in worm egg preparations using red, pink and orange Bougainvillea flower extract with eosin control. Repeat three more times. T-test used for data analysis. Result: When compared to the eosin control reagent, which dried in only 27.63 minutes in preparation for Soil Transmitted Helminth worm eggs, the average drying time for the reagents using natural reagents from the extract of red bougainvillea flowers was 23.96 minutes, that of pink bougainvillea flowers was 23.30 minutes, and that of orange bougainvillea flowers was longer at 28.40 minutes. A variety of bougainvillea species have different drying requirements for regeneration. Conclusion: The time it took for red, pink, and orange Bougainvillea extract to dry, as well as the control eosin, indicates that there is a significant difference in the dry times between the treatments.
