The novel lifestyle appropriate in prevailing times has been imposed with an ample of lifestyle regulations and consequently influenced behavior, thought and affective processes. The nature of experiential incorporation of the environmental changes and eventual adjustments may have age differences. Hence, the present study focuses on the exploration of the following research questions:\u00001) What were the affective experiences of middle and old aged individuals post first wave of COVID-19 lockdown?\u00002) What were the modulations in the levels of obsessions and compulsive behaviour of middle aged and old aged individuals before and post first wave of COVID-19 lockdown?\u0000For the purpose, 12 case studies (06 middle and 06 old aged) were taken pre and post COVID-19 first wave lockdown. Personal data schedule and Clark-Beck Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory was administered. The results identified four categories of the affective experiences of participants. The affective responses to information exposure were revealed in accordance to age in the four categories. Modulations in obsession and compulsions were also recorded pre and post COVID-19 lockdown phase1 in accordance to the age groups. \u0000\u0000Keywords: : COVID-19, Affective experience, obsession, compulsions, middle aged & old aged.

They aid in increasing communication between a dentist and a technician by making the morphology, colour, and texture of the teeth easier to visualise. A polarising filter reduces reflections and glare while boosting colour saturation in an image. The aim of the study was to analyse images with and without polarised photography.\u0000Methodology: A total of 125 images of shade guidelines were collected for this study, 5 each shade tab for 5 shades (A1 to A4). We looked at the following shade guidance systems: VITA Classical (VITA Zahnfabrik) (control), IPS e. max Ceram (Ivoclar Vivadent) were photographed with a Canon EOS 60D digital camera and a 100-mm Canon Macro Lens. Ambient light, exposure (1/125, f16), ISO (100), flash (ETTL), distance, focusing (1:1), and backdrop were all standardized in the photographs. The Adobe RGB colour system was utilised since it covers nearly half of the Lab colour space.\u0000Results: Mean and standard deviation values of images with and without cross polarised photography were compared. Hue, value, chroma of the images were assessed showing no statistical difference among the images with and without cross polarised photography.\u0000Conclusion: Compared to visual and digital photographic approaches for choosing shades, the application of polarising filters had negligible effect on shade choice. When routinely practised, shade matching can improve a clinician's ability to choose the appropriate shade. Thus, knowledge and training may help someone become better at shade matching.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Hue, value, chroma, cross polarised photography, Camera, Ring flash, Micro lens.

Energy is indeed an important source of human activity, but due to its limitation and mismanagement, energy is becoming increasingly scarce, especially in developing countries. The use of electrical energy is mainly concentrated in electrical installations for domestic, administrative use and in industry. We are faced with wasting energy and increasing electricity bills. To solve these problems, we propose a solution that involves designing an appliance load monitor with a programmable meter for energy efficiencyto manage and track electrical energy consumption in high energy consumption buildings. New technologies are changing the way we live, in transportation, communications, commerce and even the way we design our homes, providing the technology that allows us to improve our quality of life in our homes, providing the technology necessary to communicate, send and receive messages. The Internet makes it possible to observe and download consumption data over long distances. We have integrated a system for controlling and monitoring our electricity consumption via a mobile interface that we designed. This system will allow us to see the different electrical values of our consumption and to control the operating time of the device.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Microcontrollers, sensors, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, energy management, mobile application.

It affects up to 50% of females who menstruate. Women with Primary Dysmenorrhea experience a range of symptoms, including premenstrual symptoms. PMS symptoms are physical, psychological, and behavioral discomfort before periods. Women's quality of life, economic performance, and social interactions are impacted by PMS and primary dysmenorrhea. Aerobic Exercise and Yoga are beneficial in PMS & primary dysmenorrhea. Method: As per the Eligibility criteria, the Screening of 118 subjects was done by using the WaLIDD Score and PMS Scale. 52 participants were included in the study, 26 in the Aerobic Exercise group (A) and 26 in the Yoga group(B). Baseline data and pre-data were noted in both groups. Participants in both Groups were given the decided protocol for one consecutive menstrual cycle. Post data was noted. Data analysis was done by applying paired t-test within the group and unpaired t-tests was applied between the group using SPSS version 16. Result: In both groups, the within-group analysis showed statistically significant results in WaLIDD Score and PMSS (p<0.05). For WaLIDD Score, between Group analysis showed no statistically significant difference (p>0.05). For the PMS Scale Score, Group analysis showed a statistically significant difference between both groups(p<0.05).
