There is scanty updated information about cesarean section and associated factors in developing countries like Zambia. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of CS and associated factors at The University Teaching Hospital women and New-born in Lusaka Zambia. Methodology: The study design was cross sectional. It involved retrospective collection of data from birth registers of women who gave birth at the University Teaching Hospital-Women and Newborn from 1st January, 2018 to 31st December 2018. The total sample size was 6,965 women (15-49 years) after the inclusion and exclusion criteria were met. Statistical analysis was conducted using Binary Logistic Regression, level of significance was 0.05 and Confidence Interval of 95%. Goodness of fit was conducted using the likelihood ratio test. Data was analyzed using STATA version 14.2. Results: The Prevalence of Cesarean section was 44%. Factors significantly associated with Cesarean Section were maternal age (grouped), Birth weight (grouped), gestational age (grouped) and still birth (AOR=0.47 P<0.0001). There was an increased odds of having Cesarean Section among multipara (AOR= 1.10 P=0.73) and Multigravida (AOR=1.04, P=0.73). Common maternal indicators identified were repeat caesarean section (18%), obstructed labor (11%) and failure to progress (10%). The common fetal indicators identified were fetal distress (18%), big baby (10%) and mal presentation (7%). Conclusion: Prevalence is higher than the recommended WHO limit. There is need to reinforce health education, reinforce fetal monitoring and promote vaginal birth after caesarean. The disorders that result from work related event are known as “work related musculoskeletal disorders” where workers experience discomfort in one or multiple body parts, pain in joints, tingling and swelling. MSDs are reported to significantly impact on quality of life, cause lost work time, increase work restriction, or disability. The police have high possibility of showing musculoskeletal pains due to rough physical activities, including duties, traffic control, driving, security, sports and drills, and handling heavy equipment, and are highly hospitalized or treated.\u0000Aim and Objectives: To determine the prevalence and risk factors of Musculoskeletal disorders in Police Employees.\u0000Methodology: The study was conducted among 100 police employees. The data was collected using Self - Administered Questionnaire, Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire and Operational Police Stress Questionnaire.\u0000Result and conclusion: The 12-month prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders among police employees was 72%. Neck pain (51%) was found to be most prevalent followed by lower back (45%). The occurrence of Musculoskeletal Disorders was associated with factors such as age, work experience, longer working hours per day, daily alcohol consumption, and prolonged seated posture. Additionally, the study identified various operational stressors among police employees, including shift work, working alone at night, high overtime demands, fatigue, and unhealthy eating habits at work. Thus, strategies should be implemented to manage shifts, provide support and resources, promote healthy lifestyles, and mitigate fatigue, ultimately fostering a healthier and more resilient workforce that benefits both individual officers and overall law enforcement effectiveness.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Prevalence, Musculoskeletal Disorders, Risk Factors, Police Employees.

Without a doubt, medical schools ensure that graduates are competent, skilled, and professional enough to meet society's expectations; nonetheless, numerous previous research have revealed a significant prevalence of self-reported psychological suffering among medical students. Although an ideal degree of stress is beneficial for pupils during academic tests, psychological suffering can impair academic achievement. Because psychological and physical pressures grow during the medical schedule, medical students get tension type headache at a higher rate than the general population. A few studies have also discovered a link between medical students' QoL and an increased risk of depression, burnout, and suicidal thoughts. Various reports have shown that COVID-19 has variety of long-term effects on almost all systems of the body. We aimed to investigate the prevalence and post-recovery manifestations among COVID-19 survivors. This study enrolled in 160 recovered COVID-19 patients in Almora and Ramnagar. A special questionnaire was designed to inquire about the current health status of patients and their persistent symptoms in the post-COVID period. Data was analysed by using SPSS- 20 software. The results concluded that a considerable part of patients with COVID-19 had persistent symptoms even 4–5 months after COVID-19 diagnosis, and even patients with a mild-to-moderate disease suffered from persistent symptoms. Post-COVID syndrome (PCS) has been associated with poor quality of life but in our study, there is no association between gender and quality of life among the five parameters i.e., mobility, self-care, usual activities, pain/ discomfort and anxiety/ depression. The airflow limitation may be due to alveolar and airway abnormalities, usually caused by significant exposure to noxious particles. India is estimated to have 30 million COPD patients at present. Chronic and progressive dyspnoea is the most common symptom of COPD. Dyspnoea is the major cause of anxiety and disability in COPD. There are various exercises for pulmonary rehabilitation for patients with COPD. Telerehabilitation is an approach in which rehabilitation is provided at the patient's work place, home, or other place through video-conferencing, video-based, or Gmail. Various physical exercises, such as strength exercise, endurance exercise, and breathing exercise, can help in the management of dyspnoea, quality of life, and exercise capacity. Studies have supported that telerehabilitation could result in better control of dyspnoea, quality of life, and exercise capacity in patients with COPD. Studies conducted till date have not reached a definitive conclusion for forming a definitive protocol for telerehabilitation exercise in patients with COPD. Hence, in order to establish a definitive telerehabilitation protocol for patients with COPD, further research needs to be conducted.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Telerehabilitation, Videoconferencing, Video-based, COPD, Quality of Life, Dyspnoea, Exercise Capacity
